I had my windshield of my 2001 honda insight replaced here. My car is low production so I showed the installer some unique aspects of my car just to be on the safe side. With that, they did a great install for a very reasonable price. Im pleased.

Contacted their competitor for an estimate (safe💡) the estimate given for my Jaguar XF was $645.I then contacted Aarons, which gave me an estimate well below their competitors price, which was $345.I was definitely pleased with the service, and professionalism. They actually had me in, and out within an hour. Would recommend them, in the future

I had to get my windshield replaced here through advanced Chevrolet. For the first week the wind shield made an odd cracking popping sound at any time I went over any little bump. It made me nervous but after about a week the noise went away and the windshield is fine. So I would have to say they did a decent job on what they were supposed to do.

They have the best price and done less than 1 hour.

They were very professional, quick, cheaper than the competition by more than $200, and scheduled me in sooner than anyone else could as well. The technician vacuumed the broken glass out for me, had the entire windshield replacement process done in about 45 minutes, including re-attaching my ipass stickers. Overall super happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

Aarons Auto Glass came to my office and replace the glass on my 2011 Nissan Armada. They were quick, did a fantastic job, and cleaned up all the mess. I would highly recommend them.

I had my windshield replaced. The price was much lower than well known shops that advertise heavily. The work was perfect and the people were courteous and helpful. 6 stars out of 5 for quality and value.

I received 3 warped windshields before finally giving up. The windshield cracked almost a year later. Plus, my rearview mirror keeps falling off because it wasnt properly reinstalled. They arent willing to fix anything without charging me more money.

They replaced my rewindow and Broke connection to rear defroster. Even though my Information was in computer. In went in April. Didnt need defroster till October. Was not connect. They refused to fix it. Horrible work and Service. To much adhesive in window manager refused to correct.

My 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee front windshield has been replaced today by Aaron Auto Glass. The work is done very nicely. The customer service is great. The installer comes to my home is very professional and this is very convenient to me.The price they charged is much lower than some other places I asked.

UPDATE to the owners response - I guarantee you I was there 4 times to get the molding replaced on my window and according to the other body shop that is exactly what you used on my car🤷‍♀️.Side moldings continued to come off the windshield after I had it replaced. I took my car back 4 times within 1st year of having windshield replaced only to find out later on that their final “fix” was to super glue the molding onto my car!! I found this out when I needed the windshield replaced because it cracked at the roof. I obviously didn’t go back to Aaron’s and when the new place went to remove the molding it snapped because it was glued on! Needless to say I am now stuck with a $300 bill to get a new molding to replace Aaron’s “fix”.

The front staff was very friendly and helpful. The technician brought a minor item to my attention regarding the trim on my H3. Excellent customer service and quick turn around. Walked in on Saturday and was told I have a 1.5 hour wait. Car was done sooner than that. They have seats and a tv while you wait. Everyone was nice. I spent a week pricing different companies and setting appointments. They were the cheapest and no problems. And they kept the price the same! With a few big name companies, id get a different quote every time i called. Id recommend this shop and will never bother with any of the commercial companies again.

I had my girlfriends windshield replaced here on her 2015 Subaru WRX. Aaron quoted me a few hundred dollars less than the competitors and did a very good job while also being fast. Would highly recommend.

I had a terrible experience with the woman who answered the phone. She has no customer service skills and was condescending. She hung up on me after I asked why she was treating me so poorly and unprofessionally. This company may be the cheapest but that shouldn’t mean their customer service should be as well. Don’t count on a manager following up with ANY of your concerns.

Needed a small windshield chip repaired. I got there 20 minutes before their scheduled open time on Saturday. They were already there and took my car in immediately. It was fixed in about 15 minutes and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!!

I need to replace my windshield and I was paying for it out of pocket. Safelite wanted $400, Gerber wanted $290, Aaron did it for $205. They were super quick and the staff was very friendly. I would most definitely go there again.

Once again Aaron auto glass came through. I had small chip in my windshield that turned into a HUGE crack! They got me in and out quickly. Its never a good situation to have a cracked window but their fast and friendly staff helped make the best of a bad situation. Ive had glass replaced at the Joliet and Kedzie locations with the same outstanding service. My cars will definitely be back at this shop.

I order the back glass for my 15’ GMC Sierra and I told them I would bring it in in the next few days, In the mean time I put double sided tape and plastic on my truck. When I dropped it off I was told 1 1/2 hr it would be ready. I was called 45 mins later. Because I was working I didn’t have time to inspect upon picking it up. The next day I saw they didn’t remove the double sided tape on my truck and install the orange tape they use over the old one. And didn’t even bother to vacuum the broken glass from my pick up bed and inside of my truck. Now I got glass on my back seats and floor. I’m not asking for favors, I’m a paying customer and expect the work to be done right the first time.

Horrible experience, I would never do business with them again. Installer came out and tried to install a window that did not even fit and stuck out the back of the truck 1/2 an inch. He destroyed my old window taking it out, left glass all over the parking lot at my office and inside my truck, broke the head rest on my seat, and left the window sealer all over the back of my truck and on my paint.
