Been there 3 times for repair work on 3 different phones and they always go above and beyond to see my phone is in good working order. They are the best

I had cell phone station replace my broken apple watch screen. The price was great and they had to ready for me in just two days.My problem is that when I received it, it was covered in glue. I live in Searcy so I had a friend pick my watch up for me when it was ready and they didn’t say anything.I am disappointed in the quality of work that they have for leaving the job unfinished, but otherwise it was fine.

I would rate lower if possible, went there for a case and screen protector. They didnt have any cases. They had 1 screen protector that they installed after they installed it, it has bubbles and didnt fit the phone right making my phone hard to use so I paid 22$ just to rip it right off my phone and throw it in the trash. Dont go to this place its a rip off

I would have given less than 1 star, but that was not an option. I took my phone in for a new screen and picked it up to find that they had broken the home button. They still charged me the full amount for the screen and not even a simple ‘I’m sorry’. Worst phone repair business EVER!!

Pretty sad experience. Called up to explain my screen was discolored and needed to be replaced and possibly get my front cam replaced. Girl was very nice. Got up there and was asked if I could be helped by who I assume was the owner. I say ASSUME because as he to continued to talk down to me, employees were just keeping to themselves. First he stated I did not need a screen replaced because my phone was working. And as I pressed on that I wanted the screen replaced and was willing to pay, he just continued to tell me the obvious, like “we’re gonna have to take it all apart”. Okay? I mean, I kind of figured given my 25+ years in IT doing everything from hardware to software. Anyways, after about 5 minutes of him telling me nothing I didn’t already know, but me making sure he understood I was aware of what would happen, I just realized he wasn’t interested in doing anything this close to the end of the day. Super disappointing since I drove 45 minutes to get my phone worked on. Be wary of the tall, middle eastern gentlemen approaches you. He truly believes he knows more than you and you aren’t worth his time.

Well, ive never been to cell phone station but from some of the replies from the owner I wont go there if my life depended on it. I for one, say that the owner has some severe attitude problems and does not know how to be helpful. The owner flat out INSULTED the writer of this review. Check it out in this pic!!! Price gouging! $184 to replace the screen on series 3 Apple Watch and BRAND NEW at Walmart is $179!Realistic prices would make a huge difference!eBay sells the complete screen for $30-45.

Very quick fix but screen was very cheap and fell out of my phone and busted the first time I dropped it two days past the warranty and they would not fix it. I paid $185 and it lasted 32 days.

I do not recommend going here! I took my phone to have the charging port replaced she tried telling me it was most likely the battery. I said if the battery is bad replace it too but I know the port is bad. Ok only suppose to be 15 minutes that turned into 30 minutes and an hour later she’s trying to explain that it now needs to be sent off to fix the back light that’s messed up and it will take 3-4 weeks! I have no phone and no way to get all my stuff from the one she broke because it’s dead .

We are from out of town attending a softball tournament. My daughter dropped and cracked her cell phone. In between one of the games we thought we would see if it could be fixed...not only did they have what we needed, he was able to fix her phone...we were in and out less than 15 min. Highly recommend!!!

We could not be MORE happy with the service we received Saturday. Stopped by for a difficult to find phone case for a new phone. Not only did the technician at the desk fix the case but took the time to apply a protective screen cover and transfer data from the old phone. Came in with a shattered screen and when I got the phone back the home button did not work and the screen was popped out at the bottom. Also the sensors do not work either, the phone will not automatically dim during a call.

Took my phone to them to place a screen protector on my phone. When I went to get it I notice that the screen protector did not adhere to my entire screen. When I pointed the issue out to them and asked if they would try applying it again the young woman stated that it was common for the screen protector to do that and that it would fix itself within a couple of weeks and to call if it didn’t adhere in a couple of weeks. I asked would it still protect and they said yes.My daughter dropped that cracked my screen within a couple of weeks. The crack started from corner where the protector did not adhere properly. When I called and explained they said nothing they do.

Took a week to get the screen in. They called and told me its in but then couldnt fix it same day. The screen they they installed doesnt have all the features as the original one.. Wasnt bad work at all, but its definitely a cheap replacement screen. I would have gladly paid more for a replacement with all the features. Dont think I will be back

I recently came in to get my iPhone 10 replaced although they do not have my screen available in stock they were able to order it for me & within a couple of days my phone was fixed for almost half the price of what other places were quoting me. I was also able to buy a generic otter box & a tempered glass screen protector as part of the buy 1 get 1 free & best part is that it’s an all year long special. I am greatly satisfied with them I would definitely recommend!

I was very happy when I visited Cell Phone Station. There were many employees available to help me from the moment I walked in the front door. They suck. It cost $95 to replace a screen, where as at new wave its $50 and for another $40 you can get a case, tempered glass, and an extra charger cord. Cell Phone Station is way to over priced

Employees were really nice and eager to help us. We took in an iPad and didnt know if we had enough time to wait on it to be fixed or if we needed to make and appointment. They got right on it and we were on our way. The call saying it was ready came in less than 1hr. Very quick service. They also put a screen protector and case on for me as well.

Seems decent if you are looking for a charger or something but overall they didnt really seem interested in helping me and told me certain other businesses were no longer doing what I was needing either. That was incorrect.

There was a pretty little blonde in there that I definitely would have spoken to a little bit nicer than how the owner was to her but they are fair I reckon on the charge for labor and parts. 65 for the screen and 40 for the labor to fix my Moto z3 play.

Replaced daughters screen, home button does not work now. Charged $20 to $30 more than quoted on phone. When asked about it he says he is the best in town.....at bullcrap maybe. Highly do not recommend.

They told me over the phone that they could perform the repair I needed. I drove to Jonesboro, then waited an hour for the guy to get back from lunch, only for somebody to look at my phone for about 10 seconds and tell me they werent going to work on it. Absolutely useless, I wont be recommending this place to anybody ever again.

The great folks here unclogged my charging port with just a few minutes hard work and graciously didnt charge me anything for what was a nasty problem. Hope I dont need to return but know Ive got a place should I ever need it.

Paid to much for junk. Was told one price and buy one get one free but i see why they dont have a price on them! Be awear! Will not be back. Can get this stuff on ebay for a little of nothing! I am so disappointed.

I went to here looking for a phone cover for a new phone. My experience in the store was great! They were very friendly and helpful. They did have a great special, also... buy one case get one free, or buy a case get a screen protector free. I bought two cases (one was a Coach case for $25, and the other was just a plain hot pink case $16 or $20, both were hard cases) and a mirrored screen protector (which was $7.50). I got the pink case free, of course. The man who fixes the phones, he put my screen protector on right there for me and put on the case of my choice. My experience was WONDERFUL! The only problem I have is, within 3 weeks of getting the case, I was still using the one he put on for me, which was the Coach case, and the design started wearing off... so there is a lot of white plastic spots around my phone...and it peels off everywhere. I am very careful with my phone, so it is not from being rough at all. At this point right now, its been almost two months since I have had the case, and dropped it last night for the first time, and the case FLEW OFF THE PHONE!! So now, my phone has dents and is chipped on one of the corners. The case is very low quality. I couldnt believe it started peeling off so quickly. Although, getting two cases for $25 is a good deal, if you have the money to spend getting a new case every so often, then you will be fine buying from here--or maybe a case that doesnt have a design, so it wont peel off. As for the screen protector, its great! The mirrored one is hard to see outside, although, turning the brightness on your screen up (which, yes, does drain your battery :( ) will fix this issue :) Overall, the quality could be better on the paticular case I bought, although it beats purchasing a case online, and waiting for it to come in the mail! :) I would recommend Cell Phone Station to my friends :)

I went in to ask about a replacement on a baseband chip and before i even finished telling the man about it he interrupted me and said you have a software issue. If it were a software issue i could fix it myself because i used to do software repairs on phones for a living. He was rude and told me he didnt have time for me. I will never go back to this place and I will be sure to tell everyone I can to avoid this place like the plague.

They have a policy that says no refunds on special orders. The part came a day later than expected(which was not their fault) so I had to get it fixed somewhere else. They refunded my money minus a restocking fee for the part.

Personally I have not stepped foot in this store. Nor will I ever and here is why. I called them up to see how much it would cost to have a digitizer replaced in my phone. I was given a run around about how you couldnt just replace the digitizer without replacing the whole LCD assembly. First off I know this is untrue because 5 other places I had called already trying to get the cheapest price possible already told me they would do it for me. Secondly there are videos on YouTube showing how to do this. Anyway that aside I was placed on hold. After about 4 mins a man got on the phone and you could barely understand a word he was saying. He tried to argue with me telling me that I had taken the phone apart (which I tried to explain to him I hadnt). He said So you take phone apart and expect me to put it back together. Rather rudely. I told him, No I havent taken it apart, the digitizer had just separated from the LCD after it broke (the digitizer not the LCD). After several minutes of arguing with the guy he told me it was going to cost over $100 since I had taken it apart. REALLY? After I had told the guy several times I hadnt taken it apart he is going to charge me extra since I supposedly had? Other places are charging around $60-70. I have never had someone be so rude and belligerent on the phone with me, And I use to be a manager at a fast food restaurant. So will I take anything to them to be repaired? Not on your life. Would I recommend this place to others. No but that is up to you to make your own decision about the place. I just wanted to put my two cents in on how I was treated. I was a potential customer and they are going to treat me that way?

Phone screen replacement was bad. The screen didnt even come back on. This is crap.

Dont not go here they rip you off and charge for a screen they have to order! Its been all most a moth never got a call. So I call and they tell me they never had it ordered!

It was very horrible. I took my phone to see what was wrong with it and they told me it was my battery, took it home and the battery was horrible and didnt last for 2 hours and the phone wouldnt even take a charge. Took it back the next day and told them about and they told me it would be another $65 to fix the charging port. Very horrible experience they did not know what they were talking about and I will not go back
