This Hair care/Beauty supply Depot is easily accessible, The bright Pink exterior make it very visible with plenty noticable sighnage. The parking lot is Ample with handicapped spots and wheel chair ramps. The store has anything has large assortment hair care and Beauty products, The staff is knowledgeable amd helpfull.

I didnt feel comfortable in there because the lady (the owner or manager) was very obvious in walking across all the isles and watching me as I walked through the store. Being watched made me feel so uneasy because I was there to spend money not steal and for a moment I really considered leaving the items I picked up and leaving the store. By the way she was acting you would think people steal regularly in there. Being a business owner myself I would hate to hear of theft in the store especially because the business brings goods and jobs to the neighborhood but also because it made me uncomfortable and I wont be going back to this location!

Usually have decent hair at all price points. I usually find hair I cant find everywhere here.

Ive gone here 3 times. The store owner watches you like youre about to grab stuff and run out of the store. When Ive gone, I spend at least $250-$350 there every time. The first time, I gave her the benefit of the doubt because so many customers were at the location. The second time, I started to feel uneasy because if she cant watch you, she sends her employees to watch you while they continuously ask you if you need help or assistance which I always respond that I dont.The third time I went, I was looking at makeup products in the very front of the store and when I would walk to the next aisle she would move around to keep me in her eyesight while standing behind the counter. I felt uncomfortable and offended, almost walked out but I paid for the things I picked up because of convenience and left. Never shopping there again.If you dont trust us, go sell to and do business with people in your own community.

This is a wonderful place to go for hair but the only problem that I had was they never have the color that I want my three t27 but other than that theyre stock is awesome try and give him a try

If I could leave a negative star review I would! I was EXCHANGING a product that did not work and they refused to exchange the product for a more expensive product at that! You will NEVER see my money in this store again. Side note, this owner treats their customers like garbage. If not for the staff they have, their customer service would be trash! #disgusted

The biggest selection of hair dye I have ever seen in your typical beauty store. I have seen some beauty stores that were not stocked up on product like this one. The service representative is nice and helpful. I was disappointed when I found out that they dont carry color contacts. Ill find a beauty supply store that does.

I liked the selection it was great. But I really did not like how the lady wouldnt let me look at these earrings. They were 6 bucks and she never left my side. I doubt I would get out that cramped place nor would I try. But, she wouldnt let me see what I bought until I actually bought it. So, that was a tad stressful and offensive. I understand she has to watch her product but she was standing right there not even 2 feet from me.

Try going to the Beauty Depot on 103rd street! This hair store is completely unorganized and probably 80% of the store is not marked with prices and therefore you have to keep doing price checks. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen in my life. The man at the counter took my bag of items immediately after he figured my chip reader was damaged rather than trying again or without even asking me if I had another method of payment. No sorry for the inconvenience just complete disrespect and sterotypical. I wasted too much time is this store. I will never shop here again.

Great wigs but horrible customer service. A female Black Assistant was helping me with a wig, and I decided to buy. She was so nice I started to look at other wigs. Then, one of the ladies with Asian decent came to the area and started fussing at the lady helping me saying she was missing three wigs out of their places on the wall. When I said to the lady, thats enough for us. Thats our que to go. The Asian decent lady looks at my wig lying on the counter and says I have four wigs out of place. No chicka, that fourth wig is not your wig. I wore that into this store. Talked down to the lady helping me and made me so uncomfortable my family and I left without purchasing anything. We are serious wig lovers and could have easily purchased four wigs each. But no mam, would only recommend this place if that lady wasnt working. Told the other lady, who must have been the owner, that her assistant was rude and she didnt seem shocked at all. Btw... Amazon had the wig cheaper by $15!!
