Impeccable service, very knowledgeable mechanics, honest people that care about your vehicle and are more like a family to me. The only place Ive gone to get my car serviced for nearly nine years.I came in recently thinking I needed multiple repairs done and after taking a look under the hood they realized it was unecessary that I only needed an oil change and balance which saved me nearly $500.00 in parts and labor. They could have very well taken my money, but they care about me as a customer and a person.

This is the best tire shop in the state of Arkansas if you ask me. Theyre very personable, and honest. They dont try to sell anything you dont want or need. If you tell them you need new tires the first question will always be do you want top of the line, middle of the line, or the cheapest ones they have. They also do a lot more than tires

The staff was so friendly and even though its not mandatory statewide to have a mask on everyone there was wearing a mask no matter how far away you was away from them just all around pleasant place to be but the reason youre there business pleasant go check them out they got a good business going they know what theyre doing

Theyve been great every time Ive gone to them. Theres a wait sometimes, but its worth it for the great service. Each time Ive gotten tires theyve had me out pretty fast considering the line.

Had the tire I needed

Service was no good. Got free money for messing up air conditioner after claiming they put free on in it. Made it worse now it want throw out cold air after they got under the hood. Want be going back to them. Looking for ones who got a good heart to do the right honest thing and that is to not use or trick anybody to get fast money. Nothing good will happen for your lousy service.

Local tire shop that treats customers very well! I intended to get road hazard on my tire & thought it would be offered when purchased but honestly havent needed it, since the tire sold to me has lasted a good while no issues. Tire quality blows the ones youd get from Walmart out of the water & probably why they dont push road hazard like Walmart does. Highly recommend them for all your tire needs. The were quick with their work & good ole friendly home town service!

When I first moved to Jacksonville in October of this year I was dreading having to find a new mechanic and a place to get tires. My car was in bad need of tires at the time and I needed an oil change after traveling. From the first phone call with Steve I knew this was my place. All I can say is, WOW!!! Vaughan Tires has been the best place Ive ever been to for vehicle maintenance. I was super impressed from the moment I walked into the aroma of what comfort and relaxation is like. I was helped immediately from a gentleman who came from the shop, as the lovely lady behind the counter was assisting another guest. Such great service, right.After getting everything in order, I had to use the restroom, and for an auto shop, I was impressed with how clean or orderly their restroom was, because it was behind the shop, but through the shop. I had an even bigger smile on my face, because I felt my truck was in great hands ✋. You can always tell what a business is like by how clean their restroom is. As I left the bathroom to head back towards the inside of Vaughans Tire Co., the wonderful mechanics asked me about my spare tire and shared with me information about my truck I knew nothing about. Everyday I want to learn something new, and if I dont, then my day wasnt fully successful, but today I felt my truck mattered, I felt I mattered, and I even felt my services mattered.I made my way back into the lobby, and there was a wonderful smelling candle lit, and I felt it was the difference of night and day walking from the maintenance area to inside their shop! The shop where the vehicles were smelled of oil and rubber, where as the lobby smelled like you could curl up and take a nap, but there wasnt enough time to do so, because not long after the restroom visit, to the educational lesson on my truck, and the great conversation about the candle, DC and Marvels comics, and the movie Tag with the two inside, my truck was finished. I had a really great time during the wait of my new tires and rotation. They even went the extra mile to see if they had an extra cover for my wheel to match the other three, and thats service!!!I felt this review was in order, because of all my years of driving and maintaining my vehicle, this is by far the best place Ive been too!!! Thank you Vaughan Tires for your great service, and you have excellent employees who deserve a nice meal and treat, because I believe each one spoke to me and even smiled from inside the lobby to inside the shop. We had a flat as soon as we arrived at my mothers home last night. Disheartening considering we didnt have spare cash to get a new tire. Called Vaughan Tire Co and they not only had better pricing, but they were the only tire shop that had our tire size. What really impressed my wife and I, VTC was able to patch our tire where other shops told us it wasnt possible to patch. Thanks to the crew at VTC, we were able to get home.

I had a great experience bringing my car with a flat tire to the shop. They fixed it quickly and only charged me $16. Highly recommend it!

Horrible!!!!I needed two front used tires. I’ve always gotten my tires from them. I’d pick them out and they would put them on. This time, It was the lady. I’ve always done business with the guy. I didn’t pick them out this time because she didn’t offer and I trusted them. She gave me two bald tires. They looked exactly like the ones I was having replaced. And charged me full price as though they were good tires. I told and showed her and her husband and she lied and told me she knew they were bald so she only charged me 30 a piece”. Which means I paid 70+ for labor. I told them I wanted my old tires back. They said they would have to recharge me 70+ again for labor. I couldn’t believe this had happened to me. I’m a single mother of four and I couldn’t afford for them to screw me. She said she’ll give me a discount the next time I come in, but wouldn’t put it in writing. Terrible!!! They are scammers. They should’ve done something to correct their mistake. So sad!!!

Very nice customer service!!! Went for used tires. I warned them that my undercarriage was hanging on by a thread, and they secured it back up for free! The mechanic took the time to show me that my brakes were so low I was at risk of damaging my rotors, and I really appreciate that, especially since I taxi 3 kids around every day. After I left I called because I had a problem with one of the used tires, and they told me to come right back. They fixed the problem in minutes!

I took my 2014 Silverado in for a front end alignment after installing a 2 leveling kit. They have the tools and expertise to get the job done right. I was very impressed to find a top-notch alignment computer that dialed in the minor adjustments that needed to be made, and now the truck handles and drives better than ever!! Thanks!!

Honestly my personnal feeling about good year, when its all said and done I am one satisfied customer.

I went for an oil change and to have 2 tires checked...they patched the two tires and assumed they changed my oil after waiting for an hour. Come to find out they didnt change my oil at all and then never balanced my tires after they did the patches! My first and last time I will EVER use this place!

It wasnt ok! I had to wait to long in the heat, then i got charged way to much, and to top it all off i didnt make it ten miles, and one of the tires that i paid so dearly to have fixed went flat!! After all i went thru trying to avoid being broke down on the side of the hwy. I be damn if i didnt wind up their anyway!

I brought in 2 tires to be mounted. Once they had been mounted I noticed 4 deep gashes on my rim. Vaughan took responsibility and attempted to fix it. They sanded down dips in my wheel and then painted over the dips the wrong color. They did not look the way I brought them in. My wheels are machined and painted OEM from VW. I was given a lecture by Bob Vaughan himself how he wouldnt have fixed it further, and how I was lucky his assistant was there to send off my wheel to be fixed. Even if it comes back perfect, the lecture from Bob Vaughn made me feel angry and I will never do business there again. If they dont come back fully restored, he said he would not fix it further. Please dont go to Bob Vaughan tire if you have anything but steel rims.

Steve is awesome, very helpful, very friendly! If you want to get something done talk to him! The evil lady at the front desk has been there for years. She is rude, and has horrible customer service skill! If her job is answering phones, greeting customers, and helping customers in any way, she FAILS. I have been coming here purely out of convinience for 6 years, and EVERYTIME rhis woman ruins my experience. Also, Tire Town in Beebe got me spoiled, they are cheaper, and I am always out in 10-20 minutes.
