I had been looking for a Mini Cooper Countryman for month when one showed up at Frank Boucher of Janesville. It was priced much cheaper than every other one I had seen so I immediately contacted them. Patrick got back to me in less than a day with a personalized video of the car! I was able to schedule an appointment with him in the next couple of days and he was super helpful. Overall, I felt really comfortable dealing with him and others at the dealership. They knew the history of the car and were really accommodating when it came to discussing the timeline of the purchase. It was my first time buying a car and not only am I super happy with my purchase, I had an excellent experience working with the people at Frank Boucher of Janesville. I highly recommend working with them!EDIT (10/25/2021): Just an edit to this review to note that less than a month after purchasing my manual Mini Cooper the clutch went out. Boucher did not have the technology to check it at all so I had to take my car to a shop that was familiar with manual cars and Mini Coopers. Turns out the clutch was completely worn out and I had to replace it along with the flywheel for a total of $3700! I knew this was a maintenance I would have to do at some point the car being over 65,000 miles but the representatives at Boucher never even suggested this might come so soon after the purchase. They also did not know that the clutch had apparently been replaced before. My great deal became a hassle and more of a fair deal. Even after many exchanges, Boucher wasnt able to offer any compensation for this maintenance. Although they were great with the purchase, I wish they had been able to fully evaluate the car before selling it to me or that they could have helped with financing this massive expense. Im leaving my review at 5 stars but it now feels more of a 4-star experience.

Id been waiting for Jeep to release a Grand Cherokee with a 3rd row for a couple of years, so as soon as they did I knew I had to have one. As a new customer at Frank Boucher, I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I’ve been here 2 times since I moved to the area. The express lane is kind of a joke. I love spending 2 hours in the “express” center. If you’re under staffed or can’t get customers out timely go back to scheduling oil changes. The current process is aggravating and unnecessary. Also I wasn’t the only customer that was irritated with the long wait times.

My husband had a horrible experience with the service desk representative who was aggressive and hostile when there was a mix up with our credit card. The representative escalated immediately by threatening to report him to the authorities as if my husband was some kind of scammer. This was incredibly insulting as weve been supportive, loyal patrons of this business for 5 years. We absolutely will not purchase another vehicle from this dealer nor will we be taking our Pacifica there for service.

My experience with Frank Boucher was a mix of good, not so good, and very bad. The Good: Boucher CDJR was one of the few dealers that actually had inventory of 2020 Ram 3500 trucks in December. My salesman (Michael T.) was very knowledgeable and personable and the negotiating process was very pleasant. The not-so-good: There was an error on my original purchase contract that was fixed a few days later. I ended up getting a larger rebate, my sales tax was corrected (lower), but various fees changed (higher). I ended up with more cash, but the finance people were not honest with the changes. The very bad: 3 months after my purchase I still did not have license plates or a title. I contacted the IL SOS only to find my paperwork was not in their system. I contacted Frank Boucher CDJR to find out what was going on. My title and license application (to Illinois) was apparently misplaced by the finance person (who no longer works there). They were in the process of sending me new forms to fill out, when the found the old paperwork and sent them into the IL SOS. 5 weeks later, I still hadnt received plates or a title. I once again contacted IL SOS to find that they still didnt have anything in their system for my vehicle. I contacted Michael who once again worked with their finance people to get my application sorted out. In the end, they expedited my application and I got my title and plates a week later. Unfortunately, there was an error in my street name (which I missed on the original sales sheet), and I was issued D plates instead of the C plates that I requested.So, for nearly 5 months I had a really nice truck that wasnt driven much because I didnt have valid license plates (temp plates expired long ago); it was also a big reminder that I didnt have a title for a very expensive item. I was able to get the address fixed (for free), but getting the correct plates will end up costing my another $218 (which Ill pay instead of asking Boucher for help). I doubt that I will be buying a vehicle from them again in the future.

We had a GREAT experience Boucher. We actually bought a Ford Expedition here, and so glad we did. Keith Norris was our salesman contact, and so glad he was! He went out of his way to help us out. We live close to Madison, and have kids who dont always cooperate. Keith drove the Expedition up to us from Janesville so we could test drive it. He also walked us through the process, worked with us on pricing, gave us great recommendations for upgrading the vehicle with aftermarket parts, and he even drove back over to us with our garage door opener when we left it in the car we traded in! Patrick Dietschweiler was extremely efficient and was able to do the selling of the car and most of the paperwork via email. We live 90 minutes away and due to work conflicts could not pick the car up or sign the paperwork for 5 days after we finalized the sale over the phone. He offered to deliver it and have me sign the paperwork at home on my lunch hour. He arrived on time, I signed the paperwork, he did a quick tutorial on the car, gave me the keys, and I went back to work. I dread buying vehicles and sitting in the dealership all day! A vehicle was recommended to me by a friend. I set an appointment with Randy, (salesman), and Nate, (Sales Manager). I checked it out and it just wasnt for me. However, as I drove into the dealership, I noticed what looked to be my dream vehicle. While driving that first option, they got my dream vehicle ready, I drove it, they gave me what I believe to be a very fair deal, gave me a competitive offer for my current vehicle, (which I was NOT planning on trading in), and drove off the lot VERY happy and surprised my wife with something we both love. And on the way out the door, they said I qualified for a new chain saw, leaf blower, weed wacker, $400 Coach purse or BIG frozen box of steaks, which BARELY fit in our freezer!

Michael is one of the best guys to meet. I walked in on Saturday morning and he was very polite man. When I walked in he told me the car I wanted was sold. He told me I could test drive a 4 door. A couple minutes later he told me the car I own now is now available. Michael was so determine to get me the car I wanted. I would recommend anyone to go buy a car from Michael.

They answered every question we had. Also let us make daily payments on our down payments. They worked with us by getting accepted for the credit program. Also if you have insurance they will work with you if its acceptable for their company and will also wait till you are approve for insurance. they do follow up calls and self services problems. I went to Boucher Volkswagen for a regular scheduled maintenance appointment and found a new car in the inventory that was completely everything I was hoping to find for a future purchase. Made an appointment for an oil change online. Showed up for my appointment and was told I am not sure how you made this appt., we do not make appointments for oil change. Its first come, first serve and you will have to wait behind those other vehicles. Really, first come, first serve for oil changes on a vehicle that I paid $50,000 for. This is the only dealer that I have dealt with in multiple states that do not do appointments for oil changes. They offer the Lube express at other dealers, but that is for people that do not have appointments. I am sorry, but this is a poor business practice. I will be finding another RAM dealer to complete my service needs and future business as I will not wait for over an hour to have my oil changed.
