Donna was an absolute joy to work with. No pressure, no hovering, and no up selling. The one on one service is top notch. The customer gets all of the undivided attention. No ringing phone, no one else asking 20 questions and you can take your time. After all, you spend more time in bed than anywhere else. Get a high quality mattress without sky high prices. I refused to pay furniture stores their ridiculous prices. Shop local.. Corey and Donna are awesome.

Donna is great to talk to. Very honest about products and was not pushy for a sale. Provided extra discounts as she saw fit and worked with coworkers to get us the best deal possible. I received a beautiful mattress from Jill at Mattress by appointment 4 years ago. Not only was it fair priced, but Jill was very pleasant to work with. She even went as far as offering to deliver. Also my mattress is still just as comfy as the day I bought it. It even comes with a 10 year warranty. So just to be very clear I am a very, very satisfied customer. I will be going back for other beds for the other rooms in my house as well. Yall want an easy, simple shopping experience. Seriously call and make an appointment, you will be glad you did. I was informed I have to schedule an appointment to look at any beds because they dont have the staff to help customers. I have no problem waiting in the lobby before Im helped. Im patient and understand how businesses get. I explained that I rely on a friend to help me pick up a mattress simply because I dont drive a truck. I politely declined the appointment scheduling because I dont rely on myself to pick it up. Hope yall get more staff where you can help more customers. Good luck. :)

Messaged Jessica on Facebook about a twin mattress set. Going to be buying my daughter one Wednesday. She could give me NO information and was very rude. Would not give me any information on pricing unless I came to the store. First off she returned my message with an automated reply to automatically make an appointment.
