I used to love this wireless phone company before T-Mobile merge with MetroPCS I had the best service with MetroPCS, it started when I had a cracked phone, and went in to see if I could have the glass replaced. First the girl at the counter rips off the protective cover even though my phones working perfectly fine and pieces of glass fall out onto the counter. I didnt have enough money that night for the phone I wanted, but now I was forced to buy a phone I didnt want and I have just enough money on me, even though I had been using my cracked glass one for over a week and it was working perfectly fine.Then I activated my phone, and my husband still had his old phone and the service just seem to get worse and worse on both phones. My phone calls were dropped all the time in the middle of conversations. I couldnt even go online to pay my bill my bars were so low. Like I said I used to be the best company. After paying a monthly bill of $80 for unlimited service customer for years, for the last three months Ive had terrible service I have phone calls or dropped continuously, I only get one bar in my house. Ive complained twice to customer service and called the store 3 times, went in twice .It does appear they have any power over the situation anymore. Its a shame! I dont have time to keep calling and running to the store. And should not have to.Thank you for your response and your email address but like I said I already called customer service three times and went to the store two times and I needed a phone so I went with another server. Thank you for all the years you work right I couldnt wait any longer it was 3 months and I had terrible service and I was paying $80 a month for two phones and we couldnt even use them hardly every time we got on the phone our phone would be dropped
Bad customer service and the lady that works there look like that she sell drugs

Called to get some information about iphone models and which work best with metro. The girl I spoke with was super friendly, extremely informative and was happy to answer my questions. If she wasnt sure of an answer she would quickly ask someone else there until she got it. I wish everyone I deal with would have such good customer service skills. Im not sure if her name exactly it sounded like she said Auta-silly. Anyway whatever her name is, she was wonderful.
Every single time I come to the store every staff member is helpful and friendly.
My compliments to metro by T-Mobile for having absolutely 2 FABulous ladies, at their store located at 250 W. Indiantown rd, Ste. 104, in Jupiter, FL!!Both Rebeca and Aracely, provided me with extraordinary customer service and support... I went into the store, yesterday, for an address I needed (and which i got) and walked out with a new samsung A10e. lol. ... and i am beyond delighted with it!T-Mobile, you are very fortunate to have those 2 ladies on your team. I moved from Jupiter but had used the Metro PCS store on Indiantown all the while I lived there. I needed help today and ran into the Indiantown store. Thank goodness I did! Carlos helped me with a charger and a case. I realize I will need a new phone soon. I took his card, I will call and ask when he will be there and buy the new phone from him. LOVE this store! Ive been to their corporate store which is a real mess and a half. THANKS Carlos.Today, January 9 I needed a charger. Again I went out of my way to go to this store . Employees are nice. Store owner, is horrible! He tries to sell you all the props he has in the store. But when it comes to providing good customer service he is mean and horrible. between my parent and my family we bought 4 phones and moved to MetroPCS. My phone has problems and has insurance. He refused to change it or request another phone. He was very rude, and doesnt understand that businesses are maintained not by the phone he sell, but for the service he offers. He is now reported to the Better Business Bureau for the lack of service, and refusal to have ok the insurance coverage.
I went to metro today for help with my phone. Metro employees, Carlos, maggie, and andres were extremely professional and helpful. I even ended up signing up a friend from ATT to metro while i was here. I definitely recommend Jupiter Metro PCS on Indiantown to anyone looking for great customer service and a professional team. I am new to the area and needed a new phone. I have been a VERY happy & satisfied Metropcs customer for 14 years :) I am SO SO happy to have found this Metropcs store on Indiantown Road in Jupiter!! The Staff is AMAZING, warm & welcoming, SO efficient & knowledgable!! Aracely was the assisting me & she is an expert phone wizard!!! Oh my gosh...She worked her way through my old dying phone to save everything she could for me & she did it with ease!! I am so happy to know that this is my new Metropcs store!! I highly recommend this store and urge you to go for ALL of your phone needs or even if you just need a question answered or help navigating through a phone!! They are the BEST!!!!
DISCUSTING NIGHTMARE!!! I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING A CHARGE FOR 7 MONTHS ON A PHONE THAT DID NOT WORK FROM DAY ONE. I WAS ASSURED WHEN I PURCHASED THE PHONES THAT ANY PROBLEMS WOULD BE ADDRESSED. THE OWNER IS A MONSTER. AVOID THEM!!!! MORE SOUTH FLORIDA SCUM! ;)
Carlos Alverez is so helpful,kind,courteous,and helped me when noone else could at Jensen Beach store.I wish there were more people like Carlos in the world who truly care about people and animals. And actually enjoy thier job. He needs a raise immediately. And I dont mean working on the roof!
