Great design firm with a beautiful showroom and talented design staff. Mr. Adler is a very conscientious, and detailed oriented individual. Our house is amazing, and my wife and kids love everything he designed for us. The custom designed bookcases and storage cabinetry throughout the house are amazing. the sofas, and chairs are comfortable and look terrific . Quality, comfort and really great style. We couldnt be happier.

I worked with Gary and his team when we moved into a Condo at the beach. Having known Gary for years, I was confident that he would deliver exactly what we were looking for. We were not disappointed.My unit was totally gutted adding new floors, new kitchen, bathrooms, custom furniture, etc.Gary worked painlessly with my flooring guy to come up with the perfect finish I was looking for on hardwood floors. The floors are beautiful! The kitchen is fantastic, with everyone thinking the backsplash is one of the most beautiful they have ever seen. Window treatments, fabric selections, hardware, bath fixtures, etc were all just as we discussed and we could not be happier.While we did go slightly over the original budget, we were advised every step of the way so there were no surprises. We were always given options, and enjoyed working closely with Gary and his team.Gary managed the construction crew and kept the timeline on schedule which was great for us since we had to move out while the work was being done.Since my work was done a few years ago, I have gone back to Gary for updates for rugs, cushions, etc.Clearly I am a very happy client who will continue to use Adler Design Services for years to come.

I spoke to Dennis over the phone to ask a couple questions, and while I didnt employ their services, he was very helpful and one of the friendliest people I have met. I will definitely be calling them back and referring them to friends. Thanks Dennis!

By far the best designer in the city!! Gary Adler has designed several rooms in several houses of mine over the last 20 years. His taste is impeccable, and his proposals are timely and accurate in relation to the actual final cost. He makes himself accessible to his clients and listens to their requests while making it a point to understand their lifestyle and needs. He will even travel out of Jacksonville to design your home in another state! You will not be disappointed if you choose Gary Adler to design your home.

Excellent and talented design firm. my winter home in Florida, that Adler designed is as beautiful and comfortable as Gary said it would be. He has designed several of our familys and friends residences...he always a pleasure to work with, and the final results are always fabulous.You cant do better than that!

A great group of people, talented designers, technicians, and staff. You cant imagine how beautiful your home will become, better than we ever imagined, the final results amazing. We are thrilled.

Gary has done two residences for us: one at the beach and one in Atlanta. We couldnt have been happier with both the overall experience and results. He and his team are a pleasure to work with and everything was outstanding throughout the process. He will be my first and only call for my next project.

Worst experience ever! Dont waste your time or your money! Gary Adler was pushy, egotistical and double charged me for hours! Complete lack of talent and professionalism. Gary did nothing more than rack up his bill while ignoring every one of my requests. A complete narcissist!

Long overdue review for an incredibly disappointing interior design firm. I still get sick when I think of how much money I wasted for a service that was so disappointed with.I was looking for help getting my first home together soon after I moved to Ponte Vedra Beach. I was a total newbie and I had no idea of how to proceed, so I went out on a limb and contacted Gary Adler at Adler Interior Design. I thought he could steer me in the right direction. I was very open and flexible to different suggestions. Gary (and team) started out great. - I was really impressed after our first meeting and felt like they listened to me and were going to work with me to get a finished look i liked. But it all went downhill quickly from there (soon after writing the check, I guess). Instead of presenting options, they just handed me a final design plan. And I didnt like it at all! I was shocked by how different the design plan was from my description of what I was looking for. I actually thought they had mistakenly given me somebody elses plan, based on how wildly off-base it was. I called to check, and they assured me that was my design plan. When I said that I wasnt happy with it, they said they could work up another look if I paid more money. Needless to say, I didnt make the same mistake twice.I was so angry/stunned/ashamed when I realized that I basically paid them thousands of dollars to hand me what is probably their generic, one-size-fits-all design plan. They didnt provide me with any service at all, and yet I paid their full fee. Gary didnt work with me to find a solution at all (not coming up with a Plan B, offering partial refund, etc.).I encourage you to do your homework and find a reputable design firm that will listen to you -- not the other way around.

Perhaps one of the worst design experiences I have ever encountered. Gary Adler was rude, lied to us and wasted our time. Its unfortunate as he speaks so highly of himself! He carries some very nice lines of furniture in his Atlantic Blvd store but we came to find out he buys it at Havertys and irons on his on Adler Collection label then raises the price 35%. Prominent architects and interior designers have all said the same thing - steer clear of Adler Interior Design. I cannot emphasize enough how poorly we were treated. The furniture he delivered was soiled and scratched and he said we must have done it. Buyer beware!

I interviewed three interior designers and hired the one that I thought would be best so I hired Gary Adler.  he seemed analytical and actually took measurements of my home. We have a large beach home and two kids and I need to upgrade many items but I need it to be functional. I specifically told Adler I do not like Ikea. I find the quality quite poor. Do you think he listened?  WRONG!  Everything he put in my house was from Ikea or just plain ugly. I had to pay him upfront for work which was a complete waste of time. To top it off, he billed me in same case 100% more than the item purchased at IKEA only to have the ADLER COLLECTION label covering the cheap furniture.  There is no way I would ever recommend Gary Adler.  Hes nothing but a joke! Nothing he has produced has been of value. Its the first time Ive hired an interior designer and was warned from the beginning that Adler was sneaky.  I should have listened to my friends!  Now Im out a ton of money.  Seeking Legal Advise.

Overpriced, rude and cant stay on budget...went 50% over. Warned before hand that Gary Adler has a tendency of going over budget. He did it again! When confronted he said that costs rose overnight. Bad business man! Look elsewhere.
