**Note** I live an hour and a half from this location.I made a purchase in November, one of the products did not get in my bag, I called and they said they had to review security tapes to prove I didnt get the product. An employee later called me back and confirmed that they didnt put my purchased item in my bag and told me to come back to the store. I went back a couple weeks later, explaining that I dont live close. That was ok. I was finally able to go back, I made a couple purchases and the sales clerk put my missed product in the bag. I got home and it was the wrong shade. I couldnt make it back to the store for a couple months. I just tried to return for an exchange. The girl with purple hair said, Yeah, no, we have a 60 day return policy. I explained my situation and that I just wanted an exchange. Our policy is 60 days. It says nothing on the receipt. Yeah, it refers you online and next to the register. If you follow me, I can show you. But yeah, 60 days.I am a Rouge Insider member. Ive spent a lot if money in that store. I wont go back. Horrible customer service.
The staff and management there is so helpful and upbeat! They are always running around trying to make sure everyone is helped, and so knowledgeable about products. Love this store.
The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend shopping here if you are new or experienced at using cosmetics.
Employees are always helpful.I had a girl spend 20 minutes filling in my brows and showing me how to do it and trying different colors. The products are great especially the brow fillers.

Called to ask about an exchange on a sealed unopened product and was told I dont think theres anything that could be done. Then says hold on, places me on for 3+ minutes and then says, yeah like I said theres probably nothing that can be done. I ask who I may contact and she repeated herself 2 more times. I would never purchase or go in to this store again. Very rude and obviously unaware of proper customer service.
Got help from Mercedes and now I have a new favorite foundation and lip balm.
Good for any make-up or perfume/cologne needs.
This place is hit and miss... Went in here on 9/24/18 and the gal working(early-mid 20s blonde) was FANTASTIC!!! I remember her so much I was hoping she would be working when I went in store on 3/1/19, but she wasnt and my experience that day couldnt have been worse. On 3/1/19 the two ladies working(mid 40s brunettes) were AWFUL!!! I asked for help with a shade match and she told me to go have a look around the store(Id already been in the store for a good 15 minutes) and shed be over to help me after she checked out her coworker!!! A good 5-10 minutes went by and she never came to help so I approached the other gal working and she seemed like it was a bother to help me so I finally just left empty handed even though I had went in with full interventions to purchase a Nars foundation. Went to Ulta and another customer there in Ulta said she had seen me in Sephora and asked if I had as terrible of an experience as she did in Sephora and I agreed I did. Come to find out she also had left Sephora empty handed because service was so terrible. I purchased $75+ at Ulta and the other Ulta customer purchased $100+ in Ulta! Just goes to show you how easily bad customer service can ruins your stores sales...I will 100% pass on this Sephora if I see the two mid 40s brunettes working next time Im in the area!!!
This location is hit or miss. Sometimes staff is friendly and helpful other times they are rude and act like it’s an inconvenience to help.

Ive never had a good experience at this Sephora. There is never anyone available to help or check out. Employees arent interested in helping show how to apply a products, even when you are spending a lot. Manager is rude!
It was a few months back...she ask what Im using for moisturizer and I told her the natural oil castor, and she told me that it can cause cancer 😭🤣😅😆 infact though it helps cure alot of things. I am a sales personal as well but I would never go to that extent.
I was asking for the Light-Up-Vanity, it was really loud in the backround, I aksed her to repeat a couple sentences, and before hanging up to me asking her to repeat again she said NO, im tired of you asking repeat! I do not prefer going to Sephora anytime soon, because of costomer service.
Awful customer service. The girl was very rude and kicked the drawer closed on my hand on purpose because I didn’t “ask for assistance”. She had a bad attitude and made sarcastic remarks under her breath. This is the second time I’ve been in there this week when she was working and observed the same behavior. It’s obvious that she does not enjoy her job or customer service in general. I left very upset and empty handed. I’d go to Ulta or Macys if you need something. Don’t waste your time here. I’ll have to shop online or drive an hour to visit Sephora because I refuse to visit this one in Joplin now.
