Our 10 year old LG electric range produced an error message and would not heat the oven. I called Jupiter electronics and got in touch with Wayne. He asked for the make & model #. He said he could come out the next day. He called twice that day to say he had to pick up a part in West Palm Beach. He called again to say he was on his way to my house. In about 45 minutes, the oven was up and running. For a very reasonable service call price, Wayne saved us about $1,200 for a new range. Professional, competent, and qualified we highly recommend Wayne and Jupiter Electronics for your appliance repairs.
We had a compressor go on our 2 year old LG refrigerator. Wayne came out and had it up and running within an hour. He was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. We won’t hesitate to use him again if the need arises.

LG sent him out on 11/24/20 to check it out. I am so thankful they did as now I have a great reliable company to use for any future appliance repair. I definitely recommend him. He was great during our appointment & took his time. Wayne did a great job of explaining everything. He gave us some great tips not just on our LG dryer but also our LG refrigerator & other brand appliances. He actually spoke to my electrician on my phone to share the information he was getting from his readings. Wayne was very communicative before, during & after our appointment. He even called the next morning to follow up.

Our refrigerator and freezer stopped working a little over two years after it was purchased. I called LG and they set up an appointment for me with Jupiter electronics. Wayne came out, diagnose the problem within minutes, had it fixed shortly thereafter. Highly recommend!!!

Do not get appliances repaired from this place! My front load LG washer started vibrating excessively and moving around. I called LG to put me in touch with a repairman in Jupiter that works on their appliances, since the guy I usually use doesnt work on LG. LG says Jupiter Electronics is an authorized repair center. I give them a call and Wayne comes out to check the washer. Sends about 5 minutes looking at it and tells me I need a new front panel and gasket, says hell call me later with prices. He calls later that day and says just for those two parts is $365 (this is just for parts). Those parts would probably fix the problem, but I might also need a new drum because he claims its bent a little. The price seemed high so I called LG to get prices on the parts. Turns out they only cost $150. After hearing that I decide to take a look at the washer myself. Taking the gasket and front panel off is pretty easy after watching a couple how-to videos on Youtube. After taking a look inside. I see that the front panel is fine, just some minor cosmetic issues on the outside. The gasket isnt torn either, plus LG says the gasket wouldnt be causing the misalignment of the drum. The drum isnt bent either and the case surrounding it is in perfect condition, so how would the drum get bent? After doing some research and trying a few things, I fix the issue with some minor adjustments to one of the legs. I called Wayne to get an explanations as to why he lied about the part prices and tried to get me to pay $365 for something that would fix the problem. He says, Well is it fixed now?, and then hangs up. Do not use this company.
Called first thing in the morning. Wayne came an hour later, checked the tv, and went back to his shop, and emailed me an estimate that day. He advised me to call LG because I was a snowbird. Great help!! Thanks!

After I had another repair service out for my LG Refrigerator that told me Just buy a new one, I called Jupiter Electronics and spoke with Wayne. I explained what had occurred and he diagnosed it from my description (and the findings of the first company). He said hed order the parts overnight and hed be out to fix it ASAP.The parts didnt come in until late the next day, so he set me for the first appointment the following day. He showed up on time, explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. At one point he found that oil had gotten in the refrigerant lines, but that he thought he could get it out --- and he did. Everything went exactly has he described and the refrigerator was working when completed.The charge was $300 labor - it took about 6 hours total. It turned out that the parts were covered under the manufacturer warranty - so there was no charge for parts as he handled the entire claim process.Wayne was prompt, courteous and friendly --- and did an excellent job of fixing my refrigerator.
Was referred to this business by Panasonic. Delivered tv to his office for repairs. He told me he would diagnosis problem and if parts needed would take 2 days to receive. I called 4 days later and was told bad weather up north had held up parts. Called him back in a week and found power supply he ordered did not fix problem. He had called Panasonic and was waiting for authorization to replace tv because they dont let repair shops replace boards. Emailed several times and he did respond twice then quit responding. Called back another 4 days later and he told me that his contacts at Panasonic had all been laid off and nobody told him anything. He is trying to reach Panasonic. Called him the next day and was told he should hear something that morning. Asked him to call as soon as he heard something. Called back to him later that day in the afternoon and he hung up on me. I now have a call into Panasonic who I was able to reach with 1 phone call. They have apologized and was told a supervisor would get back to me within 24-48 hours. Please draw your own conclusions.
This company saved me a lot of money, time and stress. They will be the first people I call when I need help in the future.
