This is the first time we visited Vision Eye Max for the whole family. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Doctor is phenomenal and took her time to explain every detailed facts and gave us the options to choose. Doctor clearly explained the pros and cons of using the contacts for my daughter who is using contacts for the first time. Sophia also very patiently helping her and guiding through the entire process of how to use the contacts. She helped my daughter until she picked up to use her contacts on her own. Thank you all of you and we are very much happy and satisfied with our visit. I strongly recommend Vision Eye Max!!!!

My young daughters school advised us we needed to get her eyes checked. We formerly went to Berkeley and called them and they told us they dont see kids her age(7). A huge business like them somehow werent capable of checking a childs eyes. They referred us to a specialist but that person wasnt in network and wasted our time by booking before they even checked insurance. My insurance wasnt helpful either because they couldnt signify if a business was child friendly.After speaking with an Eye Max representative they confirmed they could see my young daughter soon and they confirmed they were in network. Everybody there was friendly and courteous. They had facilities ready for children her size and had a good selection of glasses for her to choose from. They made sure they fit my daughters face and even were prepared emotionally when my daughter cried because it was her first set of glasses. Great & decent people! Overall a wonderful experience!

The doctors take their time with each patient and explain everything they’re doing. They’re concerned with helping you and not about just the “numbers.” That’s why I keep coming back.

Dr. Pham is the very caring doctor. i have very high nearsightedness prescription and the contacts lenses are hard to fit. she patiently spent much more times on the evalution/measurement of my conditions than any other OD/MD I ever seen before. she explained everything in details, in the terms easy to understand. To balance out providing care I needed versus affecting others waiting, she suggested me book appointments on less busy hours thats convenient for me. i am very happy with this thoughtful suggestion. you can see she does not treat you like just a customer on a appointment, but a patient needs care. If i were waiting longer than expected, Id totally understand.

I went to Eye Max with my 3 girls and wife to have our eye examination and to get new pair of glasses for us yesterday. The experience we had was phenomenal! Dr.Pham was not only good at what she does, but was very patient, helpful and she took the time to explain what we needed to know, our options etc.- it was past closing time when we were almost done, but they werent rushing the process. My dad made a appointment for my whole family and they took good care of us. They work very fast so u dont have to be in there all day. I went in the doctor say me and told me everything about what she had seen. After her telling me I needed glasses she asked if I wanted to do contact also. I decided to do both contact and glasses she gave me contact right then and there for my vision and even put them in for me and took them out for me but before I left with them she wanted to make sure I could take them out and put them in before letting me go with them not knowing what to do. All in all they are amazing.

I had my first visit with Dr. Pham, and for someone that hates going to any doctor, I really enjoyed my visit. I love the time she took with me. Not only did she answer ALL my questions but she explained what she was doing with each test. What things rule out and why they are necessary. I enjoy learning things and she made this very easy. Her staff was also top notch and made everything simple, I like that... simple. I had a little extra time and chatted with her about the new office. Eye Max Vision Source is fantastic! I am so impressed with the level of service that I have received from the staff there. I went in to just browse through their selection, and I was immediately helped by the wonderful Christina. She walked me through every step of the insurance process and went out of her way to help me select the frame that was best suited to my face. We selected two frames and I told her I would come back. When I came back the next day the Dr. Pham was in the lobby and she took the time to help me narrow down my choices and also walked me through the insurance process. My 87 yr old mother was having eye pain and since we were in town visiting relatives, I took her to an urgent care facility. The doctor there called around to find an optometrist that accepted Medicare. Eye Max accepts Medicare and worked my mother in within the hour. This place and people here was just the loveliest experience Ive had in a long time at any business. I was treated like a priority, I felt valued, the visit was nothing less than thorough and Dr. Pham is so pleasant. Also the prices are nicely varied - I got a really gorgeous frame that looks like a Michael Kors or Tom Ford (but its not), that was within my price range. I didnt sacrifice financially to get something that will look fabulous on me. Also the atmosphere itself is very classy and welcoming.

I was in and out quickly on my lunch break. I work in a dealership service center, and during the course of the exam, two small pieces of metal were found in my eyes. These were quickly and painlessly removed!

2/2021Superb service. I broke my frames and took them to Dr Pham. She fixed them while I waited. She noticed I had scratched my lenses (I didnt mention this) and she said they could replace them free since I had purchased the extended warranty. I left with my old lenses and temporary frames that worked great. When she received my new lenses I was contacted- new lenses and as good as new frames. Dr. Pham consistently goes out of her way to provide outstanding service. Always 5 stars for her and her staff.8/7/20- Continued outstanding service. Dr Pham explained in detail the plusses and minuses of contacts for my situation- and I am going to give them a try. I also ordered a pair of new glasses and Lauren (sp?) made sure I had the right lenses and frame for me. Dr. Pham double checked everything.I wish all of my doctors & their staff were like this. Dr. Pham is takes great care in her client/patient and is very informative on all the subject matter when it comes to your eyesight as she never hesitates to give you the details. The lab equipment they use, in my opinion when comparing to the other optometrists I have used in the past 5-10 years, is state of the art so to speak. The examination of the eye, that Dr. Pham administers, provides the highest confidence that any matters regarding my ocular health is in superbly knowledgeable hands as she is highly accurately on point.

I have used contact lenses for over 20 years and I have to say this was the best eye exam experience I have had in my life. The appointment was actually for my 10 year daughter to get her annual check-up and explore the use of contact lenses for the first time. Dr. Pham was amazing. She first wanted to make sure this was something than my daughter and I both wanted, so we both were committed. Then she explained step by step the eye exam process as she went through it. She was very thorough, which I have never experienced before with an eye doctor. She was also very sweet and caring with my daughter as she explained her how to put on and take off the try out contact lenses. She also dedicated time to explain me my vision plan coverage. Her staff is also very welcoming and helpful. They were a lot of help to my daughter when she was choosing her new frames. I will schedule my next eye exam with Dr. Pham and I definitely recommend this place.

Horrible service - Over a 30 minute wait with no apologies (your time is not any more valuable than another’s), very limited selection of glasses, some (not all) extremely unprofessional/rude/incompetent staff with poor attitudes, I can go on...The fill-in Doctor had told me that they could order colored Fresh look daily contacts which should be in within the week. I receive a message saying they were in a few days later as promised. Upon picking up the contacts and flipping it over, they look clear. The staff assisting me said she would go take another look. She comes back after a few minutes saying that fresh look doesn’t do trials in colors and I needed to order a supply out of pocket. Obviously your notes show that you were supposed to order colored trials as I received the clear ones already at my first visit. Of course I’m frustrated at this point since that is not what was communicated to me previously.I ask to speak with the Doctor who goes on to essentially repeat the same thing. Rather than apologize for giving wrong information, Dr Pham is focused more on educating me that Fresh look dailies in color are expensive and that she wouldn’t advise it anyway. First of all, you do NOT know my finances to make a judgment as to what is considered expensive to me. Secondly, I have been in contacts for a long time and know that dailies are normally more expensive. Common sense would therefore tell me that colored dailies would be quite expensive. I was in monthlies prior and complained about dry eyes which is why dailies were suggested to me.Of course I was charged a level 2 fitting previously given my interest in colored dailies. I ask for a refund since I have no interest in dealing with them any further on colored dailies. As expected, the staff gave me an attitude for daring to ask for a partial refund for price differential between the level 1 and level 2 fitting fee. That is the very least that should have been done without me even asking. A gesture of good will and customer service would be to comp the Price 1 fitting fee for the inconvenience but of course that would be asking too much.Overall, a sour and disappointing experience. 3 hours of my life that I’ll never get back for an eye exam. A sincere apology instead of deflecting and blame shifting would have sufficed. The $14 refund I asked for was simply a matter of principle.Needless to say, I am going back to my trusted eye doctor at the Eye Trend on Kirkwood even though out of my way now living in Katy.

Dr. Pham really took her time to examine my eyes. I have been to 3 other optometrist within last 3 months. Dr . Pham was absolutely the best. It was worth driving a long distance. The experience I have with Dr. Pham and her staff have taught me so much and more. Being a nurse give me some basic knowledge about my eye care. Yet, the information I gained is uncountable. She took her time to explain every details during the exam and all of the critical points of eye care at home. She explained the importance and recommended the best contact lense for me since I work long night shifts and often crash without taking it out. Waited for 45 minute and I left on jan. 18, 2019Submitted online vision history, personal info and insurance.Arrived 5 minutes before 4 Pm appointment.Receptionists said they thought I cancelled five minutes before I got there.I responded to their text message at 2pm that I was confirmed coming for eye exam.Told to fill up all those information again on clipboard.Waited for 45 minutes until 440 pm. Still nothing.I am ok with some waiting but 45 minutes wait seems a bit much for especially for Friday evening. If my appointment is pushed back 1 hr, means I won’t get out til closing time at 630 pm.Will look for another eye doc in the area. Hopefully less waiting time-....................................Update ... a week laterDr Pham has called to apologize profusely for my long wait due to some confusion and a series of unfortunate events.Apologies accepted

Dr. Pham really takes the time to ensure you understand the results of you examination and everything she was doing during the process. I came to her for contacts as glasses were not convenient to my life style. She recommended dailies to me since she understood that I would not have the time to properly maintain my contacts. She gave me several different brands to try and taught me in detail how to apply and remove them. She even recommended videos to watch if I had a hard time. Dr. Pham made me feel very comfortable and at ease to ask any questions that were to pop into my head. My wife and our daughter are her patients and what we really appreciate is personal time she takes to go over our exams, provide details and create a feedback session answering all questions etc. Nice office with a team of professional staff. Just yesterday I made a visit with concerns about my new contact lese order, but Dr. Pham was on a sick leave. Her colleague who was filling in, called Dr. Pham at home and she went over the tests and addressed all things I was concerned about. THAT is the level she takes her care in service for her patients.
