This location has went down hill. Barely much better than a Walmart. Cash register lines were long, but at least there were several of them open...

Today is the third time that I have found something online at target and the price is higher than what is stated online. I don’t understand how the website can tell you what store it’s at and even what aisle it is on yet the price is now higher? Today was $10 increase and before was a $20 increase on a toddler indoor trampoline. Other than that... I enjoy shopping IN store every now and then.

I think the store I went to this time had everything I was looking for, I was looking for Christmas Presents to go to my grandkids and smaller family members. I also took advantage of the clearance items you have.

Clothing section inventory is not as full as it used to be. Seems to have a smaller section of brands with Universal Thread as its largest. Now more geared towards younger clothing brands/styles.

Great store. Amazing staff! Bobby, a Target employee, stopped to offer help to me as my car wouldnt start in the Target parking lot. He literally was offering to go get me gas at his expense! What a sweetheart & jewel of an employee!! Thank you for having such wonderful people!!!

Clean store really good prices on a lot of items not just the normal stuff but also food as well. Very clean restrooms has a Starbucks inside of it also has a Pizza Hut inside of it and also has an optometrist inside of it. I want to thank Joe who works for Target asking me why I was taking pictures and Im simply taking pictures to remind myself to do certain things like go to the optometrist and get certain things for Christmas presents for certain people so thank you Joe for looking out for the customers even though you came kind of aggressive with another guy no ill-will no harm no foul still love the store still love you guys!

I have been purchasing an item every other week for the last year...Now its no longer available at this store and I CAN NOT request it at this store. I was told to go to another store, which I dont think I should have to do as this store is my local store.Guess Ill just go to my local Walmart from now on...

WOW, WOW, WOW!!! I went into Jacksonville West-Crosshill location today and a Target employee named Preston set the bar for all Target employees and managers to emulate. He helped find stuff that I needed and he also said, do you need more help and I said yes.I then checked out and went to find a manager and the manager said that he always sets the bar for customers. She said that is why he is a TRAINER. Great job Target, do not let this guy get a way.

Generally you can find what you are looking for. Target has everything. Reasonably priced. Not too busy, even on a Saturday.

Excellent place to shop especially if you have a Redcard. It saves you 5% and if you combine it with the Target Circle you can really save some money here. Comparable prices to other stores, lots of clearance and items you cant find in other stores. I love shopping here.

The bathrooms were disgusting and run down. Other than that, the store was nice. I thought I walked through a portal into another place when I went into the bathroom. Day and night comparison to the store and the bathrooms.

Better than average super target. You’ll get anything you need and then some. Workers are very helpful and the parking lot has plenty of room. Only negative is depending on time it can get really busy and there are never enough lines with actual people checking you out. Other than that it’s great 👍🏻

I went to pickup an order online and a young man at the pick up counter was very rude. I had my email for pickup and wasn’t sure what was meant by a barcode (since I overlooked a button in the email), after he repeated that I needed one, I showed him the email and he told me to slow down my scrolling, clicked on some buttons, scanned it and walked off. He came back with my items, did not say here you go or acknowledge me, just pushed the cart towards me. When I said ‘thank you’ he ignored me. Really poor customer service.

I have never had bad experience . Maybe an employee confused on, an items location but no telling what could be behind that .... I love the fact their lines have never seemed out of controll like other giant box stores ( cough cough) walmarchooo ....see what I did there....Overall this target is always a good experience with their customer service always ready to help and explain some confusing coupons wish one brand at 1.75 oz covered while same item and brand but 1.95 oz not covered (( it happened to me at this location luckily the lovely customer service agent walked me through each item covered and which were not .. thanks again oak targhzee (( I blame corporate for the confusing coupons though))

This was a pharmacy run. One thing I dislike about the pharmacy section of Target is the difficulty in finding what youre looking for. I was looking for a new thermometer to replace my old one that died. I spent a good ten minutes wandering up and down the aisles until I found them. They did have a good selection, with at least two choices for traditional, eat, and forehead style. Like I said, mixed experience.

Had to get Easter food and gifts for the grandkids. That also carry size 44. Needed a new Easter dress.

Easy to find everything I need

I came for vacuum cleaner bags. Lots of vacuums and literally only two bags, generic. Even the employee had to look very hard to find that. They were hidden between other things.

Store is kept nice and clean. Staff is kind. It’s target so there’s not much to be mad about.

Target has great prices and great customer service. I would give them 5 stars if they offered higher quality fruits. The fruits are often damaged, bruised, and even have mold.

I usually give good previews to every place I go but today I had to go home a little disappointed with Target employees..Im a disabled person who cant walk that much I ask 2 employees to see if they can get me an electric cart both of them told me they couldnt get it one of them I had to wait until he was done with his job and the other one couldnt leave the store either Cmon Target I thought Vustomers matters to yall First and last time ill visit them this Target was at Oakhill Village 😡😡😤😤

Nice selection of products, but the bathrooms are disgusting. Went to change my 7month old, and turned around and walked out of the bathroom. The changing table looks as if it hadn’t been cleaned in 6 months. But they’ll sure remind you over the intercom to social distance and use your mask. How about you clean your restrooms properly first.

The product selection and quality and the friendly, helpful store associates along with the cleanliness makes this Target have a great shopping atmosphere.

This target was super convenient and while the staff was helpful in their ability to point me in the right direction for what I needed, I didn’t find them particularly friendly, unfortunately. One employee was just yelling at a man for putting his umbrella in the shopping cart. I mean, maybe this is an issue for her, but did it really require yelling? What do you want him to do with his umbrella. Sorry I’m just confused.
