Called to get an eye contact exam estimate on Monday and the girl who answered the phone was very nice and gave me an accurate price. Went in today and the doctor and the girls there were very patient with me since it was my first time getting contacts. Very polite and very professional.

I am giving this rating because I had 2 different experiences. Day 1 - There was this lady who was really good to me. When I showed her my prescription she even took to over the counter reading glass and showed which ones could help me. I thanked her and got one and left. But later at home I felt I needed something better.Day 2 - Few days later I went again but sadly that lady wasnt there. There was this gentleman and another old lady. I waited for 40 mins for my turn and finally my turn came. Guy asked me what I want and I explained. He showed me an “eye doctor” and said I need to go in. He could have saved me time but telling me that when I was waiting. I did see many ppl going there but I did not know I had to go there directly. I was already running late so just decided to drop it and visit some other place.

I purchase a pair of glasses I ended up not liking them. I went to return it I had the receipt with me, when I paid for the glasses i used Walmart pay. So my credit card information was on Walmart pay I paid through my phone they told me I had to have the physical card with me to return it so I had to go 40 minutes out of my way get the card when I came back it turned out I DID NOT NEED THE CARD which means they don’t know what they are doing && they didn’t even try to return it the 1st time with my Receipt I will NOT go back

Had a 12 noon appointment, waited until after 1 to see the doctor. Told the receptionist that we were leaving, and was told that they were running because it was summer, then she said you have to wait over an hour for all doctors. I said I am not waiting an hour after an appointment and left. Ridiculous attitude: I vote for these folks to improve their customer focus or go into another business.

Awesome experience at this location when I found the very careful and professional eye doctor (likely mid 50s man with glasses) fixed my sun glass ayt no charge ! I will definitely go this location again and look for this man!

Went in to ask for prices on contacts, I guess I interrupted clerks daydreaming cause all she said was Id have to look it up. I was looking for my prescription when she walked away. Another customer was there and she had been looking at glasses she said I guess she is not interested in sales.

Ana did a great job and if I find out they take my insurance they definitely will have my vision business. Went to Grand Vision previously and they could not even find a screw to fit my glasses where WalMart was able to fix them immediatelySo, this is an update. Found out my insurance is accepted here so took my butt over here on Nov 17th. What a delightful experience. Maure’ helped us and he couldn’t have been more pleasant on top of being very knowledgeable about everything. Love this place
