Great staff! John and Zooey were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and, enthusiastic. They truly wanted to assist me in finding the best bike for me, and, for my needs.Neither pressured me in any way, and, neither pushed any extra products on me. Prices were less than other bike stores and other places that sell bikes. Also, they offer free service forever!All in all, it was an amazing experience! My husband and I were extremely pleased! We give them 5 stars across the board!

We went to the shop on a Saturday and it was busy as all get out. Even so, Miles really hustled around to help everyone who came into the shop. Even ppl looking for what they don’t offer, he tried to offer advice or alternatives. We wanted low end bikes to get a little fresh air. This shop has an excellent selection, and a lot in stock. They were selling bikes like hot cakes, but took time to answer all questions and help with anything we wanted. Also saw a bike mechanic there too, and several ppl stopped in for repairs. Excellent choice

You can buy a decent beach cruiser here but dont take it back for servicing because they are the most unprofessional as they come...and Im not sure if they actually know how to fix bikes. Youre supposed to get free servicing if you buy a bike here, but it appears that youll be last on the fix-it list. My bike is about 4 yrs old and needed some basic cleaning and lubing of crank and hubs...but they said it didnt need it after having it for a week and doing nothing but tightening the chain. I said that I wanted it done regardless and they reiterated that it didnt need it but maybe theyd get to it if they had more time...What??? I was given several excuses like they have many bikes to service and some people are waiting 4 months for parts, ect....blah blah blah...I told the manager kid it was unprofessional and he got all hot and started noting how I was leaving with a perfectly functional bike. I think that its pretty clear how this place functions: sell bikes and accessories, build bikes out of the box, and fix nothing because it takes away from simply moving products!

They did 2 repair jobs on my bike, one in the middle of the pandemic and the second one this past weekend. Both times very reasonable time frame to get the job done and ver affordable rates. Excellent customer service! Miles was my contact guy and did a great job.

Came in today just before closing and Zowi helped me out and was extremely knowledgeable about all of the cruiser bikes and pointed me in the right direction.Not only was he incredibly professional and knowledgeable, he also built the bike straight out of the box because that was the color my daughter wanted even though it was already closing time.I’ve been a customer here for a long time, and because of continued experiences like this, I will be for life.PS: ignore the two ridiculous and obviously fake reviews below. That absolutely is not this bike shop. I’ve been buying cruiser bikes from them for years.

Whats left of my bike... If youre going to buy a Mango in Jax Beach from these guys, be sure to throw a GPS on it... Itll somehow wander its way back to this store by itself & resold to the next unsuspecting customer. The only way you should cruise in Jax Beach is with a used non-Mango rider, thats the only way to guarantee it wont end up back here.

There are notorious for selling you a new Mango Bike & then cruising around & taking them back from you, without your permission.Dont believe me? Well check out the police reports at Oceans Edge Condos which is less than a mile south of this Bike Shop. I didnt believe the residents there who told me that originally, til it happened to me. Hey, at least these guys let me use my bike for an entire weekend before they took it back. Bought 2 nice Mango beach cruisers for my wife and self. Excellent service from Miles - Hes really nice and helpful and very knowledgeable.Great price on these quality bikes. Immediately took them out for an extended ride. These are great for the road or beach. Im 63 and this bike doesnt make me feel cramped. Highly recommend this shop and these Mango cruisers.

I love these guys. Ive bought several bikes from here and they offer free service. They always remember me and get me back on the road quickly. I just bought a new mango longboard because my other one was stolen. I mentioned that to miles and he made me aware that the police have been finding storage spots with stolen bikes and that the officers are returning bikes to their owners. First of all, Miles is the best !! He was so helpful in so many ways. He was patient and explained what was wrong with my tire and attached a new bike rack for me. Sounds easy, but I’m playing the “female card”. I was bringing a beach cruiser from Jax to Fort Lauderdale and knowing that Miles attached it properly gave me peace of mind ! I went in last week for some minor repairs to an old bike I have and they had me fixed up and ready to go in 10 minutes. Did some extra adjustments than what I had asked for too - all for no cost! My bike is now working great, and I will definitely be back for the awesome service!

Myles made sure to get my flat tire repaired in TopSpeed. My husband and I both have bikes from here and are thrilled with the equipment and the service!!

Avoid this place and it’s surly staff.When they get tired or busy customers are the last thing they want to deal with.Haha! These folks are overworked and need to rest even while customers are on the floor.Instead head north on 3rd street about 3 miles and shop at Bike and Beach,Neptune Beach.The fellow there is knowledgeable and willing to accommodate.Still,Life is good on a Mango!

I went looking for a 58 cm carbon fiber cycle, unfortunately like so many other bike shops around, road bikes are hard to find and 58 cm bikes even harder. They had a crevelo cycle used and a bit out of my price range for a used cycle so I passed. If they would have lowered the price to 1500 dollars I... id have riden it this morning. For now my old trek will have to do. The serach goes on.

I have patronized this bike shop for years and was extremely disappointed with the reception I received today when I asked for help with pumping air into my tires on a bike purchased at another shop. The attendant pointed me to two hand held pumps which were hard for me to use on account of lower back issues. There were no other customers in the store and the attendant refused to help me, either with the hand held limp or the electric one in the back. Despite having purchased multiple bikes and numerous accessories at this establishment in the past, I no longer intend to patronize this business where customer service was not just unfriendly, but totally non existent. Very sad to lose this shop geographically convenient to me.

Used to be the best shop hands down when Freddy and crew were there. Gotta say the new management and mechs are not quite up to the previous standard. This is a good place for your cruisers and such but if you have a road bike and don’t work on it yourself, either learn to or find a different shop. Subtle condescension and having to do repeat repairs for the same thing has been my experience with the new guys. Even though my repairs are free because I got my bike there, I will be taking it to another place and paying rather than go back. Just my experience.

I took my bike here to get new tires put on a year ago and they were great, super knowledgable and let me know a few things I didnt know about my bike. They were fast and cheap, if your bike breaks down this is where you should take it!

This bike shop beats the one in Atlantic Beach by FAR! The guys are SO nice and helpful. I needed a new chain and the gentleman working took the time to explain to me how to change it myself. Then when my chain was too long, I went back and they added more links free of charge. Highly recommend this shop for all your bike needs!

I originally had a bad experience speaking with someone on the phone. I decided not to let one bad apple get in the way. When we arrived they were busy but the owner Courtney could not have been nicer and so helpful. I ended up purchasing from her and I am glad I did. I would hate for someone so helpful and nice to lose business because of one person.

Unprofessional mess.Sold me two bikes, could only fit one in my car, but told me, No problem, you can come back tomorrow and get it!Came back the next day...to find a handwritten sign on the door saying they were closed. I saw employees inside assembling bikes. They gave me dirty looks and refused to let me in. They also ignored the phones at both this location and the Orlando location.Im heading out of town tomorrow WITHOUT the bike so I guess Ill just report it to AMEX and let them sort it out.Next time Ill stick to Zencog or any other shop. I wanted to shop local at the beach and this is what I got.

I never review stuff, but these guys have awesome customer service. The boys over there helped me transport my bike from east coast to west coast by giving me a bike box, and printing and taping the shipping labels to the box. If you’ve ever travelled with you bike, you know how complicated it can be to ship it back when your done (while its your only mode of transportation). They totally saved my butt on this one. They did it quickly and efficiently which allowed me to smoothly ship off my bike and catch my flight. I can’t thank them enough. Cheers

My Wife called these guys on phone explained to the gentleman that she had purchased a mountain tricycle online. Need someone to put it together gentle told her it would be 85$ to assemble it oh she forgot to get his name assuming she was speaking to someone at the bicycle shop. I take the bike to the shop unloaded speak to some kid at the door figuring he was going to help me. But was rather rude telling me they don’t do tricycle. Again I explained my wife spoke to someone on the phone said they’d do it. Again rude asking who I spoke with rather than helping me. Manger not much better poor poor customer service guess your business forgot could have made a customer. By offering a solution to my problem rather than add to it I found a Bike shop that understood that! Sad you didn’t

This is my favorite shop for service, they are reasonably priced and extremely good at what they do. I brought a bike there with minor work needed on a fork yesterday. It had a raggedy seat, and not only did they charge me little for the repair but they threw in a complimentary used seat, Love this place!

Super helpful, have had a couple small repairs and updates done here. Will keep going back

Needed my bike tube repaired. Walked in 45 mins prior to closing and they would not repair my bike (said their repair shop was closed). Had to walk over 2 miles to the next bike store where they repaired my bike in under 5 mins. I would highly recommend champion cycling over cycle spectrum.

Blown away by our experience. The manager, Myles, cursed in front of my son and then called him a blabber mouth when he got mad at my husband over a $10 repair that should have been covered by warranty.He is TEN you psycho!

I like this bike shop bc I went in for a pump. But he offered to help me w my rusty chain, my swiveling seat a new bike basket and Ill probably go there for my future needs. He wasnt yodeling I just had a few questions. He didnt blow me off. He wanted to help me. They even put a bike pump outside for people to use for free.What more business owners should realize is that when youre there to serve people it pays off in the long run. I didnt mind buying other stuff that I needed from them bc they offered to help me with my bike issues. Lol so Ill go there in the future and Ill refer others to them too :) thx Spectrum!!

The capitalist spirit is alive and well at Cycle Spectrum. While visiting family in Jax, I needed a tube and a CO2 cartridge to replace the one I used to fix my flat from the ride the previous day. Not only did they have them in stock, they offered me the privilege of paying about 5xs the actual retail value!! While you can get 16g threaded CO2 cartridges online for about $1.05 each shipped and Performance Bike will rip you off for $3.99 each, Cycle Spectrum takes it to another level: they charge $9.95 for two CO2 cartridges. Not only that, but when I asked for two CO2s, the faux-hipster with the waxed moustache gave me two two-packs. Ill take some blame for not noticing that but bravo. Well played, sir.
