The manager was very nice. They have lots of things that might interest people besides mattresses. Would recommend to my friends and family.

Great customer service

I met Fawzy at an open house on the Southside of Jacksonville. Im a real-estate investor and realtor and was driving through the area to see if I could find any business partners for mutual benefit. I ended up not bidding on that specific house, BUT Fawzy had some of his pieces for display in the home. I have a knack for nice furniture and decor and immediately knew I could work with him. That same day I visited his store and already have selected 8 pieces to display in a show Im hosting in St. Augustine next week. I highly recommend his inventory to any business professional trying to up their ante in such a competitive market.

I just got out of prison and i didnt have a mattress but the gentlemen who owns this store gave me a great quality mattress for a great price im very satisfied

This furniture store is the worst I will never purchase anything else from here .it takes forever for your furniture to come in he doesnt keep in contact with you its over priced and the delivery man works alone which is impossible to carry furniture by his self so I the customer had to assist him which is wrong because thats what the delivery fee was paid for but being that its one person and I waited long enough to receive my things I helped. Im telling everyone they are better at going to a real furniture store and receiving better customer service there.

Im new to the jacksonville area, 312 Chicago baby!!! woooo! So I got out of rehab in october 2019 and stayed with my mom for a few weeks before she told me she cant tolerate the smell of the cats i adopted anymore and that as a 42 year old woman i should be supporting myself. whatever. so anyways i heard that jacksonville is a party town and i found a guy on craigslist that said he would let me stay with him. i moved down here in january and was staying with this guy until he kicked me out after literally selling one of my cats on craigslist for $20! I was panhandling last night and you know how sometimes you get lucky and can make a couple hundred in a few hours, especially if you got the girls out lol. so i came up with about $287 last night and was walkiing around the plaza of Mr. Khalils store and I literally fell in love with all of the merchandise. I saw him through the window as I walked by, we locked eyes and it was fate. Beautiful items, anything from perfumes, oils, trinkets and decor of all types. I literally spent the $287 within about 5 min and I got a ton of really nice stuff. Im definitely going to be standing on the corner tonight to get some more cash to spend at this place.

Fawzy is a very competent and honest man he has helped me for years at his furniture store with great products and competitive prices.

Wow! This store is one word simply AMAZING! One night I decided to cook dinner on a plug-in skillet on my bed. I was making some cube steaks (with onions and green bell peppers- because you know the green ones are more fairly priced at Walmart and they taste the same), and unfortunately my skillet turned over and caught my old mattress on fire. After the fire department put out the fire, one of the nice gentlemen said to me I know where you can get a new mattress, on Dunn Ave at Mattress & Linen Depot, ask for Fawzy Khalil and tell him John sent you. I did just that, luckily Fawzy stays open until 7pm each night, which is great for me because I typically sleep in until 4pm or 5pm each day due to my chronic obesity. When I got to the store Fawzy welcomed me and asked me how he could help. I told him what happened and he very kindly walked me through the store and I found the PERFECT mattress! I sleep better than I have in years. On top of that, I got a new rug for my living room, its a beautiful asian-style rug that my pet dog Stanley loves to lay on! I recommend this place to anyone reading this comment! Just Wow!
