Great place for a mattress. Good selection of used mattresses that still have good life left in them and a great price. Staff is very knowledgeable about the different types and will steer you away from the lower quality mattresses. If something is bad, they will tell you and I appreciate the honesty when all mattresses looks the same to me. I picked up 4 last week at a price cheaper than a single new one at a regular mattress store.

We were literally in and out with our gently used, pillow top mattress in 15 minutes. They have both new and used but as soon as I laid down on it, I knew it was the one. The staff was very helpful, not pushy at all and WOW what an incredible price!

These guys are cool! I ordered a king box spring for $100 and picked up the same day . I was running late to pick it up but they followed up with me and waited until I got there . I just made it by closing and they helped me load it up . Their prices are great. I purchased a used king size mattress from them and it cost around $200, it’s so soft and I would definitely recommend them for great quality and great prices for sure!! 👏🏽👏🏽💥💥

3 mattresses over the past few years. Great prices on used or blemished mattresses. The happy energetic young man today won my business with service and price. The very friendly delivery drivers were on time, genuinely concerned about being professional. I cant give 5 stars due to 2 different families I sent with my recommendation but the older gentleman turned them off . They ended buying elsewhere. I was disappointed but I know what they experienced . I took one last visit before I bought from their competition I knew I would save a few bucks but its not always about money.

Nice store with great customer. Knew what I wanted and they had it. My mattress was gentle used Stearns and Foster. Looked brand new and I take delivery of it tomorrow. I cant wait for a good nights sleep. 200 bucks for mattress only. What a bargain!

Buyer beware!Update review 2: I went to buy a new mattress, this time from a reputable store “Mattress Firm”, well as I was examining the used uncomfortable mattress I just bought from “Call a Mattress” not long ago, I noticed that between the pleats of the mattress there was evidence of dead bed bugs in every single pleat!! I have never had bed bugs and keep an extremely neat and tidy home.Nothing was alive but it’s clear this mattress store takes whatever mattress even if it’s contaminated and they treat them with chemical to kill the bugs and resell them to you! Mattress Firm will not even stay in your house or taking ANYTHING back in their truck if you have a bed bug problem because that’s how bed bugs are spread, they jump on clothes and footware and get into the truck and then people continue delivering mattresses. I’m so disgusted with “Call a mattress”, do yourself a favor and go to a reputable non-shady mattress store such a “Mattress firm”, there’s a reason they are number one because their screening process and standards are much higher and more sanitary and not to mention LEGAL! Also Matress firm has great prices and will price match, and they have great payment plans. DO NOT risk your house or money at Call a Mattress, they are very shady,Any positive reviews are from people who don’t pay attention to detail, you have to look in cracks and crevices of the mattress, on the surface it may appear to be clean but it’s not. God only know what kind of laws these people are breaking buy hauling off contaminated beds in their trucks! And doing delivery’s to your house!!First review:I’m very disappointed with my experience here. I bought a mattress and when I got it delivered it had sags In it that were not apparent in the store, after a few weeks sleeping on it, I decided this was not the mattress for me so I called about getting it replaced which I was told that they will exchange it, so I went in a couple times to try different mattresses but didn’t find what I was looking for yet, then the manager told me he would call me when he got something in that was what I wanted and he took my number down, well 2 weeks went by no call, so I called the store and the manager said “I have your number, I will call you when I get what you’re looking for“.... he never called me, so basically he just hoped I would dissapear, I’m really really disappointed in this place. I paid over $400 for a used saggy uncomfortable mattress, and then was ghosted by the manager in efforts to avoid having to exchange it. I was super nice and patient and friendly to these people, but I guess they took that as a chance to try to never follow up and hope I would dissapear. Don’t waste your time here, I would reccomend a different place because once they deliver your mattress if you have any issues with it they won’t be there to help you even though they say they do exchanges.

Do not do business here! I bought a queen matress a week ago, but it was the wrong size and did not fit my full size bed! They did not have any full size mattresses! I called and spoke to Laura who said she would call me back last Monday she didnt so I emailed, she then said someone would call me, they didnt and this was a week ago! Minus the delivery fee, I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK AND NOT DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN! THESE PEOPLE HAVE MY MONEY AND CANT EVEN CALL. Sry away from them, there are plenty matress places in Jax!

DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!!!!!! Horrible experience. I paid for a full queen size set (mattress, box spring, & bed rail). I was told to expect delivery between the hours of 3-5pm. They were 15 minutes because the driver had to make personal stops. When they came they didnt bring the bed rail. The driver said he would bring it before 8pm. But the store closes @7pm. Manager was very disrespectful even belly bumped me because i wanted my bed rail that i paid for.
