Good selection of flavors and great staff! Spent at least an hour talking to and joking with the staff. They spent roughly 45 minutes trying to find a recipie for the flavor I wanted and I am HIGHLY satisfied with it! There were about 10 people in there total at the time I went and it was really relaxed and chill. We joked about the names of some of the flavor mixtures and I would totally recommend this store if youre looking to just chill while shopping for what you need.

Find it highly funny that you can go into any vape shop around here without being carded but it was such an issue that she asked me to step out while she helped my husband. Addressed us very rudely and I never leave reviews but please don’t waste your time.

I went in to have the staff look at my vape, which started to act up and hadnt been used in a year. Tammy took one look at it, had it taken apart, cleaned, added a new atomizer, re-assembled it, and the thing worked better than it did when I bought it. The kicker? She only charged me for the atomizer and not the time she spent fixing it or explaining it to some old guy up from Florida. Id move to Jacksonville just to have you guys in my neighborhood.

Every time I go there, even though I am a regular, the staff is always welcoming and helpful. Its a genuine space. I love it.

This shop sold a “fake vape” went to another vape shop to get a replacement drip tip, the guy tried to look up my vape by serial number and could not find it. Said it was not legit I spent hundreds of dollars at this store and they are a scam!

So I went into this shop with my buddy to see if I would want to get into vaping, and was met by a guy with a beard who asked for our IDs. When I was asked why, he went on his high horse yelling at me and my buddies saying that he has to see them because it’s “his tobacco store and I’ll ask if I want.”So apparently he’s the owner, and the coolest guy alive...with the only vape store around.I’ll be sure to tell everyone I come in contact with to stay away...because clearly they’re generating enough business to be rude to new customers.Great job of trying to make it up to my buddy at the register though.

The only vape shop I will go to now, went in to just buy some liquid and ended up getting a whole new setup. I was looking for about an hour and the guys working were totally cool with helping me out and answering all my questions.

The first time I was there I thought the prices were kinda high, but new to the area so I wasnt sure. The older lady helped me, and seemed really nice. The second time the younger woman helped me and although the older lady was there she didnt say a single word, odd and rude! This is closest vape shop to me but I now go out of my way to go to Diamond Tek.

Was having issues with my ecig and they helped fixed the problem. Good selection on flavors, great prices and amazing staff. This is my new go to place.

Not a big selection for different tips for 5/10 thread battery (glass done for wax and oil) but they do have the chargers for $4 each. Clean store too.

Only downside is not returns even on faulty tanks!
