I want to thank the Walgreens staff for their help. My car broke down last night and the cashiers responded to me for help. One jump start my car and offered me water, the other drove me home. Thank you very much, you guys are great. I wish you prosperity and all the best . 🙏🙏🙏Appreciated

This is one of my go to places for not just meds and supplies buy misc anything else I need. Best of all, its a quick in and out.

I hate shots, usually pass out, or get super dizzy. Tiffany is by far the best shot giver I have ever had.I highly recommend you use Tiffany to get your vaccine.

Great selection, kind staff, a little trashy bathrooms, but not a bad Walgreens!

I waited in the pharmacy drive thru for ~20 minutes and when I got to the window the person working put up a sign and told me they were closed for lunch. Terrible service.

Prescriptions are never ready when you go to pick them up. I’m always given misinformation about when they will be ready. The drive through wait times are RIDICULOUS! Despite having two lanes in the drive through, they give priority to the first lane, regardless of who was there first. I will never use this Walgreens again and will be switching back to the park row Walgreens - that location is very helpful and and fast! Drive a little further to save yourself some time and stress! If I could give zero stars, I would! Pathetic!

Terrible store. The most arrogant and rude young staff serving customers. I suggest taking your money somewhere else. ...

SAMPSON, manager went far beyond & greatly exceeded my expectations in handling an on going issue for me. Have avoided going to this store for a couple of years because of poor customer service in pharmacy & previous store manager. Now, because of Alexs complete attention & keeping his word, I now look forward to shopping there again. Sincerely appreciate you SAMPSON. Keep up your good work!

Very nice

This is the worst and most incompetent pharmacy. They can’t find electronic scripts, doctors office has sent, had to make 5-6 trips to pick up one prescription. Stay away from this pharmacy as they have had a change of pharmacist and TERRIBLE......Amy

The pharmacy is always slow. There were several incidents where we were asked to pay when we should not have paid. Upon arguing the point, we were still told that we owed a particular price, even though we knew that was incorrect. I went ahead and paid for the prescription and contacted the pharmacy manager, who told us erroneous information about the need to contact the Dr. as the doctor did not do x and y. This information, according to the insurance was incorrect. Will look into perhaps changing pharmacies even though have been going to Walgreens for over 12 years. Good service has declined!

The store is great and convenient location. Clean with friendly staff.UPDATE: I’m adding a star to this review because the poor/slow pharmacy service has improved substantially throughout 2020-2021. Thank you Walgreens for making positive changes.Previous review:I have been let down multiple times by the pharmacy. First, wait times can be 30+ minutes in the drive through with only 1 or 2 customers in line (actually this has improved over the last year). Second, when prescriptions are submitted electronically from a physicians office, it routinely takes 3-5 hours for them to be ready. This is extremely troubling when you have a sick young child. Finally, this pharmacy accidentally printed the wrong dosing info on my 3-year-old child’s nausea med prescription, assigning her a double dose (more than the “safe” daily amount of the drug for a child her size.). They had originally labeled the bottle for someone else who never picked it up, then failed to replace the label for us. So the outside box had correct dose info but not the actual medicine bottle. I noticed just before I gave my child the huge dose that someone else’s name was on the bottle! Very disappointing and dangerous.

I havent used their pharmacy yet but the place is fairly clean and organized. Plus it doesnt hurt that theres a super nice guy with a high ponytail that works there but I digress. ;)

Quite often the line at the drive through pharmacy drop off/pick up is very slow. Doesn’t seem to be a sense of urgency.

This is my favorite Walgreens to go to. Have been going there over 10 years. Employees are always friendly and helpful. I know the check out counter is a hard place to work as is retail in general. Lou is very nice and always friendly. Managers always available and everyone in the store works very hard.

Ugh! The pharmacist is so rude! We came just to drop off some medicine and rudely, this girl just says “ This paper is a copy” ..... IT WASN’T EVEN A COPY!!!!! It was given directly to me by my doctor. This was my FIRST. TIME. HERE! Try to avoid this store. If you can’t, I suggest you take it hard on her. She’s Indian by the way (not trying to be racist) Ugh. Apart from this, everything else was fine.

I havent ever used the pharmacy here, but the front of the store is top notch.I had valid, MANUFACTURERS, coupons that for some reason the computer, and the manager, wouldnt take at the Walgreens at S. Fry and 99.Well, I drove up S Fry to this store, and every single one of them worked without a hitch.Dont go to the store at S. Fry and 99, they are terrible in every single way.This store is great, but I have no experience with the pharmacy.

Pharmacy is always very slow even when there was no line. The new pharmacist was so rude to their customer. I am switching my prescriptions and other necessities to the Walmart neighborhood market. Good bye Walgreen!

January 8th, 2019 around 4pm.Today when I went inside Walgreens to buy a few items, I picked up two pipeline punch monster cans. They were price marked at 2 for $4. When I went to check out, they rang up at $2.50 each. I walked back to the fridge, took a picture of the tag then walked back to the cashier to show her they were, in fact, suppose to be 2 for $4. She told me she needed the manager to check even though I just took this picture of the tag. So, the manager checks and yells across the store no, they are 2 for $5!. When I walk to tell her I have the picture that shows the tag displaying the 2 for $4 for that specific drink, I see her trying to change the tag to the 2 for $5 tag. I told her she needed to stop what she was doing because I already have a picture of the tag and its time stamped. She then walks back to restocking and yells again across the store just do it!. Now, I know this is the difference of a dollar but its not my fault that the price was marked with the wrong label, and its certainly not my job to have to have to tell a MANAGER she shouldnt be trying to switch prices on a customer so she doesnt have to give the dollar discount. I was shocked that someone was willing to lie to a customers face about a price so she didnt have to authorize the price change. Thank goodness I thought to take a picture BEFORE letting this so called manager price check an item.Tried posting to the actual complaint form for Walgreens but SURPRISE, they were unable to submit my complain.

There is no ATM. But overall super amazing staff. Mainly the cashier woman with the short hair and glasses. A+ service.

The pharmacy almost allways has the meds that I need and if they dont they will call other stores to help you find it. Not many pharmacies will do that especially CVS. The front cashiers are awesome and allways asking if you found everything you need. Especially Lou, and he is very friendly and remembers your name. It seems more like a small town pharmacy which I am accustomed to!

I went in to get a price change on an item i bought 1 day ago and the bald cashier Lou was very rude. He didnt even try to help me and had no customer service skills whatsoever. However, the supervisor on floor was very nice and made up for Lous attitude. Will not be coming back to this location while Lou is on a register. This is not the first time I have had problems with Lou, he didnt know how to ring up a prepaid gift card so we ended up walking out the store and buying it elsewhere. No offense but he needs more training. Step it up Walgreens!

Ive been living in sparrows ridge for 3 years and this is the only pharmacy I went to, it has great service and very good snacks, but it doesnt have a clinic but thats okay there was a pharmacy that had a clinic not far from here it also dosent have an atm but I just go to the bank. The best pharmacy ever recommend you go here if youre close to it

Expensive. While comparing prescription drugs cost over GOOD RX app, it shows better prices other places like Kroger, Randalls. And i have switched my meds other places.Worst is the wait time in pharmacy. Avg time before even someone talks to you is 20 to 30 mins plus prescription time which may take upto 4 to 5 hours!
