I had an eye exam with Dr. Bui. He was very thorough and professional. He answered any questions that I had. Lori was extremely helpful with assistance with choosing my glasses. The entire staff here is very courteous and professional!

I hadn’t had new glasses in so very long and was nervous about an exam.. I have need of prism lenses and the doctor had extensive knowledge in prescribing and updating all of my vision issues..the entire staff were efficient, capable and helpful in finding me frames that meet my needs. I left this location feeling very hopeful in turning 64 very soon

Went with my husband as new patients to see Dr. Shah. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful from start to finish. He and his staff are extremely knowledgable and personable. Dr. Shah is honest and educated both of us on the condition of our eyes. We cannot wait to be back for our next exam!!!

Will never return to this place again. First issue I had today was sitting out in front of the building for close to 30 minutes waiting for them to call or text me back after calling the number they have listed here. When I called them they told me theyd be right out but no one came out instead I get a call back saying they cant find me when Im literally parked right in front of their door. I was then informed the number listed is incorrect and actually for a different vision center. Second problem is their glass are junk. My son just got his glass at the end of January and already broke. What youd think would be a simple fix as the glue that connects the ear piece to the metal on the frame just came unglued is not fixable and needs to be completely replaced for $119. I will not be returning as their glass never last longer than 6 months and even though they claim they can fix most repairs they in fact can not. I ended up fixing them myself with a $2 bottle of super glue.

The quality of service in which I was greeted with was phenomenal. Not once have I experienced something so great. The receptionist were extremely friendly and respectful, any complications I had was quickly resolved with patience and assurance. The doctor himself seemed extremely knowledgeable and I had no doubt that he was well experienced in his field. I had complete confidence that I was being given the correct diagnosed of eye limitations. The option of frames and payment ability is also phenomenal. I found the perfect match in both in terms of framework and price work. 10/10 would recommend and would 100% come here again.

The clinic was very busy, but that was hardly noticeable in terms of waiting and getting through the appointment. The office moved smoothly. They all you to wait on the car to minimize the account of people in the clinic and when it is your time to go in for your exam/appoibtment they will call to you. Everyone wore a mask, the staff was friendly, and the rooms was cleaned between visitors. Dr.Bui was kind, thorough, & patient.

This is my second visit at the Katy TSO. The customer service is wonderful! Sandra at the front desk explained in detail everything that was handed to me. I did not feel pressured to order my glasses or contacts right then, which makes me want to buy them from TSO even more. Charges were explained by the tech doing tests, before they did them, so that I could make an informed financial decision. I don’t feel like they operate with deceit like others and I love that! Both doctors have been thorough at each visit, without pressuring me to change what I think works for me. Thank you all for the wonderful experience on 10/8/2020.

Fantastic, fabulous, awesome! My family has been coming to see Dr Shah for 13+ years. We refuse to go anywhere else. His staff at Katy ranch is absolutely wonderful! My daughter broke her glasses yesterday. I took them in today expecting to wait a week for replacement frames. They had the frame in stock and replaced it on the spot. Like I said AWESOME!

I’ve been a pt her for 3 yrs now. Customer service is fair depending on who’s assisting you. They physicians I’ve encountered are genuine, knowledgeable, and listens to there patients concerns. I’ve visited last week and was seen by a different physician and He received a A+ ! The Technician Lauren ( I assume that’s her name ), definitely showed me magnificent customer service actually each time I’m there . SHE MADE ME FEEL welcome and treated me with respect! You ROCK!! She went above and beyond of assisting me. The eyewear selection has improved over the years . Overall this location is great!

Cannot day enough great things about the ladies at this TSO office. I have a special needs child, they take their time helping her pick out the perfect frames that make her feel beautiful, they rush her glasses to be complete soonest, and several times when we’ve taken in her glasses that have been bent, stepped on, etc., they handle it right away. Today, I had taken in glasses to be fixed—expecting to get them back in a few days—they called me back in 10 minutes and had located the frames on the shelf and they were ready! They have no idea how much they make our day, and our lives easier. So thrilled to have found this office!

This place is amazing. The staff is very friendly. I came in an hour early and asked if they could see me, without hesitation they saw me in and out. I highly recommend this place. Everyone here is so informative!

I don’t know what is going on with their patient tracking / management system, but they could not find me in their system. I have been there several times, and bring my daughters there every year for glasses. They wanted me to fill out the new patient package again or they would not see me. This is a serious inconvenience to the customer. I don’t like those long packets, that’s why my wife usually fills them out. I refused to waste my time filling it out again, only to find out later, we found you in our system. I requested to speak with a manager, who conveniently was in an office meeting. Very poor track of patient records, God forbid I needed my previous eye exams for something important, I can’t rely on them to keep them safe or organized. Their lucky they got one star.So the manager calls me and attempts to apologize for their inability to find my treatment history, insists that I am wrong and tries to justify it with how many years she has in office management experience, to which I reply I don’t care how long you’ve been a manager. She then gives up, and claims I have insulted her and her staff and that’s all she is willing to help me with.Dr. Shaw, if you are reading this complaint, has your business outgrown your managements ability to properly keep patients records. I have been your customer for many years now, all my girls and my wife also see you, how can you have no history of me ever being there.

If I could rate this place - - 0 I truly would. The worst place ever! The staff very unprofessional. They took at least 3 weeks to get my simple glasses to me. No one called me to let me know the status or anything for that matter. I had to call in to find out what was going on. When trying to get answers was put on hold for a while and was told they were super busy and they could get no one to help because they were short handed. After all that. The glasses do not fit me they are not what I need. Thank God I did not spend a whole lot of money on them. Believe me the girl they have fitting your glasses sure tried. Very unprofessional by the way. I felt rushed because I was the last patient of the day. Anyway I would recommend You NOT go there! The personnel is too young to understand about customer service. BAD SERVICE!!!

Great staff! They are wonderful about reviewing insurance and out of pocket costs. Theyre great about helping you out with payment options as well. My daughter loves her colored contacts samples. Very smooth experience. I was out in 45 minutes. They have a machine that can take a picture of your eye so you don’t have to dilate them. Overall great experience.

Love this office! The doctor gave me a couple of options since this was my first exam where I needed glasses, yet still technically have 20/20 (darn getting old and working on the computer 24/7!). The office staff was so nice and professional and informative about my benefits and what was/was not included. The lady who helped me pick out frames was awesome and helped me make the PERFECT selection! This will definitely be my choice for my family from now on!

Wonderful experience in excellent customer service. What an office, so very welcoming, so genuinely nice and attentive. They catered to me like I was special ;) They communicated via email regularly and promptly, they sent me all the necessary forms I asked for and all with utmost courtesy and respect. I still spent over $700 and it was one of the worst experiences going to eye dr for 30 years.

Overall, we had a great experience at TSO, Dr. Shah was very open, friendly and professional. I would have expected better options when purchasing the frames for my son.

I moved out of the area and tried a new doctor but found my way back to Dr. Shah. He has cared for me and my familys eyes for years now. Its so hard to find a practice for kids. Took our 3 kids and I had to get our eyes checked and we LOVE the practice !!! The staff was amazing and made the kids feel very comfortable. Dr. Amit Shah was awesome as the kids gravitated towards him. He took the extra time to explain to the kids the equipment involved in the examinations. I got my eyes checked and purchased a really nice set of frames. He and his staff helped pick out a fashionable reasonably priced frames. They made the whole process easy and painless. The kids LOVED Dr. Shah and we look forward to building a long lasting relationship.

The doctor and front desk seemed very nice and competent. When I was there, half their glasses were locked up which was a bit inconvenient. Im used to being able to try on the glasses at my leisure. They could have used more mirrors as well. Other than that, the doctor had a great suggestion for contacts and I can see clearly. Im happy with that.

Great customer service is key for any business...I visited the location around 11:00 attempting to secure a pair of eyeglasses. I was one of two customers in the office at the time. I was greeted and asked several questions by one of the opticians that was seated at her computer working. After asking for assistance with viewing frames, I walked around the location and waited for additional assistance. When asking the front desk associate for help, she explained that they were an appointment only facility and that I would have to wait. I asked to speak with the doctor and she directed me to the optician instead of the doctor. I was then informed that Dr. Shah does not work on the weekends and would have to call me next week, but they were not sure when I would receive a call due to him having patients all day. After about 30 minutes without assistance and poor customer service, I left without making a purchase.
