The staff drives away us at 6:20pm before the closing time, and promised to come back at 6:50pm to checkout the people already in line. And she never showed up after that leaving lots of costumers waiting there for 40 mins.

Some things are still a bit too expensive for what they are but I still enjoy this place.

Christy is so helpful and friendly! I was able to get in and out of the store so quickly with a great new product with her help. Will be definitely coming back soon!

Came to this store for some gifts for my family and myself walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome by the employees they asked how can they help me what kind of product I was looking for I had so many questions for my skin the store manager he went beyond on helping me he I was so amazed on how the customer service went because people dont help any more and i do understand COVID is still going on but they went out of there way to help me with my items I WILL BE COMING HERE FOR NOW ON :) :)

I waited one hours 30 min. from 11am to 12:30pm on Wednesday and they still not open. All the store is open in Katy mill accept this store. Are they shutting down?
