Drove all the way there just for them to tell me the brow lady was off for the day. It’s best to update the schedule of the brow place to the actual availability of the people doing brows rather than just having the schedule of the entire ultra beauty as the default even though you may not be there. And placing “Ulta” in description would be helpful because I looped around the plaza a few times before realizing that it may be located inside another store. I did not receive any service after walking in and being told the brow expert was off.
