I was looking for a place to SERVICE my MERCEDES, a friend RECOMMENDED “EURO SPEC”. I went and had a visual look around and spoke to a customer service representative. I was IMPRESSED with the APPEARANCE, INFORMATION I received and ATMOSPHERE of EURO SPEC, I scheduled an SERVICE APPOINTMENT. On the day of the APPOINTMENT, I was GREETED as soon as I entered, COFFEE and SNACKS were also offered. Steve was my SERVICE INTAKE REP, he was very EXPLICIT in EXPLAINING was going to be done in the DIAGNOSTIC PROCESS, no question was to “simple” for additional DETAILS. The CHECKING-OUT process was just as PERSONAL and CUSTOMER FRIENDLY as the ENTRY process. EURO SPEC was truly a “gift” in the world of BUSINESSES. I have truly discovered a business that met ALL of my EXPECTATIONS for PROFESSIONALISM, KNOWLEDGEABLE TECHNICIANS, ATMOSPHERE, PHYSICAL APPEARANCE, CLEANLINESS and FRIENDLINESS of office personnel that was possible. A “referral” program is also available My friend will be treated to a fantastic BRUNCH at COPELANDS to try and THANK her for introduction to “EURO SPEC”.

I had been dealing with the Mini dealership for a couple years prior to trying Euro Spec. I found them to be much friendlier, cheaper and weren’t trying to up-sell and bunch of stuff I didn’t need (power steering fluid anyone?). I very much appreciated that and would recommend anyone with a European car to try them.

Wanted to find an alternative to dealership for scheduled maintenance. Seems I have found it with the folks at Euro Spec. This was first visit for some 15k mile services on wifes 2016 BMW. So far I am impressed with cleanliness of shop, attentiveness of staff & fair pricing. Time will tell if this will be a lasting relationship...I will be back.

I went in due to a brake fluid service, and the Euro Spec team was able to find that my front brake pads weren’t functioning correctly. At the risk of a future brake failure, or continued uneven wear of the pads and rotors, they contacted my warranty company and facilitated the complete replacement of the brakes and rotors. They did a great job, and went above and beyond to save me a long process of getting the warranty coverage verified. This is my second car that I’ve brought to them, and I’ve always been extremely satisfied with their work.

Thank you to the entire team over at Euro Spec, most notably; Ryan, Ryan & Steve. Bought in my VW Golf R for oil change & brake flush. They provided me with a detailed and digital analysis which I have never come across in the industry. I can now see why they have Ferrari, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes and Audi on there lot. My 1961 Mercedes had just been fully restored but with a new alternator that was faulty. An officer with the local Mercedes Benz Club of America recommended Euro Spec to me for this repair. It was a simple remove/replace, but the service advisor and the technician gave me full confidence and did the switch in a very reasonable amount of time at a fair price.

After months of going back and forth with both Audi dealerships in Jacksonville and going to another repair shop in Miami and wasted $$$$, I found Euro Spec Inc. online. I spoke to Corey over the phone who was able to give an accurate diagnostic before I even brought the car in. Im very happy with the repairs. My car is now running like new again!

These guys were great! Super friendly and helpful. I was trying to buy a car from out of state and they worked with me to have the car looked at. The dealer even forget to bring the car down for the scheduled inspection and Corey was great about rescheduling the inspection. He fit it in during a busy day and they provided one of the most detailed PPIs I’ve ever seen. Their inspection helped me to negotiate with the dealer and revealed some things that the dealer did not disclose (didn’t tell me it was a smokers car or show some cosmetic damage in pics. Great shop!

Went in for a leaking radiator, they spent 1 hour trying to find the leak. Mind you I had call in advanced, and told them where is was coming from. I also told prior to working on the car where the leak was coming from WITH PICTURES FROM MY PHONE. The tech that was initially working on it spent a good hour pressure testing the system, and raising his hands like (I cant find this). Still could not find it, until the leak hit one of the owners in the head.I still figured I would give them a chance being early morning, and they were probably still waking up (it happens to all us). They charged me for the diagnostic, and told me some random $2000 number to swap my radiator, and that they would call me later. I was kinda expecting that, so I waited a bit. Never got a call. Went by Orange Park Mercedes, and got it done for $1100. AT THE DEALER.Then I get a message sent to my phone asking how I am doing with my car. I promptly replied that I got my service done somewhere else.Some people dont want money I guess.

They are very professional very reasonable with the prices of a pair AAMCO transmission told me $5,000 and I need a complete new transmission when I brought it to a respect they ran a diagnostic and find out I did not need a complete transmission and only charge me $1,500 on my Mercedes-Benz E350 the highly professional and very nice folks

Euro Spec really rose to the occasion for us when our 79’ Porsche 911 SC struck some road debris on the highway while we were on our honeymoon. Gas started spewing out from under the car and we had to have it towed. I read some some reviews and called Euro Spec to see if I could have it towed to them.They are a super busy shop and they agreed to fit us in. We had it towed to them and they jumped on it first thing the next day and we caught a cab to Jacksonville to pick it up.The shop is really impressive and clean. They clearly love what they do. They could have charged anything they wanted and we wouldn’t have blinked but the repair turned out to be minor and the cost was very reasonable. If you’re ever in Jacksonville and need a shop for your European auto you can’t do better than Euro Spec inc!!

We used Euro Spec for a vehicle pre purchase inspection. They were very thorough, it took about 3 hours for the vehicle inspection, and provided the peace of mind we needed. They provide detailed diagnostic reporting on the entire car and plenty of pictures. We were able to purchase the vehicle with confidence knowing that we were not buying a vehicle with serious issues. The gas cap was the reason for my engine light so they didn’t even charge me for that. Then their detail man buffed out some spots and was very reasonable.I will be using Euro spec for my future needs.

I bought my 1st European car a few years back. 2001 986 Boxster S. I brought it to Eurospec for a pre/post purchase inspection. The team at Eurospec took the time to answer a slew of questions from a rather ignorant new Porsche owner. I felt confident with the diagnosis and and any work the mechanics performed. Since that time they’ve seen my E36, my wife’s C430 AMG and most recently my 2012 TTRS. I’ve only had positive experiences with Eurospec. If your looking for a trustworthy mechanic for any European vehicle I would highly suggest.

Euro Spec is a good alternative to using the dealership for our out of warranty Audi. Communications are good, prices are fair and reasonable. When I arrived I was greeted with friendly polite professionalism. I explained what was happening and he reassured me he will take care of it. The following day I was told my vehicle is ready. To my surprise they replaced several parts with higher quality than that of original equipment parts. Do NOT go here..This place is a scam they do NOT do any real work there they will send it out to another shop and just charge you overhead.The got me on a trannsmiission fix but 2 miles down the road the trannsmission went out completely told me it was a different piece that messed up and charged me for the tow tried to keep car until I threatened to call the police they finally gave keys back had to get my own tow truck, . in the end I paid them over 2,500 for a tune up and water pump trannsmision sylinoid they said I needed(it drive fine before they worked on it and then my trannsmision completely went out 2 miles down road they tried to keep car two until I threatened to call policemen

It’s not easy finding someone who works on imports and offers excellent customer service, but this place is legit! Done with the dealerships. Support local business and these guys deserve your business.

I was referred here from another mechanic for my 2016 Audi in for a coolant warning and rumbling of my car. They diagnosed the problem fairly quickly and brought out the part to show me so I knew what I was paying for. Replacing it was quick and easy, but I had to come back in because of an oil leak with a (thankfully) simple fix. I dealt with Bryan and Rob this whole process and they were very professional, understanding and helpful. Now, my car runs very smoothly with no oil leaks. Will definitely bring my car here in the future!

The A/C in my 1994 BMW 525i was not working. It was not blowing cold air even after adding freon at another repair facility. The crew at Euro Spec was able to correctly diagnose and correct the problem. Cory kept me informed during the repair process. Very pleased with the customer service. Purchased my 2013 C250 from a local Mercedes dealership. With all the cars I have owned over the years, I have never and will never take them to the dealer to be serviced. Got online to look for a local shop and found Euro Spec to be rated very highly. The check engine light had come on after I had it for eight months, took it to Euro Spec and they said they would fit me in, and they did. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, timely service, and the explanation of services for my Mercedes. When I picked up the car, I met the owner and he is a nice young man. Highly recommend.

The customer service was the only strange thing it made it seem like they didnt want my business.I dropped my car off at 8 AM it wasnt ready til 5 PM for an oil change which wasnt a big deal. They did this really cool diagnostic thing where it tells you whats wrong with your car and texts you the report. They called when it was ready and told me what was wrong with the car and I was essentially asking them prices and quotes to get these done and they man on the phone couldnt wait hang up. I was willing to keep my car in the next day and pick it up then if they were able to fix the items they stated were wrong.Also, they had a deal mentioned for $100 synthetic oil change on there site, I mentioned this when I dropped off the car and they still charged me $120...I wanted to give them more business and finally find a shop I trust, guess Ill keep looking.

Eurospec is a very competent European Car repair shop. They excellently service both of my European cars. They always check my cars and inform me of their needs. I don’t always want to do their recommendations at that specific time, but am able to budget for the repairs because of their attention.

We have a BMW 328i and had an oil leak that Euro Spec repaired and when it developed another small seepage a year later, they fully supported the warranty and stood by their work. We found Euro Spec after our previous maintainer retired and we were the market for a good, fair, and trustworthy shop; I think we have found that in Euro Spec. This shop does not respect your time.I was shopping for quotes to have work on my suspension and was told that they could not give me a rough estimate over the phone. I respected that and waited a week for an appointment to get my car in.I come in this morning first thing and they helped me right away. With my car in the parking lot and with them not opening anything up, they give me a quote. That is totally something they could have done over the phone.The customer service desk told me they had two systems. That showed me he was too lazy to check when I called for a quote. His solution to that was for me to wait a week, drive 40 minutes there, for him to finally get up and see how many hours of labor it would be.Funny you can request a quote online (picture attached from Google) but you cant over the phone.

I’ve got my project planned out and I searched a lot of shops in the area. My project is a 2003 E46 330i. Now, it was neglected by the previous owner and I don’t have tools or a work space so the best choice was to let a shop with experience spanning across several makes and models from the beautiful Lotus Esprit to the Rolls Royce they work on it and their service and attention to detail shows. Mark specifically answers any questions I have about proceeding with work and restoration. Yes, the hourly rate may seem high to some but this isn’t just a repair shop. These are qualified and knowledgeable professionals. Honestly, any bad reviews you see here are spread out by at least 1 year which tells me they address any failure in satisfaction. I’ve already spent a good amount here and just looking at their work instills confidence. It really is the small things like getting a ride home when dropping my car off during my very first visit. This is the shop for you if you want peace of mind, experience, and fair business practices. The shop has plenty of traffic and they’re not interested in hurting your wallet. I’ll be back soon for more work.

I recently took my 2006 Jaguar XK in for some major service. I was able to create an appointment to have it seen right away. Cory was in charge of directing and following up on the service of my car. His communication along the way was outstanding. I knew before going it would take several days to get the work completed. The work was done expertly (as other visits Ive had for the last 10 years). My car was returned completely repaired and was absolutely spotless due to the nice cleaning they performed at no extra charge. Cory worked me through the process so I always knew exactly what to expect. I find Eurospc to be quite fair in their pricing compared to dealer service. These guys are great. I took my VW to Eurospec with an issue that I was told could only be solved by the dealer. A family friend recommended I take it here instead. I was skeptical at first but I was not disappointed. They did exactly as they promised and Mark provided excellent if not perfect customer service, he constantly kept in touch with me about the state of my repair, be it through email, text or phone. There were ZERO surprise charges. After the repair they gave me a full report on the health of my vehicle, and they were actual reasonable suggestions for repairs in the future, not just an up sell. I hope that my car never has problem again but if it does I know where I’m going to take it.

It is an honest and very professional service. My car entered Monday at noon and left Tuesday as new, the diagnosis was very fast on my Mercedes Benz GL450. Excellent work, friendly staff, timely service, fair prices. Could easily have over-charged me hundreds of dollars for A/C work that was unnecessary, but didnt. Turned out just to be low Freon. A quick charge, and I was up and running with it cooling like new! I will certainly go there again when I need service!
