Just recieved a damaged adjustable base which is a huge bummer. But customer service with Sleepgeekz is top notch. We refused the delivery and sent a couple pictures. They sent out a new one within a half hour to make the experience perfect!!! Hopefully we will be sleeping on our new base in a week!

BUYER BEWARE!!!I bought a mattress based on what was on the floor. It came in and I tried to pickup but no one would return my call before I made the drive. Then I showed up later in the week when I got off early & they told me that its the wrong one. They arent able to supply the bed they have on the floor & the people that make their mattresses keep making the wrong ones!?

We did some research on powered beds and decided upon a particular brand. Calling Sleep Geekz we were connected with J. Bencze. What a great guy! He was very personable and very knowledgeable about the beds, their features and benefits. He shared with us his personal experience with this bed and made some sound recommendations. This company was amazing, I bought a split king premium adjustable bed frame, and I paired it with a purple hybrid Premier 3. I couldnt ask for more. With the lumbar support, head tilt, lights on the remote and under the bed, USB ports and everything else this frame has to offer it is exactly what I wanted. Their customer support was amazing. Ive got the frames in under a week even know they said it could take up to 2 weeks. J was amazing and friendly and helpful and his emails were very extensive explaining everything I wanted to know about the frame I enquired on, thanks J. I recommend this company to everyone I know.

Bought the Sven Platinum split king adjustable beds. Great service from sales rep J Bencze. The bed is perfect for our needs. Three memorized settings comes in handy. The lumbar adds just the right amount of firmness to the mattress. Highly suggest white glove service if available. The beds are easy to set up but are very heavy. You need two people to turn them over. We bought leg extensions as we like a tall bed. The beds fit perfectly inside our Havertys king size bed.

We bought a Split King with a 12 mattress and we are Loving it. The ladies we spoke with @ the office were very helpful and our salesman Jay answered all of our questions. The white glove service was also very professional and careful. From start to finish this was a painless experience. I wish we would have made this purchase years ago. Highly recommended.

Jay the salesman was great. Many times at mattress stores the staff loses interest after a few minutes. He worked with us for 3 hours and never made us feel pressured or that we were imposing. He let us talk through our decision and called the manager to verify a price we were given a week earlier.The prices are better than those on the internet and holiday sales at other retailers.Highly recommend the store and Jay.

During July 2020, I purchased a Sven and Son Platinum Split King Adjustable bed from this store along with Dream Fit Split King sheets and the Sleep Tight Split King mattress protectors. I highly recommend all of these products and have been very happy with them. Over several weeks (because of Covid) I emailed and talked to J Bencze. He sent me by email and by phone calls everything I wanted to know about the above bed - all its features and warranties. I asked him numerous questions about the bed, the sheets, mattress protectors, and every time I asked a question he would email me all the information about every product. He even sent information about how to wash and care for the sheets and mattress protectors! He gave me information about the Sleep Geeks delivery of the bed(which I would highly recommend). J Bencze went above and beyond to answer everything I wanted to know and was kind, patient and informative every time! I will definitely order from this company in the future and highly recommend them!

I waited a few months to post my review of this adjustable bed so I could give a thorough evaluation. I got the Sven Platinum power base with adjustable lumbar and a 14 mattress about 4 months ago and it is truly fantastic. I have lower back issues and sciatic pain and this bed has improved both. At this point, my sciatic pain is gone and my back is about 30% better.In the area of comfort, its right up there with the Prodigy Comfort Elite, but its half the price! The Lumbar feature not only feels better, I also breathe better. When Im watching TV or reading, Ive never experienced more comfort.The remote is logical and super easy to use. I can operate all the functions with my eyes closed.The massage is wonderful. I usually dont like these massage gadgets but my wife and I both like it. You can set it for 12 minutes and it shuts off by itself. We like the wave mode... it feels like its going up and down your spine.The adjustable leg height is a nice feature. It comes standard with 16 from the floor. But there is a 15 variable. The total height can range from 21 down to 7. Thats amazing. Very few beds can do that.Other features i like are the headboard hugger, the pillow tilt, the easy to use remote, the under bed lighting, the charging ports, and more.The Sven mattress is excellent. It feels as good as the high priced mattresses, at about 80% off. And the warranty is 10 years, non-prorated, with only a dip of 3/4. Wow.So, go to SleepGeekz and get some good sleep.

I purchased an adjustable bed from “Sleep Geeks” and unfortunately and most likely due to delivery issues and not their company, there was a problem with the motor. There was a back and forth for a day or two with employee Jessica who I must say was quite professional and extremely helpful solving my problems . She also returned my emails within an hour or so of me writing them. Needless to say she put me in contact with store manager “Taylor” who also showed professionalism and confirmed that I was happy and 100% satisfied with how the company handled my situation. I can assure you my next bed will definitely be coming from Sleep Geekz and I have already confidently recommended them to all my friends and family. We had been told 4 weeks but the bed was on back order so we weren’t given the correct date. I did receive the bed yesterday and it is very comfortable. I have tried out the remotes and everything seems to be working well. I believe I will really enjoy the bed. My recommendation to anyone wanting to buy this bed would be to order through Amazon. They seem to be able to deliver more quickly. If you do have any questions or concerns, call Sleep Geekz and ask for Taylor. He truly wants his customers to be satisfied. I appreciate him calling and doing what he could to help the situation.Definitely would not recommend this company! I cant review the bed because I still havent received it. My sister ordered an adjustable bed for me on September 1 because I have terminal cancer and she thought the bed would truly help with my condition. Because it is such a large purchase, she called someone at the store (not ordered through Amazon) to discuss everything before placing the order. She was told the bed would be delivered in 3 to 4 weeks (also shows that on the receipt below) so we gave away my bed two weeks after ordering so the space would be ready. At the beginning of October (after 4 weeks), we had not heard anything so my sister called and was told she should receive a call from the White Glove delivery company in a day or two. We didn’t hear anything for a few days so I called and was told the same thing. I called again a few days later and got the same message. Finally, I called on October 16 (now at 6 weeks) and was told that the bed had shipped for delivery on Oct. 10 and the White Glove Company would call me the following day. I had my doubts so I called Sleep Geekz once again on Oct. 17. I was told that the a White Glove Co should have called me but there was no information concerning the call. The employee did say she would get in touch with them so they would call. When I told her how long we have waited and that all phone calls/communication has been us calling them and we have heard nothing from Sleep Geekz, she said she was sure that the original sales call included the information that the bed was out of stock and wouldn’t be delivered until later in October. I assured her that information was not given to us or we wouldn’t have given away my bed in week 2. As we finished the phone call, she still insisted that we had been given the information and was quite irritated with me. She cannot be anymore irritated or frustrated than I am with this company. Had we known that delivery would take this long and that there would be no communication from your company, we would have ordered from someone else. I am supposed to get a call later this afternoon from Sleep Geekz or the White Glove Company but I still have my doubts because of past experience. I am sending you this information because I hope that your company can do better. Tell people all of the shipping information up front so they can decide if they want to go with another company, tell people who answer calls not to just tell people they will hear something in a couple of days when that never happens, communicate with your customers (you call or email), and don’t blame the customer when things go wrong. Good service is a valuable thing in today’s market and we are all looking for companies who treat customers fairly. Your website states that your “goal is to provide excellent customer service, every time, to every customer.” We did not receive that customer service. Doing business on the internet can be hit or miss. This store was awesome to work with. They took time to explain all of my options related to my purchase of an adjustable bed and once I decided every detail was handled professionally and the base arrived quickly and was well packaged. I ordered extra legs but when we did not need them the return was handled without any hassle or issue. Great store to do business with..highly recommended!

Guaranteed satisfaction, is such a laugh. Jessica and Taylor both assured me the mattresses would be refunded and picked back up so I could bring the new ones home. 6 weeks and counting, I still don’t have a refund and I still have the old mattresses sitting in my home. I do not recommend this company at all. Don’t believe a word that they say. The bas has some kinks in it and they were suppose to have a technician out here two weeks ago. Guess what, no technician has shown up. They did contact me to arrange a service visit, ten days ago.....still no visit.Update: Taylor followed through and took care of everything. His customer service was amazing!

We had a very mixed experience with this company. The sales person that we initially did business with was totally incompetent. He gave us the wrong information about everything delivery dates, sheets, wheels on the bed and worst of all never processed refunds. That was the bad news. The good news is that the delivery people were absolutely awesome. They couldnt have been nicer and more professional. The customer service department is really good and we love the actual product. So I dont really want to give them a bad rating because most of it was a good experience, however if you get a salesmen names Jay B....., ask for some one else immediately.

My new Prodigy 2.0+ bed arrived today. I purchased the bed on 1/25/19, and my bedding arrived last week as promised. By calling directly to the store, I was eligible to receive more bonuses and specials with my purchase. I was amazed that they answered my call Friday evening and Jessica helped me until I was satisfied that my questions were answered. There was no hard sell over the phone, just information that helped in my decision making. I told her I would call back by Monday to place an order but ended up calling her back within 15 minutes and placing my order for my new bed. Just bought a mattress here. By far the best mattress buying experience Ive had. Everybody was easy going, genuinely friendly, and even fun to converse with. No pressure, no gimmicky nonsense, no bogus sales pitches. My spidey sense is usually on amber alert when buying furniture, but here I felt at ease, like I was just conversing with cool people. I was pretty pleased with the service I received. Erica was an Absolute Delight. The only thing I have an issue with is that the mattresses I was trying to get that were online were not in the store so I felt like my hands were tied and I didnt have a choice in my purchase. The ones within the price of the in I wanted were flimsy and not good for my Husband who has just had heart surgery. And because we needed the mattress right away it felt like I had no choice but to do the financing because it was needed right then. The mattress we have is pretty good but it was not what I came for. The delivery guy Eddie was Awesome! Very Kind and just wanted to help with everything. I would buy from you guys again but I would advise taking things off of your website that is not offered in store or stating that next to the product because it seems to be falsely advertised . I didnt see it stated so I was looking for it when I got there and I didnt plan on getting into any more bebt for a mattress but I had no choice because I needed a mattress right then and there.

Incredibly good deal on the mattress I bought. The sales rep was very helpful and honest. Actually kept me from buying the wrong model for me. The entire process was done one the phone. Shipping was on time and the mattress is as described. All around excellent experience.Anyone who has not had a Natures Sleep Mattress, give it a try. Less than half the cost of Tempur Pedic and just as good IMO. I bought the Gold/Firm and couldnt be happier .

J and the guys in the store were great. They didnt pressure me and my wife at all. We must have been there for 2 hours trying different mattresses - and then they helped answer our questions to narrow it down to two options. They helped us find something that really fit us best. With no sales pressure, I left the store and then came back a week later. I ended up buying a latex Pure Talalay Bliss Beautiful mattress, and wow, its been worth every penny - I went from intense back pain that woke me up on my only 4 year old mattress from the chain store - to no pain when waking up now. Im going to bed with a smile and waking up with a smile. I also smile too knowing they gave me a really good price, they definitely earned a repeat customer.

I wanted to try a latex mattress because I read they feel great and last a longtime. I also wanted an adjustable bed to go with it. So I went to Sleep Geekz. J helped me with all the details of what to look for in the mattress and the adjustable bed. I found a Prodigy 2.0 Elite base that was brand new, and it had all the bells and whistles. This thing even had a lumbar adjustment that felt unbelievable. My back loves it and it helps me breathe better. The mattress from Pure Talalay Bliss s super and i like that it has a 15 year, total warranty. J said if it sags 2/4 of and inch, it will be replaced 100%... Craig in sales made a great deal for me when I bought a Prodigy 2.0 and a Wellness mattress online. Because I wanted both to arrive at the same time, there would be a slight delay. However, a little too much time passed and I called Sleepgeekz customer service to actually ask for a refund. I spoke to Jessica who asked me to let her do some checking and get back to me. Next thing I knew, she had set everything up including when the delivery company would be calling me. Now that was true customer service!( with a smile).Everything was delivered and set up. However, a little later I noticed a slight imperfection in the mattress. Long story short, I called Jessica who arranged for a new replacement to be delivered right away and the “old” one to be picked up by a local church. Now that was excellent customer service! These days it’s unusual to have that caliber of customer service but they have it at Sleepgeekz! So along with a great deal, I got excellent customer service and a quality adjustable bed and mattress.

If you are looking for a new mattress, this is THE place to go! Period. My wife and I stopped in merely to get some information with which we had intended to use to elsewhere to purchase a mattress. What we found was a mom and pop atmosphere with an incredible staff. Eddie and Taylor were some of the most genuinely friendly people whom I have met and were a wealth of information about everything sleep related. We decided to purchase a Tempur Pedic with an adjustable base. The prices at Sleep Geekz were literally half the cost of what we had previously seen, including the costs on base for military families. I don’t know how frequently we will have a need to buy a mattress but I can assure you one thing, when we do buy another mattress, we will go out of our way to come to Sleep Geekz again. I have back issues. My wife and I suffer from sleep apnea. We had been searching for a while for adjustable beds. We never realized how much is involved in adjustable beds and how many choices and companies are out there. And the prices$$$$$$$$$.....sticker shock!Then in July we came across Sleep Geekz. Excellent reviews of the company and products. Many many satisfied customers. I spoke at length with Jay Bencze in customer service. Im so glad I did. Jay was very helpful. Explained all of the options. We didnt immediately buy and Jay wasnt pushy. He was genuinely concerned with us choosing the right brand/options that would fit our budget. We chose Sven & Sons split king(2 twin xls). The price and warranty are great! Excellent choice!!!Jay kept us informed during the delivery process. We chose curbside delivery instead of white glove delivery(the delivery company brings the adjustable beds into your home and unpacks and installs for a fee.We absolutely love these adjustable beds! We experienced relief from back issues and sleep apnea from the first night. Its now been about 2.5 months since we received the adjustable beds and I dont know how we managed without them. I ordered adjustable bed bases from Sleep Geekz a few months ago. The price was very competitive. Once I received them, it was not exactly what we wanted so Josh offered replacements without questioning us in any way. We dont live in the Jacksonville area, but decided to come by the store on a trip nearby in September after Josh offered for us to come in and try others. He spent over 2 hours with us trying out the various bed bases they have in store to determine what works best. A few weeks later we ordered a new set of bed bases from SleepGeekz, again at a very competitive cost, and they took back the original ones and promptly gave us credit for the return. This is how I hope every business treats its customers! They made it easy to work with them and I would buy from SleepGeekz again because of this experience.

Why did we wait so long to buy this bed?!? I did my research, and then called Sleep Geekz and had a loooooong discussion with J, one of the Sleep Experts with the company. He was so patient and explained all my options. We bought the Leggett and Platt Prodigy Comfort Elite adjustable base, and the 12 Medium firm Sven & Son Mattress. We also purchased the $199 white glove service for delivery. Totally with the money, as they did all the heavy lifting, and the mechanical set-up.What a great nights sleep. First time my husband has slept through the night in years. If you are considering purchasing a new bed, I highly recommend Sleep Geekz.

Taylor and Erica were extremely knowledgeable and honest. My fiancé and I were looking for a Tempur-Cloud Supreme. We went to Mattress Firm and Mattress One earlier that day. Sleep Geekz ended up being about a grand cheaper. Taylor really took the time to explain the differences (or lack thereof) in mattresses rather than simply trying to sell us the most expensive version. He also threw in four gel pillows and a cooling bed cover. Plus, this is a local store and not some corporate chain. It is always nice to support the local economy.

Crooks! The woman owner Rosemary is a liar and will tell you whatever she thinks you want to hear to get you to buy something. She told me one thing about a product and then changed it when I campared it to something else lower priced. Her husband is just as bad. They lie about how the financing works and try to get you to spend every dime of what youre approved for. They lie about the products they show you saying that they have qualities that they dont actually have. I guess these people are not used to having educated customers who actually research things before pulling the trigger. Im glad I took my business to a national retailer... I walked away feeling comfortable with my decision. When I left Sleep Geekz the second time I felt disgusted and I am still angry that I wasted as much time there as I did. These are some of the most slimy salesmen Ive ever dealt with and the person who commented below is correct! They will call you over and over and over if you leave their store to think it over. I blocked their numbers to make the calls stop and even created a new email to leave this review because I want no chance of them contacting me any further!I try to support all small/local businesses over corporations but when this is what you get from the locals.... you realize why the corporate business are as successful as they are!If you work hard for your money and dont have disposable income.... Dont let it end up in the hands of greedy, shady small business owners like these people, go anywhere but here.

Ive been looking around for a nice new king size bed for my master bedroom, looked almost every where you could think of buying a top of the line set, we also were looking into getting an adjustable base and furniture in our price range but could not afford at all retail stores decided to go on craigslist and find Sleep Geekz / AA Beds they had just what we were looking for and in our price range and received it Same Day! Excellent experience with the sales associates and delivery. Will definitely refer all my friends here.

My quest for a great night’s sleep began with a back issue several years ago. I say “great night’s sleep” because good just doesn’t cut it. Dr’s visits and prescriptions didn’t do the trick so about 2 years ago I bought a new mattress from the store my brother works at. Got a great deal for a very nice mattress and sleep for my wife and I was “good”. My and my wife’s expectations were for great or awesome so I began my quest again. Several trips to my brother’s store and talks with the owner (we’ve been loyal customers of theirs for 20 years) brought about the discussion of adjustable beds. The prices were too high though and out of range for us.So...I did my homework and ran across sleepgeekz on the Internet. Looked at several models and came across the Sven & Son model with lumbar., neck tilt...basically all the bells and whistles. AND THE PRICE WAS IN OUR BALLPARK! After a call to Jeanetta and follow up calls to Jessica, I pulled the proverbial trigger and made the purchase.The bed arrived shortly after. Once set up, I could NOT get my wife out of the bed. It was set up Sat morning and she stayed in it all day watching tv, all night and half of Sunday. Needless to say, although it has been only a few day, our sleep is now GREAT!!We got the split king so there are 8 USB ports! The motors are whisper quiet and with a 25 year warranty, we feel secure.Kudos to the team at SleepGeekz. Especially Jessica who has gone out of her way to make sure we were happy. I even got a follow up call today from her.If you want GREAT sleep, don’t settle for good.
