I love taking my car into Gateway. Danny and Client always take really good care of me and my car when I need it to be serviced. They treat me like family and always take time to ask me how my day is going or check in with how my family is doing. They are very accommodating for pick up and drop off times and will let you know if they e found an issue that needs to be addressed before doing the work. Their new building is very nice! I highly recommend taking your car here for any tire or service needs.

Service was prompt to get me started. Took 2 hours to fix a flat tire. I watched the guy working on it. Work 2 minutes talk 10 to 15 minutes. Another couple minutes patching the tire and walking off playing jokes with others. Then walked off and didnt see for 20 or 30 minutes. Finally got the lugnuts on.

The guys at Gateway are awesome! I had tires put on my car. They were friendly, fast, and even let me know I needed to get an alignment soon. I will be going back.

We got great service one gentleman who works in the front came to our rescue and fixed a tire we brought from them because no one else could get to it and got us off the freeway

I came to gateway tire five employees on the registers not one of them greeted us. They was very unprofessional we stood there for about five minutes before someone even said can we help you. Mind you out of the five employees only one was helping someone on the phone so it wasn’t no reason for this treatment. As much money as I paid I expect good service.

My vehicle has been there all day since opening and I have not yet to receive one call about an estimate or it being ready for pickup. I was told the first time that my vehicle was messed up because of the alternator ($500+) and it wasn’t the belt. Weeks later somethings wrong the belt on my vehicle and it was making weird sounds.

Still deciding how to explain the unprofessional work that was done then having to pay 700+ twice.Ask Me..

Great service! They actually brought me to the back on my last visit because there was an issue preventing me from rotating the tires, and they wanted to get my approval before fixing it. Although I didnt get it fixed that day, they were helpful in telling me what needed to be fixed and what it cost for it to be done. Of course the wait time is impacted due to the smaller facility, but theyve been fast regardless. These are the guys you should trust!

These guys took great care of me and had my new tires mounted and balanced quickly as possible with nitrogen placed inside instead of air to help the longevity of my new rubber. I also like that they will mount tires bought online. There are to many shops that turn away money because you didn’t buy the tires directly from them and if I’m not correct I believe that these guys deal with TireRack so you can still buy online and have them shipped to this shop for installation.

Decent speed on service. They do a good job of explaining what they had to do. Its just slightly overpriced

The service was terrible. I went in for an oil change and had to wait up to four hours for service. Also when I got my car back my wiper fluid top was broken and they also disconnected my pvc valve which had me buying a new alternator ($300) that I didnt need. I also felt a little racial tension when I was there. Terrible experience where I will never return again.

Wonderful people, and fast service!On a recent trip home (to Alabama) from visiting family in Missouri, my husband and I encountered a pretty major tire issue. We were referred to Gateway Tire from Greg at Village Service Center in Cherokee Village, AR, about an hour away. Greg (who was wonderful as well!) graciously called ahead to Gateway to see if they had our make/model of tire in stock, and to let them know we were on our way.... and as soon as we got there, they basically had everything waiting on us. They replaced our bad tire with a new one (installed and balanced as well); and for under $100 and in less than an hour, we were back on the road home.We couldnt have asked for a better experience, given the fact that we basically had a tire blow-out many hours from home! Not what you want on a road trip! But given the circumstances, Village Service Center and Gateway Tire definitely helped to make the best possible outcome of a bad situation.Thank you, Gateway - my husband and I truly appreciate your help and quick service!Thanks again!-Danielle and Thomas

UPDATE: After inspection at Discount Tire on Stadium. Turns out there was not even a patch put into my tire! Gateway Tire stole money from me and lied about services rendered. I would like to know what Gateway Tire is going to do to remedy this. I will be getting in touch with Gateways main office first thing Monday morning. Had they done their job and leak checked the tire like they should have they would have found that the hole was on the outer wall of the tire and I would have paid for a new tire from them. But no their service is horrible and they were only able to steal $20 from me instead of earn $150+If I could leave zero stars on this review I would. I had a screw in two tires. I ask the person at the counter if they could patch them both and they stated that it would be no problem. After waiting two hours they told me I was ready. I paid them $20 which I didnt think was a bad price. However, after parking my car for two hours I went to get in my car to go somewhere and I noticed my “patched” tire was flat. So I checked the other tire and found that the screw was still in the tire they had “patched”. They made marks on the tire and rim so that they could put the tire back on the rim exactly how it was so that they would not have to balance the tires. On the invoice they couldnt even put the model and type of car. I am at Discount Tire now waiting to see the supposed patch job done on my tires and will post pictures. While waiting I overheard the employees complaining of the amount of people coming by to have their tire pressures checked and also complaining about having to give directions to their store to the people calling on the phone. Overall horrible work ethic of the employees and horrible experience. I dont recommened this company at all. Ohh and there was what appeared to be oil/tar all over my rim, door, seats and stearing wheel. As far as im concerned this company needs to be shut down. Your car will be in worse condition than when you bring it in.

These folks are wonderful! Was on my way back to Georgia and had a flat on my trailer. Stopped at another Auto Center and was told they werent allowed to change trailer tires. (Are you kidding me?!) Called my brother (who lives in Jonesboro)and he recommended Gateway with no hesitation. I can see why! They immediately handled the transaction and went to work installing the new tires. I was back on the road within an hour! Thank you guys so very much!!

Always received great service

I was not happy with the person behind the service counter. It was a young blonde headed girl. She never stopped talking the entire hour i was in there. It was like she was trying to prove herself and what she knew. But she was so busy talking and telling me my business that she couldnt listen to my needs. I left there $80.00 less in my pocket never got satisfying answer. She was to busy telling me i had cheap tires on my car. Ive always liked having work done there but if i go back and she waits on me Ill walk out.

Every experience is a great one. David and Danny have always been good to take care of us. I have been using Gateway for 34yrs and they always take care of me and my family. Lee is a great young man and an asset to your company. Thanks guys for all you do. You all are the best.

Hit a pot hole while driving through Memphis, TN to Nebraska. Showed up right at 7 am, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Great prices and helped me instantly!

Great place for tires and auto services. All the people were friendly. My rep was a man named Danny, who asked lots of questions before I made any decisions. The price came in lower than he quoted. Really a great guy and was very helpful.

Beware of the service dept. I had just went in for a new set of tires and an alignment and after waiting for like 3 hrs. to be told tires are put on and now we are having our technition look at your front end to see if anything may need to be replaced in order to be able to get a proper alignment done, so bout an hour goes by and they holler my name and the guy says come back in the back with me that our tech needs my approval to have the go ahead and fix what needed to be fixed in order for my front end to be complete like new. I think it was like a couple bushings and the pitman arm and a couple other things that really dont cost all that much at your local auto parts store. Well now I told him to ahead and do it and get it fixed. So after literally being there all day long the man finally calls us to come and pay for what we owe so we can be on our way.

I have used Gateway twice this year. My son attends college in Jonesboro and had a couple of small emergencies with his tires that needed tending to. The staff here was great. I spoke with Chris, and he was great. They made me feel very confident in their services. Would use Gateway and recommend them highly!!! Thanks for helping us so quickly on a busy Saturday!!!

Very rude to me....got there at 6:50am beginning of May 2019 for car service. Told me it would be nearly whole day there. Was there a month ago a month ago in April 2019 and it took whole day to give me quote. When guy at desk heard me on phone and I was quietly😫 asking rival service for quote...he was listening to me and walked quickly over and handed me back my paperwork WITHOUT 😨 knowing for SURE I was going somewhere else. NEVER going back...only rivals......very very rude for the South.......and he was chewing an apple and talking to me with a full mouth.... yuck...no stars....not coming back ...stayed whole day in April for quote and told me to eat popcorn because if I left would lose my place...where am I taking off to without car???? No apology and not resolved when I contacted manager,........

Great, fast service (30 mins after being quoted an hour). Was able to get the tire I needed after the two Walmarts in town l and the dealership did not have it in stock. Had my dog and they let me bring him in. Super nice folks, definitely recommend them.

Though I might have a screw in my tire, had them check it out, sure enough did, they got me right in and out which was pleasant. Times before it had been free for them to do this service now they charge you.

Ive been coming her for years. I bring mine, my wifes and my work vehicle here when I need something.If its going to be a 2 hour wait for an oil change, let a guy know up front.I had no way of knowing that 13 cars were ahead of me. I saw 4 maybe 5 cars when I pulled up 15 minutes after they opened.In retrospect, the guys response of pushing my receipt at me on the counter with a look of disgust was pretty damn funny after I told him this was crazy.

Definitely giving them a 1 star considering I did give them the wrong tire but in the situation I was in I was in panic mode. I would think they would check the tires before they put them on. Long story short I bought a $230 tire that wasn’t even the tire I needed. The tire I needed was $130 and it took them 3 hours to put it on !! Oh by the way didn’t get my money back ... the reason why is because they said I drove on the tire for 3 days so they can’t sell the tire as new which I understand .. but at least give me half of my money back considering it was my fault and theirs for not noticing the tires. Never coming back

Dropped off my vehicle for an oil change, never recieved a call informing me my vehicle was ready, once I arrived to check the status I was informed it was ready but the cost of the oil change was almost double what I was quoted when dropping off.

Awesome guys, came in for an alignment and the mechanic came and got me and showed me things that needed fixing that I missed fixing.

Great place to get tires and/or an oil change. Just remember to ask them to rotate your tires, your oil change.

Had a tire pressure low sensor go bad or indicate low pressure, and had a quart low of oil and all I stopped in for was air. They filled the crankcase checked all the fluids and the rest of the tires they didnt insist but I did Im paying for the quart of oil and that was all.

Great prices for tires and dont gouge you on the fees.

Stopped here for a flat repair on the way to clearwater fla., the guy tasked with my repair said my tire was seperated, I asked to show me, he pointed to the tire and said it was humped up, i asked how he could tell because the tire was deflated, no response, i told him to air it up, it wasnt seperated, I took my tire, rolled it the thefront office, explained to the sales people up front they needed more experienced people back n the shop, Ive many years experience in tires and automotive in general and did not appreciate the way they did buisness (but i wasnt polite) they had no response at all, Found RNR TIRE a couple blocks away, they took my tire, broke it down and inspected, found no seperation, repaired it and put on my Maroon 2012 Traverse at no charge!!!!!, Ill be buying 4 new tires from them in very soon, in ROGERS ARK. Thanks for being honest rnr.
