Always a great experience here. The staff are so helpful and I have never had issues with color matching here as I have in other stores. They never pressure you to purchase other items, will give you space if you want it, but are always available if you need them. Smaller selection than the full stores of course but they always have the main things I’m looking for.

Monique at this location is always the gal that ends up helping me, she’s the best and gives great advice. One day it was only her on shift and I watched her run back and forth between customers helping each one. No one should have to run the floor alone like that but she did it incredibly. Please give this woman a raise! 👍
I went in for my birthday freebie while getting my hair trimmer in JCPenny, so I figured it would be easier to pick it up now and man was I correct! I usually go to the town center’s Sephora but this location was so much better! The workers were happy, helpful and filled with energy! I’m so thankful I decided to stop I think this will be my new go to sephora location! Thank you Monique!!
There was only 1.employee at the cashier, no one to help find make up. I had to wait 2 people pay to be able to get help locating what I was looking for
Lakia the manager helped me find Laneige moisture cream without retinol since I got microblade brows I cant use for now.plus I love how it feels for 38.00 instead of 68 for another brand .she showed me both .being a resturant server it meant a lot for me to get a great product for that price .thanks for taking care ❤ of me

I came here yesterday with my Grandma on our shopping trip and the service was outstanding. Aaryn helped me so much with trying different products that fit my needs so I would leave knowing I got a product I love! She was very patient and helped me whenever I had a question for probably almost an hour! 10/10 would recommend!

I just want to give a HUGE shoutout to the staff at this location. I shop here quite often. I actually don’t go anywhere else for my cosmetic needs. The products are of course top quality, and even better, the staff is absolutely fantastic. They’re always so patient with me, answer all of my questions honestly with great detail, and are enthusiastic when helping me to find anything I need. In addition, everything you could possibly need for face, skincare, fragrances, ect, is right here. Some items are expensive, but that also comes with good quality. All in all, though, I find the prices to be very reasonable in regards to product quality and availability. The store is neat and well-kept. I absolutely recommend!
Came in here the first time I had a great experience with Lauren. Second time I went in she wasnt there. My visit wasnt very pleasant, enough to never go back anymore.
I have been going to this sephora for probably 3 years, Ive always had a great experience and lots of help. But recently I visited the store and the staff was absolutely overwhelming and demeaning. I was browsing several different products and had 5 employees ask if I needed help, then hand me a basket when I specifically stated that I was merely browsing, and lastly throughout my visit the employees followed me through the store. LITERALLY FOLLOWED ME. It was definitely an uncomfortable and disappointing visit and I will not be shopping at this location.

Came in to make a return for an item that I purchased during Black Friday and hadn’t gotten around to returning it due to the holidays and traveling. Finally came into the store KNOWING I would only be able to receive in-store credit. Well...the employee working the register told me “we don’t offer in-store credit or exchanges after 60 days, you can try the Sephora at the Town Center and they may be able to help” handed me my makeup and said next! I even tried to pull up the store return policy and was basically shoo’ed away.This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with Sephora.
Case with gift sets clearly states take 20% off and they argued that it’s already off and that’s it’s 36% off what? When tried to speak to an associate and point out these things she turned around and said good day sir. Where is your customer service? Horrible experience
