I have bought the same dove body kit from this location more than 5 times never had a problem. But since I came in 2 minutes before close she wanted to charge me 12$ for something that is a dollar. Keep in mind this is dollar tree, EVERYTHING is a dollar. Worst customer service Ive ever witnessed here. Dont waste your time with this place, ill gladly drive to the Beloit location where they know what the meaning of customer service is. Horrible customer service, this place wont last long, both manager and cashier should be fired

I found a lot of things that I wanted but I didnt find the things that I came there for. The cashier was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately though the store was extremely filthy

Store is always a mess and on top of that yesterday June 29th, 2021 i bought some fabric refresher and when i went to use it today it had MOLD in the bottom of the bottle! I will never shop there again after that. They really need to start checking products. 10/10 would NOT recommend

Friendly service. Alot of times theyre low or out of things, like milk was the day I went.

I mean the employees are nice. But the store is messy! Garbage on the floor. Things scattered around,Nothing put back into the correct places. I think employees should be cleaning and organizing this store!

Love this store, go here weekly. Good selection, helpful associates, and of course cant beat the price. I do have one complaint albeit a small one. I have a hard time carrying out all my purchases. Can no longer bring the cart outside. I understand they were being taken so makes sense, however I am buying less so that I can bring it out on my own. If you offer help with this please make it known. Small sign saying you can help carry out would do the trick. And thank you for a good store!!

Clean store and pleasant employees. Dont normally come here as I pass 2 other similar places to get here. I will come in more often as the selection is great as well as the price.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! There is garbage everywhere that the employees dont even bother picking up, Ive watched them just walk past it without a 2nd thought!! Ive found drug baggies as well as USED needles in their parking lot!! This place should be shut down. I couldnt imagine if a CHILD found one of the baggies or dirty needles!!!

When you search Dollar tree and bring up information about what there hours up it says they open at 8. I know the dollar tree on Milton Ave opens at 9 but I didnt know the one on Milwaukee St also opens at 9. They need to fix there search information and correct their hours open. I guess I sit here for :20 and not happy. Janesville WI

Conveniently located and quality merchandise for only a dollar. The store or staff shouldnt be judged for the panhandling etc. The staff is taking action and will continue to do so to make it a more comfortable environment for its cuatomers. And thank you just a snail : )

Drug sell was going on in parking lot and people hanging out. Just didnt feel comfortable.

The clerk had an attitude when i was trying to ask questions made me feel very uncomfortable. And always random people sitting in the parking lot asking for money.

This store needs alot of cleaning. And more carts . The workers are very nice and polite.seems like every time I go in the store the stuff that is needed is not stocked up

They have a variety of items $1 each. Especially like some of the food items, soy milk, and school supplies.
