Theres some reviewers here being unfair. I contacted after noticing a rear wheel wobble on a used bicycle. Alberto took care of the wheel, the rear axle, replaced the gear cone, tuned up the bicycle and explained the problems of each with me, what may have caused it, and how to do future preventive maintenance. The bicycle rides very smooth now. He was very friendly and professional.People in past reviews complained about Alberto being a mobile repairman (as if this is even an issue) or claiming that his business doesnt exist are being misleading and they probably arent telling the whole story. We had constant contact to set up bicycle pick up and delivery through phone call or text message. The bike repair was two business days. Ive done research in the surrounding area for bicycle repair prices and Albertos prices were reasonable and cheaper than other repair shops.

This is the second time that I’ve used them and I had another great experience!! He came over the next day and replaced my tire on the driveway! His pricing is also very reasonable!

Great service! Needed some adjustments, tuning and lubing of my bike. Contacted Alberto, he picked up my bike at my house and delivered it back just a few hours later. Quick turnaround and my bike is better than new! Would definitely recommend him for anyone needing some bike maintenance done quickly!

I called Alberto to fix my bike because it had noise when pedaling, he did the maintenance but the second day after the noise was again. I sent him a message to help me but he did not answer me. His work is not guaranteed and I had to find another bike shop to fix it. I do not recommend this person !!!

Doesnt have a place of business. Was going to charge me $25 to replace a tube and got upset when I told him I would take care of the tube myself. Dont use this guy. Hes not any cheaper than Bike Barn and is very unprofessional.

Great Service. This is my first road bike, Im a super novice rider so I wanted to make sure it was assembled properly. Alberto picked up my bike, assembled it, and brought it back within 24 hours. He even showed me how to work the gears and showed great concern to make sure that I had the proper equipment to be safe on the road. He even told me where to find some great trails to try out. Wonderful experience I recommend him to everyone!

Very convenient service with competitive pricing. Never had to leave my driveway. He picked up my bike at the agreed upon time and returned it to me 2 days later, as promised. No surprises in pricing. He told me everything up front. Highly recommend Fixmobile for your bike repair needs. My 12 yr old bike is good as new.

Alberto, stopped by today replaced tube on our faulty bicycle tire. Fast and efficient. Good customer service, highly recommend, will definitely use him in future for our bicycle repairs. My husband and I both are v impressed.

This guy probably does good work, but I never had a chance to find out because his personality as a sales/technician truly is below par. First it was a tune-up, then a tune up and cleaning and then probably a bunch of other stuff, which he could not name. I agreed to a cleaning and tuneup, but was curious what Other stuff he was referring to... he couldnt tell me. When I asked for a receipt for my bike, his response was If I didnt trust him, to just take it to Bike Barn. No, I dont trust a stranger to walk away with my $1500.00 bike without something saying he has it. Its POOR business practice. Hes was like, I have a $6000.00 bike, I dont need yours. Really professional. Sorry, just dont recommend him based on his poor customer interaction. This was actually the second time I gave him a chance. The last time he refused to tell me which component levels he would be using to replace some parts. Sound like a pro to youi?

Awesome guy fixed my bike up really nice cleaned it and all. Fair priced. Dont go to the bike shops this guy will pay special attention to your bike. He is very passionate and knowledgeable about what he does 5 stars easy.

I found a great deal for a bike online for my son. At 2AM in the morning, I found myself with a manual and bicycle parts all over the living room. I came to my senses and called Alberto the next morning. He picked up the bike at 10:30am, and had it ready by 2pm. When he delivered it, he had my son try it out to make sure it fit and rode well. Excellent Service!

If you need your bike fixed, this is the place. Alberto disassembles the entire bike and meticulously cleans/fixes/or replaces every part. He is very passionate about his trade. He also picked up and dropped off my bike.

Excellent service!! I called and Alberto came by within the hour to look at a couple of mountain bikes that are in shambles in my garage. He told me that, in his honest opinion, it would make more sense to purchase a new MTB than to build a good single bike from the two. Alberto has a mastery level understanding of bikes and, in my experience, will give you an honest quote for the work that needs to be done and tell you exactly what he would do in your situation. Top-notch business and a stand-up guy. I highly recommend!

The person I spoke with did not seem interested in my business. This is a mobile repair shop that does not want to be mobile, I guess.

Finally, a business owner who understands the true meaning of customer service. Honest, reliable, trustworthy and dependable. Whatever repair is required, Alberto is the go to guy. Much better service than the bigger LBS.

I made a next-day appointment a couple of months ago, for repairs that would cost a relatively large amount of money. He tried to tell me that my area code would require an additional fee, even though its clearly listed on his website. He said he doesnt cover the entire area code, so I had to spend a good bit of time explaining where my house was, as opposed to him looking at a map. I waited at home all day, and he never showed up or bothered calling to check. I didnt think it was worth the hassle to try again.

I use my bike on a daily basis, transporting my children to school, running errands, going to appointments, etc. Its not easy for me to find time to take it in for maintenance; Alberto from FixMobile went out of his way to pick up my bike after I used it in the morning, and got it back to me by the time I needed to pick my daughter up from school. He also added fenders and a kickstand to my husbands bike, and tuned it up so nicely that it looks better than brand new. We will definitely call FixMobile the next time we need work done on our bikes!

Granddaughter asked if I could help get my gg-sons bike fixed as well as hers while I was visiting & she was at work. Took her tire and gg-sons bike to Albertos shop.He said he could get everything fixed in about 30 minites - and he did! The wheel rim was bent and the tire was flat. FIXED and adjusted the brakes too! New inner tube and wheel back on the rim on my granddaughters bike.Fast and reasonable. What a concept. You can tell that biking is Albertos passion. And if you cant come to him - he will come to you! Wish he was up in Dallas!

I have a 20+ year old Trek mountain bike that we were passing on to my tall son to use at college. The local Bike Barn said it needed way more than just a tune-up, and actually told me that I could donate the bike to them to benefit other organizations.So after a little more research, I found Fixmobile Bicylces! What a joy!! I cant say enough great things about Alberto and what a transformation he did for our older bike! He made alot of upgrades, all within my price range. I would highly recommend him and his business to anyone wanting to keep their bicylces in working condition.In a society where everything seems disposable, it sure is nice to find people who are willing to help revive those things that still have life in them without breaking the bank!A big two thumbs up!!

I will never again waste my time at bike shops that overcharge and give you less service than you paid. My bikes were picked up from my home and returned in tip top condition. This place is great for when you order bikes on line and assemble them yourself. He quickly fixed my errors and gave us a great tune up at a very reasonable price. I did not have to drop the bike off at a shop and then wait for them to fix it. Once again this is a remarkable service that he is providing.If you purchase a bike online this is a great service to use. You dont have to worry about taking your purchase into a shop and have them not be happy that you did not purchase a bike from them because you decided to save some money.
