Awesome services. Very friendly staff that is up front and honest about any issues or potential issues that you may have with your vehicle. They were happy to repair my universal joints the same day i did my inspection even though they were busy. And lets not forget...Very fair priced for their services. I highly recommend the snappy lube crew.

This place is amazing!!! I went in for an oil change, but got my head lights and windshield wipers replaced, which saved me a trip to another place. The guy who worked on my car noticed my front bumper was popping out and he fixed it for me without me even asking. Great service and friendly mechanics. I will definitely be going back.

It was an oil change. However the attention to Covid compliance and the care of my vehicle met expectation. The recommendation future service needs made the 5 star rating. Especially since the needed service was not a service they do.

If you have diesel vehicle don’t use this company. These guys don’t get any information prior coming to pick your vehicle once it is done. So I just had to waste an hour of my time waiting for them to get my truck done, and then when I went back to get the truck they then finally tell me that they don’t carry my oil or my filter. If you own a business like this get information from your customers so that you don’t waste their time!!!!

I recently had an oil change done here, and had to take my car to the mechanic because of banging noise and oil spraying oil over my engine due to a broken o ring put on my oil filter. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN AND DONT RECOMMEND I YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE OR WALLET

The folks here have never been less than friendly. Theyre always helpful, and genuinely concerned with treating people right. After dealing with all the other garages in town, this is the only place I consider going to for affordable vehicle maintenance.

Always helpful and they keep it real with you. They always look out for me, which is why I always go to them versus the dealership. Never have to wait too long either which is a plus.

The manager Ron is a completely miserable person, a douchebag, he acts like he hates his job and its your fault that he is where he is in life these guys are shady and try to get you to come after hours to get flushes so they can pocket the money, the manager Ron failed my car for something thats not part of the inspection, and he seems to be a total racist if I could give zero stars I would, will never go back I was totally discriminated by this Kool Moe Dee wanna be, give me a break and by the way leaking gear oil isnt part of the inspection genius, and you wouldnt have records if work is done off the record after hours, what a brain child, go the jiffy lube they do it like its supposed to be done. These guys at express lube need to know their role, theyre not mechanics theyre grease monkeys and need to act as such

As a first time customer I feeling ripped off. I came in for a basic oil change but apparently they do not carry my oil in stock so I was told to go buy it and they’ll do the oil change for me. So I left and brought back everything they needed and was still charged $40.00! I asked for an itemized bill and the guy who was at the register could not explain why it’s $40 he said that’s what the manager told him to charge me. If the manager that suggested I buy the oil and bring it back would have told me it would still be $40 I would have never came back!!! I’ve always been skeptical of these “quick oil change” places but this just confirmed my suspicions. I will NEVER go back and I’ll be sure to spread the word to my fellow car club members and locals that this place is a rip off!

Many people will usually take the time to write a bad review, but wont write good ones. So, I decided I would take the time to write a good review.I had about 2000 miles left to go till my next oil change and my change oil warning was already going on. I was also smelling oil or gas when I turned on the heater. So, I decided to bring my car in for an oil change. I was getting bad service from other places, so this was my third stop for an oil change.I was confirmed in my belief that the other place had done my car wrong. I was told that during my last oil change they had overfilled the car with oil. After the oil change was completed and I was jumping in my car to leave the owner asked me to come by again for my next service. Since they dealt with me honestly and in a way favorable to me, I intend on returning for my next oil change service.

The service was fast and friendly but when it came time for me to pay the attendant tried to charge me $20 more than the original attendant has told me I would cost. When I questioned him about it he immediately indicated that he had accidentally charged me for something I hadnt gotten but the price was still more than $10 higher than I was originally told. He then told me that my vehicle required a special part that cost an additional $6. Which still didnt explain the $10 increase or why no one spoke to me about the additional charge before the service was done. I ended up paying the additional amount of $6 but I wont go back there again.

Ive only been here to get my state inspection done. They were pretty quick and explained stuff but were so casual that they didnt act very professionally.

Would give zero stars if possible. Horrible service. Was ignored when we got there, stood at the counter to have them take my keys and ask for an inspection. The man looked at me and walked right back out. Waited there for about 20 min and when they started taking people that came after us, walked out. Will never go back here again.
