I scheduled my move with Melissa at First Coast Movers at the beginning of August. She was extremely professional and helpful with answering all of my questions regarding a truck unload. Prior to my move, she reached out to confirm my time and date. Since I was moving from out of state, I had to push back my original time but her and the moving crew were extremely flexible and understanding. Don and Jason showed up for my move and knocked it out quickly and carefully. They were both very professional and polite. They unloaded the 22 foot truck in 2 hours and they both were very careful with my belongings. The cost was exactly what I was quoted and there were no surprises. Manager Don and his team did a great job for us today. From the scheduling to the execution everything was smooth and professional. We called on Thursday for a Friday morning move and they were able to accommodate it! Amazing for a company as busy as they are. During the move they paid close attention to our requests and were very patient with some delays that were caused by us. They also gave us a very reasonable price. We will definitely call them next time!

From the beginning the customer service was great. They didn’t waste my time giving me a long drawn out quote like most companies did. Expectations were set from the beginning, and the gentleman certainly went above and beyond. I hired them to move the heavier items, and they didn’t waste time trying to get everything moved as soon as possible. What I thought would take at least two hours, was finished in under an hour. First Coast Movers exceeded all expectations! They where professional, efficient and courtesy! They showed up early (yay! Huge plus) and took great care of all our belongings and made sure everything was placed where we wanted. We will be using them for our next move and making sure anyone we know uses them!

The worst moving experience Ive ever had. The movers were late and no one explained to me that it was going to be a two day move for a move a few hours away. The movers were not physically capable of actually moving things and broke things as they took them apart. I was also told all my stuff would fit in one truck which turned out not to be true. The movers were foul mouthed and used bad language in front of my kids as well as complained about how heavy or cheap my furniture was in front of me. They did not place things in the correct areas even though everything was labeled and did not reassemble anything. They were not clean when using the restroom in my home and I had to clean human waste off my toilet and floor.

First Coast Movers is awesome! Melissa had accommodated me when I needed to cancel and reschedule last minute. The movers were kind, punctual, professional, and fast. They even offer a service to store your boxes on their truck overnight which was great! I would definitely use them again should I move and I would recommend them 100%!

Absolutely fantastic moving experience! The movers were quick efficient and seemed very relaxed which is a perfect indication of a seasoned professional. I have experienced Diddy moves during my time in the military, the military pays for rock bottom. This company surpassed all of my expectations.Upon arrival at the starting location The movers jumped out introduced themselves and were ready to get a head start as I proceeded to inform them of the items being moved. Theres nothing real major to note during the onload other than they did a great job!During offload it went just as smooth, possibly even better. Very little information was needed and they were able to move items in with ease. They took precautions when necessary and even took care when going through doorways.Something to take note of, I asked them to put most of my boxes in the garage they did, amazingly, I didnt even realize how useful arranging the boxes in the garage to get to every single one really is. The guys went out of their way to make sure that each container is neatly stacked and easily accessible.Lastly, the guys even went further out of their way and allowed me to go pull some cash. You could say I was a bit go prepared by not having money already on me, if these fellas were awesome enough to let me run up to Publix pull out some cash, and render completion of transaction.A nice crew, minimal amount of banter, solid work foundation! I would totally recommend and use their services again.

We had a great experience with this company. We live on a military base and had to move down a few streets because of bad plumbing in the old house. Housing left it to us to organize the move. This company has experience working on base and knows how to do the paperwork to get access. Melissa answered all my questions and made me feel very at ease. Don and Jose were great, worked hard, and were careful with our belongings. They were also very polite and easy to talk to. This move was sudden for us, but they made it easy.

We moved a few weeks ago from a 3rd floor condo in Jacksonville to a single family home in Green Cove Springs and used First Coast movers. They were awesome to work with from the first phone call. The admin who assisted was quick to get my information, give a quote without a ton of questions, and get me scheduled. The 3 movers (Andrew, Zach, and Bryce) were on time and very polite. They worked very hard given the 3rd floor task and we were VERY satisfied. Everyone did a great job and had us 100% moved in within 7 hours. Would recommend them to anyone!

We hired First Coast Movers to move our furniture from our old apartment to our new home. The movers arrived promptly, worked quickly and professionally, and were very respectful to our belongings. Andrew, Don, and Joseph, moved my 2 bedroom apartment from the second floor to the third floor. They got it done in a timely manner while still taking care of the furniture. They were super careful taking everything out of the apartment and padded and protected all in their truck. My husband and I just moved from a 3rd floor apartment into our new house and these guys were great. They got there a little earlier than expected which turned out to work in our favor. They didnt stop working and truly worked incredibly hard. Everything made it to the house with no issues! I will definitely use them again when I move.

I own a moving company based out of the metro Chattanooga area. I had a job coming down to Jacksonville, FL this past weekend. Worst moving experience I’ve ever had! Unprofessional they vaped in my new house. They did not put my bed back together correctly. When I asked them to please fix it.. he said not unless I pay him extra and I said no so he stormed out cursing. I had to pay $180 for someone to fix my bed which was not leveled, not sturdy, missing screws and there were added holes in the wood. Would not recommend!!

Just used First Coast Movers last week for our move from a 3rd floor apartment to another 3rd floor apartment. Got it all scheduled about a week prior and the only issue was the scheduling. They arrived about 2 hours earlier than I had hoped but I drove home and they were there, all set and ready to go. Three professional guys who worked very quickly. We used First Coast movers 3 separate times in the past few months.  The first two were to unload PODS.  They were incredible - unpacked the POD and carried everything in to the house where we asked.  They even re-moved our treadmill after they had put where we originally wanted it.  The third move was a dining room set house to house that went flawlessly as well.  No damage to anything and so happy with the results. Super nice people, on time and reasonably priced - good value.  Would absolutely use them again.

We booked, well in advance with First Coast Movers to move a handicapped relative that we care for. Literally the day of the move we got a call saying they would not be able to make it as the other job they had was larger than they anticipated. We were moving a very small one bedroom apartment. We could not believe this was happening.To be fair, It’s 6:00 PM and we just got a call from them saying they could now move us and we told them ahead of time that we had to have the move completed prior to dinner time as our relative was moving into an assisted living facility.I had to scramble and got in touch with Syds Movers and Stan and his son Stan accommodated us and were excellent. Highly recommend Syds Movers and frankly First Coast Movers are exactly what all the horror stories regarding movers represent.

Don and Mike from First Coast Movers came today at the promised time - The arrived ready to work. My move essentially consisted of moving furniture out of storage to recently renovated spaces after Hurricane Irma. They were an incredibly hard working and efficient team. They listened to what I had to do and accomplished it completely plus a couple of last minute chores. They were courteous and professional. I could not have asked for more . If the rating system were 1-1000, Id give them 1000. Im tempted to ask them to help me move from Tennessee (the place to where Ive just moved) to where ever I end up (even if it isnt in Florida). We decided on this company after a bit of research and reading plenty of reviews online. We had prior bad experience with movers and we are very cautious when moving our furniture. These moves were by far the BEST movers we have ever had! Don and Andrew were very knowledgeable, careful, and took great care of the furniture. They easily navigated a staircase with two tight turns. The movers that moved the furniture out of the old house struggled to move our furniture out of a first floor house, while Don and Andrew made it look easy. I am very impressed with their work and if I ever need moving help again I will be hiring them without a question.

The customer’s name under the scheduled move was Shane Tanner, my boyfriend, but seeing as our move primarily consisted of my belongings, I’m writing the review. We scheduled moving a week in advance to move a one bedroom condo that had most of the belongings already personally moved by us. The movers were scheduled to arrived around 3pm on Saturday, Sept 29, but did mention the time could fluctuate slightly due to two previous jobs they had that morning. We anticipated getting some other things done in the meantime prior to their arrival. However, the movers called us at 1245pm and stated that they were already at the residence. That was somewhat irritating seeing as we were not prepared for their arrival. An advanced notice would have been satisfactory. At any rate, we rushed over and greeted the movers. There were two gentlemen. The one I greeted was easygoing, pleasant, and ready to begin. The other gentleman was focused on whatever was going on in his phone. As the day went on, multiple things were dropped and broken to include a bookshelf, dinnerware, picture frames, and a desk (which was luckily being donated). A shelf with multiple decorative items was also knocked over and one of those items was broken. Throughout this entire process, the pleasant gentleman seemingly worked by himself while the other was constantly on his phone or talking with a random female resident. I am completely dissatisfied with the way our move was handled and the unprofessional behaviors and attitudes displayed by one of your employees. I will not be recommending this company nor utilizing it in the future.

What a great experience I had today! I just had Don, Jonas and Haru move an upright piano out of a “cozy” upstairs beach cottage (read this to mean: lots of walls and vintage stairs to navigate) in Neptune Beach to my home in Queens Harbour, and I couldn’t have been happier! They were quick to arrive, got straight to work and used great care, even though it was just an inexpensive older piano. Their price beat out three others, one by a mile, yet the service was truly outstanding and couldn’t have been better at any price! They were efficient, affordable and super friendly, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or refer family and friends. Thank you, guys!!! 😊

I would highly recommend this company. From the first phone call to the final delivery they were great. I had a local move done and the men treated my things with care and were great about placing the items in my new home.

They arrived at the scheduled time and made every effort to accommodate the other tennet’s at at the condominium at my new location. The men did a super job they handled all the furniture with great care as if it was their own. I would highly recommend using First Coast Movers again in the future if needed.

We hired First Coast Movers and let Don know we would be moving out of one house on a Thursday and moving into the other after closing on Friday. Don and his guys showed up Thursday morning on time and in the rain got everything moved out very quickly. The closing on Friday got pushed back a little bit and Don said that’s not a problem at all. I called to let them know once we we at the new house and they showed up shortly after after and unloaded everything very quickly. Don and his guys were very friendly and professional. They took the time to make sure nothing would get damaged. We will use First Coast Movers again in the future and will recommend them to everyone.

This company was willing to work in the rain thurs, 1 day before hurricane Matthew, to allow me to complete my move before having to leave town on Sun. The guys that came out were very conscientious and careful with everything. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend or use them again. Class act from start to finish.

Big Thank You to First Coast Movers as they were the only moving company I could find that was willing to work in the evening. They moved quickly and never complained about bringing heavy furniture up 3 flights of stairs. They even rebuilt a table they took apart to move. Whenever I tried to assist them, they told they would handle everything to give me a break. I would hire them again.

First Coast Movers, ALL.THE.WAY!!! Raymond came to do my estimate, the very next day after I called. Extremely friendly and personable - and affordable pricing!I moved from Ponte Vedra to Nokomis, and not a thing got broken or scratched! These guys were NOTHING short of amazing! Arrived bright and early, and had my 3 bedroom / 2 bath home packed and ready to go, SUPER quickly (yet carefully)!! Ive moved five times in 4 years, and these guys were the BEST-EST-EST!!! They literally beat me to the new house, and I was BEAT already! I couldnt handle the unload that night, and the guys were fine with that, and we unloaded the following day. Service with a smile, these guys were so awesome- cant say it enough!!! It was over 110 with the heat index those days - and not one complaint, or break! These guys work so hard!! Guess what?
