Sanders was recommended to me. They met or exceeded every expectation. They took my sons truck and gave it the overhaul it needed to bring it back to a safe, well running/driving, and dependable condition. I highly recommend this business if you need a trustworthy garage.

Only bad thing I encountered getting 2 of my vehicles fixed is that it takes them a few days to get things done. However, this is only because they get a lot of business so you need to make an appt a few days/week beforehand. Its a good garage, kind of expensive, but they get the work done properly.

The people here are extremely nice and helpful. They even drove me home when they knew it was going to take a long time to get to my truck. The servicing of the vehicle itself takes quite awhile though. They get pretty busy. Most of what they explained to me was simple enough for me to understand. Im a little skeptical about one thing, however. Thats the only reason Im not giving it 5 stars. The bathroom is clean and they have a fairly nice waiting area with excellent coffee with all the fixings. Im planning to go back and finish up the work I need done.

Have to be totally honest... People are great... Communications great... Quick towing.... But turned in car with timing issues and after $800+ work it was returned to me was told to drive it and then threw a rod through the oil pan the same day it was given back to me... not a good day for me...

I have now taken my SUV to Sanders Garage several times and I have been extremely happy with the entire experience. The staff is not only friendly, they are also all very knowledgeable. I am a single woman and have quite a bit of knowledge with vehicles........... I often go into other places for service and quickly realize the integrity of many repair shops are not what I expect or deserve. From my very first visit to Sanders I felt respected and knew I was getting straight forward and honest information about my repairs. The prices were reasonable and they have always completed my work as scheduled without any SURPRISES, lol. This is a repair shop that I highly recommend especially if you dont know much about vehicles. You will get straight forward answers without additional charges that are not needed.

I LOVE this place! Moving here i ended up having to initially need an alignment on my 06 tahoe. Took her in and they said before an alignment they needed to redo the front right control arm. Unfortunately at that time i couldnt afford it. For months it sat in my drive way until taxes and stimulus kicked in. Called them back and got that done and asked them to check out the truck as a whole. Well already knew Betty (my truck) was old and rusty, i figured more work would need to be done. Sanders garage had there work cut out for them as they had to fix multiple breaks lines, calipers, that right from control arm, oil change and other stuff to too boot. Im telling u, some things still need to be done so i will have to wait til the end of April to finish those but im telling you, if ur questioning and comparing who and where to go for anything mechanical or auto related, Brian and his staff are BAR NONE THE BEST IN TOWN!!! Theyve been very good at communication and telling me and my husband what their doing and why and for certian things if we wanna move forward with the next job to be done or not. Extremely friendly! Prices going thru them have been a blessing!! For the next few things to get fixed i will be taking my Betty back and getting her last few glitches fixed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SANDERS GARAGE!!! Im so happy i found them!!!! Brian and his staff r bar none the best in town! Yall r great and i will continue going there for future vehicle maintenance and upkeep. 5+++++ stars!

Just watched a member of this facility treat a tow truck driver with complete disrespect. I dont think he realized someone was watching.. There are many other good mechs in the area to consider, but not this one, way to show your a$$ sanders.

But they called me and quickly gave me a quote to fix it. Doug was my mechanic and i will reccomend him over and over again! I will definitely be a returning customer to Sanders Garage!

I had a tire appointment with them a couple weeks ago and was in and out! I arrived 15 minutes early and the gentleman who helped me immediately took my car back to get 2 new tires put on. The prices were good and service was great! All of their employees are friendly and greet you with pleasure. I have been a customer of Sanders Garage for at least 12 years or more. If you need a simple oil change or something more complicated like ball joints go to these guys. They have been around the block a bunch and know what they are doing. The owners Brian and Jason are very nice and will try and help you out as best as they can. Their prices are around the same as most shops around Jacksonville. Go check them out next time you need some automotive work done.

My fiancée and I went in today to get our truck inspected. Not only was the gentleman friendly and polite, he was also very patient with us as we tried to find our registration card. He was also willing to work with us if we couldnt find it at first. Within about 10 minutes of us giving him the keys, our truck was pulled around and taken in for inspection. I was surprised at how comfortable their waiting chairs were. Not those hard plastic crap school chairs, but very comfortable, plush leather chairs. Anyway the whole visit didnt take but 30, maybe 40, minutes tops and we were in and out. We chose this location based on the reviews on here and honestly they deserve every star.

Very good experience with these guys. Fixed my car in a timely and thorough manner for a reasonable price. Now my Nissan 240 is running better than ever. I will definitely bring them my business in the future.

I was referred to Sanders Garage by a friend. They are very professional and pay attention to detail. My experience with them has been more than I would have expected. When I thought I had something wrong with the engine, they could have charged me anything and I would not have known any better, but, they diagnosed the problem and told me all I needed was a new ignition switch. This is only one occasion when they saved me money. They are the best and I wont take my cars anywhere else.

Great Service and Great Staff!! I called early this morning to see if they could do an Oil Change on my Mercedes C-300, not only did they have the filter and oil I needed in stock, they told me to go ahead and bring it in today! Once there I only had to wait about an hour for the completion of the oil change, which normally I am use to waiting much longer at other places! Not mention their prices are great!! The place I normally go, which is an hour away, would normally end up being at least $50-60 MORE!! So I would definitely recommend this business and I am happy I gave them a try, and my husband and I will definitely be going back for future visits!! Went yesterday ask to check why my Engine light on I also have a problem with power and I think number eight was miss firing I got my vehicle back today the engine light still on they told me they only concentrated on the misfire parts cost $130 diagnostic and labor my total came out to $578.80 I would give him a zero star for accomplishing the mission will never go back. Wanted to charge me again for diagnostic said the engine light was off when they drove it 20 feet. I just started the truck and the light was on never move the truck. Brian said he was the owner and there was nothing he could do.No integrity whatsoever I did get upset and I did see a few cuss words but after the fact that he refused to fix the problem I highly recommend that you do not take your vehicle to this place and less you want unprofessionalism and unsatisfactory work the choice is yours

I went there this morning for a drop off appointment for my 2008 Mustang GT. I supplied my own parts and the service techs were extremely professional! The prices were very fair and they did an excellent job! I know finding a solid auto repair place in JVille is a tough thing to do but this garage just got themselves a customer for my entire time here!!! DO NOT HESITATE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP! My sons vehicle needed some work and I called Sanders. They were fair and did a good job repairing the problem. It took longer than expected so I gave four stars rather than five. I would recommend Sanders Garage to others.

They over charge you when you’re already in a tough situation. The battery went out in my husband’s car, and we paid almost $400 for towing and the new battery. Never will go there again if we have a choice. Terrible way to run a business customer wise.

I have had my car inspected every year by the Sanders Garage of Jacksonville,NC. The guys there take the time to fully inspect your car to make sure it passes NC inspection laws. It is a great place to have car work done.

Went in for an inspection. Lasted about 30 minutes and the lady at the front desk was very helpful. I would definitely recommend going here for a quick inspection if its that time of year for you.

Reply: I did contact you twice (email) after I got the car back but you never called me back. Obviously its going to start fine when I picked the car up. I told you it only happens after it sits more than 2 hours and mostly does it in hot weather. Which you started the car in morning since you held the car overnight . Also you said you saw me turn on the light thats b/c the lights was already turned on when I picked it up, so I turned lights off and then turned it back on then I left. I didnt even need the lights b/c it was 10am in the morning wasnt that cloudy and only light rain outside.

This is the only place w I go in Jacksonville. They have fast service and great prices! Everywhere else I e been in Jacksonville is a scam.

Great towing guys, reasonable fees

I was passing through Jacksonville and my pickup truck broke down about eight miles outside of town. I called AAA and before they got there, I knew I needed to figure out where I wanted them to take my truck for repairs. I used my phone to search for auto repair shops and Sanders Garage came up. They had a lot of good reviews, but they seems so general that I wondered if they were fake reviews. Most of the people had nothing specific to say about their experience. Well, I got towed in there, and I was suspecting the worst. I was thinking it was a bad fuel pump because the truck would start initially, run for a second and then die. Their mechanic was able to rule out a fuel pump problem pretty quickly and eventually found that the Viper car alarm, even though it was shut off, was preventing the truck from running. The mechanic disconnected the alarm system, and I was on my way in a couple of hours. I found them to be honest and thought my bill was more than fair.
