It was very refreshing to deal with Owner/operator Omar. I purchased a stunningly clean 2006 Nissan Xterra from him. He was even accommodating and transparent enough (which is a rare set of virtues in used car sales) to let me do various diagnostic tests before I pulled the trigger on the purchase.He even came in at a price that was $1700 below market value.

I came here on Monday, August 23rd, to find a newer vehicle since my van had ran its course. Omar had greeted us with a warm welcome and helped this first time buyer. With little to no credit and practically on my own, I was honestly apprehensive to come by. Im glad I did because I drove off with a 2013 Ford Focus the next day! As long as you have a job and can provide paystubs, there is no reason anyone cannot come by here and purchase the vehicle you deserve.When the time comes again, you have another sold customer.Thank you Omar!

As of 1/23/21 Joliet Auto center is the best dealership in the state of Illinois. I have been working hard to find a vehicle for my family and kids. No one wanted to take a chance on me because of my credit. They did and it will pay off big time because all of my future purchases will be from this location and this location only. Can I give zero stars?My husband and I purchased a used 2010 F150 from JAC in late April. We looked the truck over thoroughly, did notice an issue with the muffler which we convinced them to fix the day we purchased it. I say this because when we asked for them to fix the muffler, Omar specifically said “we have a new mechanic and I’m not really sure he knows what he’s doing so it might be a while”. This detail will be relevant to this story. We took it to a trusted mechanic a few days later to have it looked over right away, and the mechanic ran the codes and noted issues with the engine. Our mechanic quoted $4000 to fix the issue. We were horrified as we had just purchased the truck and immediately contacted JAC. Since it was within 2 weeks of the purchase, they agreed to look at it for us. We let them know exactly what our mechanic noted. They took the truck in and “fixed” the issue which they claimed to be a timing belt. That was not what our mechanic noticed but we picked it up anyways, hoping that the problem was fixed. We purchased this truck to pretty much solely be our tow vehicle for our small camper. We took a trip on Memorial Day weekend and as we were pulling into our campsite, the truck started shuddering and felt like it was going to stall out. This continued for the rest of the trip and as soon as we got home, we took it back out to JAC for them to actually fix. They worked on it again and did supposedly fix what our mechanic noted to be the issue. However, just a few weeks later, we were driving to Wyoming on a 2 week cross country camping trip. Day 1 of our trip, the truck started shuddering again not even a few hours down the road. We immediately called JAC on a Saturday and Juan suggested that we take it in to get looked at (again). Juan suggested that “maybe the parts they put in it were failing”. Awesome. We were in a pretty rough situation with our camper in the middle of nowhere and just did our best to try and make it to the closest Ford dealer.Our truck broke down completely in the middle of South Dakota and had to be towed along with our camper to a Ford dealer on a Saturday evening. The mechanics at this dealership looked at it, ran the codes and were getting the same codes as before. Their opinion was that it needed a total engine replacement and quoted an astronomical amount to fix the vehicle. Our hands were tied (literally) and we were basically stranded with our camper and had no ability to get home (no truck rentals, etc). We were forced to trade in the truck that we had JUST bought and in doing so (because of the engine), lost $8000 on our trade in. Worst case scenario.When I called JAC to speak with Omar (the owner) and let him know what happened, he basically said that he wouldn’t do anything to help rectify the situation and that he had no responsibility to what had happened. He will likely say that he did what he was told to do and that he fixed it. Obviously untrue or we wouldn’t have broken down to the point of needing a tow. He will also say we “should have brought the truck back to him” instead of trading it in. We would have LOVED to do that. Unfortunately thanks to them, we didn’t have that option. So to summarize a very long, very frustrating, very expensive experience with this place…they sold us a truck at a price that they had no business asking for either knowing that the engine was bad or (even worse) not checking out the vehicle before selling it to us with a bad engine. They then had multiple opportunities to fix it and did not. Then when the worst case happened, Omar’s response was in short, “not my problem”. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. DO NOT LET THE REVIEWS FOOL YOU LIKE WE DID. Terrible business with defective vehicles and incompetent mechanics.

Would not recommend at all. Bought a van there last year told them the problems I needed fixed and had issues with getting appointment to do service when finally got in for service it was over the time they would fix everything so they charged me $100 to replace 1 spark plug and told me I had no oil leak when I was told from mechanics there was a leak tthey cleared my codes when they popped up a well later they said I would have to pay for everything. I told them the day I dropped off my van there were other issues a day after I bought it they said they would look and fix it went to pick up my van again. I told them I needed a loaner car they had no loaner cars they let me use a car off lot for an hr and that cat had all kinds of issues lights lite up horrible horrible. Now a yr later engine broke down. Oh and only a few cars on lot you can finance through them. Communication was horrible and obviously they dont fix the cars up. Im still making payments on a van I cant drive. Do not go to them.update: since I can not reply to dealership responce.... funny how now all of a sudden your gonna reply to reviews. People put bad reviews up yr or more ago finally got a responce. Also no that is wrong you did not charge me a $100 for door and spark plug. Ill repeat I only got charge for Spark Plug !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Door was fixed before I left lot with van... I changed sparks plugs brand new all 6 one was covered in oil when I removed it. But I still had codes P3400 and P3497 coming up along with 2 cyclinder misfires I brought it too you too look at you claimed it was the one bad spark plug and no codes where showing I picked it up drove home engine light back on with the 2 codes once again. I called you guys back up and you stated I had for 3 months there is nothing you can do without charging me and arm and a leg. Even though not my fault it took so long to get in van. I have brought van to Honda paid $310 to see what is wrong with the van and it will cost $6,500.00 to fix whats wrong now I sit with a van I cant drive and cant pay to fix and still have $7,000 I owe to finance company.

I was seriously dying with no A/C for the longest time and I merely mentioned it to the owner Naseem who immediately took it upon himself to help me fix it. He had it done within the same day and literally saved me from a summer of hell. Other places wanted $800+ to fix it but Naseem was honest and straightforward and said he could do it for a fraction of the cost. Everyone there was incredibly kind and accommodating and a blessing and Im so grateful for their service. Definitely would go back!

I purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima from this company and it couldnt have gone smoother! They work with whatever budget you have, and try to do this as quickly as possible. They have a tv in the waiting room for kids to watch cartoons so my son was entertained while I looked at cars. GREAT SERVICE!

Great customer service honest dealership

Drove 35 miles to save thousands on a 2014 Elantra GT with low miles, loaded with the tech package and in excellent condition. While not precertified it came with the Hyundai warranty and it checked out just fine with my mechanic. Clean Carfax, paid cash in full and got my title in the mail a few months later. Owner Naseem is a super nice guy with high integrity. Would recommend! Dont go to a dealership youll spend alot more money when you dont have to.

These people are crooks your better off going to a car auction and getting a used car there cars are trash they run good while there in that lot but when you drive them for a while check engine lights come on and every thing stay away you will regret it i brought a car from them and i had to get the whole front suspensiondid on that car and than my check engine light keeps coming on ive been rebuilding this car sense i had it
