Went to the flagship store and worked with Bill, he was very helpful with finding a new replacement pillow for my old tempurpedic neck pillow. I tried out a few different ones and the Pro hi might be the one for me. Very nice clean store with every pillow and mattress option to try out.

I was greeted heartily by bill and he explained succinctly the benefits of the various tempurpedic mattresses and he allowed me to test a few mattrsses and they were very comfortable. I was even shown a special mattress which had air circulating under it for hot sleepers and that was a neat experience. He even gave me some free foam and a water bottle on my way out and I enjoyed my time there. Highly recommend bill and this store!

Alex was phenomenal! Very informative and provided all the information so we could make the best decision to improve our sleep. He made sure we got the best deal possible and that we got exactly what we wanted and needed. He was patient with us even as we went back and forth. We now have the best bed ever thanks to Alex! Our rambunctious family piled into the town center store one day and he was extremely accommodating, down to earth and helpful. We had no prior knowledge of tempur-pedic, but knew we were unhappy with sleep number. After a couple visits to the store we found our perfect fit.

Alex Koonce at this store provides outstanding customer service. He is very knowledgeable about the products and I can tell he loves his job and genuinely likes to help. I happily found this store by chance when it had opened just for 2 few weeks, I asked Alex about what beds and foundations to buy for my new Pro Adapt mattress. I called Alex the next day and he took my order over the phone. He kept in contact with me regarding the order, then I called another day and ordered the mattress protector from him too. Great customer service and a cheerful attitude = repeat business. I received my ultra low foundations yesterday and love them. The delivery team was awesome too, on time and very professional.
