I just watched a pharmacist drop a pill on the floor pick it up and put it in someone’s pill bottle. Older pharmacist with black grey hair blue shirt and reading glasses hanging from his shirt. Pretty disheartening to say the least. Does CVS condone this?
There is always a long wait inside, outside and no matter what day and time. One lady does not even speak English, lucky for me I happen to speak Spanish. Today it them 20 mins just to figure out if they could fill my rx for a simple cough med. They took my ph# even though Ive been there plenty and said I would receive a call and/or text that it was ready likely in an hour. Never received notice. I called two hours later to find it was ready. I REALLY wish I had another option near by.
Waiting in line in this cvs is soooooo bad! What is a point of a drive thru if it takes this long. I have never had this bad experience in any CVS. I always have to make sure I can leave the kids somewhere so I can park the car and get my meds! This is so inconvenient I am not sure when they will fix this!
Worst customer service of any CVS that i have been to. on hold for over 35 minutes with pharmacy. They never answered the phone. i called another CVS and was not put on hold at all. they were very nice and responsive.
Got here early for my covid vaccine and checked in online then at the pharmacy. There were hardly any other patients there and plenty of staff working. Over 30 minutes went by and I was still waiting for my vaccine. I had to cancel and reschedule because if how long they were taking. Despite not being busy at all. Would not recommend this location
I have been going in this store for more than 6years. And they are amazing. I love Lori at the pharmacy & the team. Very busy helping the customers & assisting their co-workers.(observing their work).I love leticia her sweet voice & very helpful. Another -I forgot her name but she has been there for so long-always smiling, tall&slender. Always with energy & accomodating.A lady who handles all the supplies & inventory I think was very helpful when I needed a certain number of what I am buying. When I returned, she already made it. ❤I love that they renovated it and it really feels good when u enter.I hope u will have more stocks of diff kinds of perfumes again. 😀
The slowest, and I literally mean the SLOWEST pharmacy services ever. Try calling and you’re on hold for 30 minutes +, go thru drive thru and you’re there at-least the same 30 minutes of time or longer. Going in is half the time but unacceptable when NO other customers are around and the service for med pickup is this horrible. The GM needs to discuss this with HQ’s. I highly recommend Walgreens or Krogers, they are in the same area. Don’t waist your time here!
Bad. Yesterday I brought my prescription and they said is too many people and the doctor said come tomorrow and I told her is antibiotics and I need it. But ok. I will be tomorrow 24 hours later I came today and they said my prescription was on the table nobody saw it yesterday and they told me you have to wait 30 minutes and I Have 40 and my prescription is not ready. I have sinus infection and I feel bad and for them doesn’t care.
The worst phone etiquette ever accompanied by poor customer service. Staff appears bored and unwilling to listen. I asked when would my daughters prescription be ready. The response I received was as follows; I couldn’t tell you maybe next Tuesday or Wednesday, don’t know what to tell you we don’t have it in stock.
Denied me a covid test because I’m half vaccinated. Told me “just take mucinex”. Got a test elsewhere and tested positive. So not only did they deny me a literal health test - but put others around me in danger. So.
Absolute worst pharmacy. I dont want to blame the employees because they work extremely short staffed on a daily basis because thats how cvs cuts costs. They have lost a prescription that I have dropped off twice. I will NEVER go to this location ever again!
Pharmacist Susan has purposely kept me on hold over 45 mins. I work for 3 doctors at a clinic and I needed to call in a prescription for a patient. Pharmacist wanted me to leave a message but i told her there are always issues with that so instead of handling the call she decides to be lazy and keep me on hold for over 45 mins or until I decide to hang up. I also notifed the patient that this is now the second time she has done this to our office and he is now switching pharmacies. I would stay away from this pharmacy as they have the worst customer service.
Walked into their Minute Clinic for a Covid19 vaccine. There were no other patients and it was 40 minutes until they closed. The Clinician was playing on her phone....When I asked about the shot, she looked at her watch and told me she had no more appointments for the day.Every media outlet and government agency is begging people to get vaccinated and this was their response. Zero excuse....Unacceptable.
I had a problem with an item and I ask to speak with the Manger ( Jennifer) and she was very very rude to me. She has no clue about costumer service at all. You should consider giving her a training.
This Pharmacy is the Worst of all. They are negligent, first they gave me a wrong antibiotic for my baby In addition to being irresponsible with the delivery time, there they have a girl named Marissa who treated me inconsiderately made me wait once more hours for my sons medicine who was in a severe allergy process I had to get out of the car with him to attend the emergency and people could help me .... Marrisa and CVS Farmacy have been the worst
I’m not one to post reviews. I usually just dont come back, but this place truly deserves barely a star strictly on the pharmacy. I went to pick up a prescription at 8:45pm on a Friday night. It was a simple prescription that was called in by my doctor around 3/4pm.I waited in the drive thru for 20min while two other vehicles were helped during that time. I patiently waited. When I pulled up, she said yes, my prescription was ready and held it up on her hand. I asked what the charge was and she told me it was over thirty dollars. I asked her if I could scan my discount card codes in (which I do all the time). They simply record the code and match the piece on the app.She stepped away for about 5min while my mom was asking in the seat next to me where she went. I shrugged and said I don’t know. She came back and said it would take another 15-20min and to come back. She said there were other customers behind me that needed help. What? Then why did I wait for 20min for the others to be helped. And the previous times I had a discount card, it literally took less than30seconds to enter it in. What has changed, I asked. They said they were just busy. This is officially my last purchase at any CVS. I will no longer be using any further services including the clinic or online clinics. I have found cheaper online solutions that are faster with better care. Good luck, CVS!
Slowest most disorganized CVS pharmacy I have ever experienced
0 stars if I could! This place is pathetic at filling prescriptions! They are slower then molasses ! Not to mention they got everything wrong .Close to my home but never going back again.
Over 1 hour waiting. Someone comes on every 20 mins to say please hold the line and thats it
Worst customer service ! Long long wait times. Would not recommend this pharmacy !
Appointment scheduled but still had to wait much longer than the original appointment time. Although the pharmacist was free, still made us to wait longer..very poor customer service
Variety of brands. People are very friendly here. That offer covid-19 vaccination these days.
The wait time at the pharmacy is 20+ minutes every time. Not sure why they cannot solve their problem.
HORRIBLE customer service. I stayed on hold for 30 minutes and had to give up. Going in person is even worse as now they have someone working there who does not know what they are doing. I hate that my insurance makes me go to CVS!!!!!
I went to this cvs to get help after making an appointment with the minuteclinic. I was sent the wrong address for a CVS at 3050 w. grandparkway that does not exist. When arriving, the minute clinic employee told me that many people came there for help but it was the wrong address. He dis not help.me at all. this was today at 12:40. He did not look up the confirmation number nor give me any information but said he guessed it was lost now and walked away. I went and waited in the pharmacy line to get help and also called mason road CVS pharmacy. Not only was I given the same bogus address on the phone AND at this location (3050 is where kroger is), the employee at the pharmacy then gave me another wrong address of 3950! i was told NO ONE could check to see what the problem was with the appointments and your system. I was given another number and no one would call to help me find out where was the test NOR accommodate me. I went to another cvs and spent 2 hours on the phone. CVS is awful and should not be administering covid19 tests. I called corporate and the same thing happened. Why is it that you do not know where your own stores are located? Employees do not help customers who need to take the test or to figure out why they have been given a false location address. This incompetence and blatant apathy has exacerbated my stress and worry as well as made me physically feel worse. I cannot believe that during a pandemic that CVS is not concerned with giving false information, possibly falsy billing insurances for tests that are not taken as well as contributing to community spread by not addressing an issue that has affected many more people than myself. This error was not reported by anyone at this CVS, Mason nor the miniclinic guy outside this location. People take off from work, arrange care if they can, get kids pulled out of school and do everything they can to ensure that they will address the pandemic and keep their families and children safe. This is unacceptable as well as dangerous. The government should use a company that is more responsible to handle this as well as one that has empathy for patients. It should use companies that also know where their locations are and that do not direct people to open fields.
The minute clinic staff was great. They went above and beyond. Thank you.
People here are super friendly and helpful.
The customer service in the pharmacy is extremely bad! I had also asked to be transferred from Walgreens to CVS, since this location is closer to my house and the guy said rudely he will have to contact Walgreens (that was it). He never actually offered me to do it or asked me if I am still interested. He seemed annoyed and he also treated his co-worker with zero respect as she may have been late 1 minute literally. I am guessing that he may be the lead.
Dont go here for covid testing. The location of testing is confusing and they will refuse you.
Pharmacist lady was very helpful and friendly. Thank you !
These pharmacy folks are the hardest working in Texas! Even though they are chronically overworked at this Katy location, they are always polite and professional.
Pharmacy needs to get their act together. I have 13 refills since September and they denied my pick up they have no idea how to do their job. They give me a hard time every single time. I had someone try to pick up for me with bc I maybe exposed to covid and I asked them do i need to come up myself to get my prescription with possible covid they put me on hold. They dont care bout doing their job. They dont care about public safety they are ignorant people.
Extremely rude guy. Created a scene by yelling at me. The guy probably just got promoted. Probably district manager. Incident happened at 1:00 pm Tuesday 9/15/2020. I was going to this pharmacy for years. Not anymore for sure. They are very rude to their customers. Probably they have enough customers already.
Customer service is very horrible take forever and don’t care about the patient
The medicine was not ready I waited for one hour and half.
Nasty attitudes and unprofessional. They DO NOT value your time.
Avoid a rude man, Ch******, wearing glasses in the pharmacy. Otherwise, you wont go this CVS any longer.
ThIs location is great, the staff is helpful, quick, and professional. They provide me with my pharmacy, the clinic, and for other necessities.
My doctor called in a prescription. I never received a phone call from CVS all day so I called them they said that they would need a day to get the prescription in. The next day they told me they ordered the wrong one. And sent my prescription to another store for pick up. They are incompetent and I will never use them again.
Calling pharmacy is a joke you’re put on hold indefinitely, every time I have to call front store and have them to have pharmacy call me back
Worst Pharmacy ever. Takes so long at Drive through and inside. Usually only one person working doing it by herself. Plus Usually you cannot get through on phone either.
What is the point of having a pharmacy open 24 hours if the actual pharmacy is not open 24 hours? 🤷🏻♀️🙄This seems pretty pointless . I will Have to say that the person that help me at the pharmacy at 7 AM was very quick and courteous while I got some medication for my daughter.
Ive come here a couple of times and both times the cashier Blanca has been so friendly and has great customer service. The minute clinic staff is also very nice.
You wait so long for a script that has been called in for almost a week. The lady that works behind the counter just walks away zero communication and starts to help everyone else. This will be my last time dealing with this pharmacy. If you seek customer service and getting your things in a timely manner DONT GO HERE
So I love CVS but I just spent 8 minutes on hold trying to get through the pharmacy... not cool. Still gave 3 stars because of good experiences Ive had in store, but it should not take that long to get through to a pharmacist.
Always have had a positive experience at this CVS.
Minute Clinic visit was quick & thorough. I scheduled the appointment online. Donna was very helpful.
Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service.
I ordered my prescriptions to be delivered on Monday, it is now Saturday at 9pm and I still DONT HAVE MY PRESCRIPTIONS. What was supposed to take 1-2days has taken 5! I live 5 minutes from the store! I WILL NEVER use this service again. Its pathetic!!!
The absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced in a pharmacy. I am a cancer patient on multiple prescriptions, and I have extensive exposure to pharmacies. This one needs a complete overhaul. I have been trying for a full week to get one script filled at this location. I accidentally selected this location instead of the one at Clay and 99, and I am paying for that dearly. Ive called once a day asking for an update, and today after being on hold 30 minutes someone finally answered. She got my info, told me it still wasnt ready. I asked if she could cancel the script and transfer it to another CVS that would actually fill it. Mid word, she said hold on. Put me on hold for another 10 minutes and then hung up. Ive called another time since and been on hold 20 minutes and finally gave up and hung up. This is absolutely unacceptable.
Luckily my husband counted the pills, shy 2 of them. Told him they count twice!! Really?? Also never call you to say why you wont be getting an RX. Heard them rudely talking about a customer at the drive through. Was put on hold for 30 minutes. DONOT use this location!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars, l would.
My doctor faxed a prescription over 4 times, and this CVS said they did not receive it. The doctor faxed it a fifth time, and then called immediately to see that it made it, which it did. Why it hadnt gone through the previous 4 times is a mystery! It was a medication that is injected. They forgot to fill the prescription for the needles. I stood there waiting for 45 minutes while they filled that portion of the prescription.Their phone hold times are off the chart, and the repetative hold music has been recorded with terrible reception, and grates on the nerves. They keep refilling medications I dont need refilled, even after repeatedly asking for them to take the medications off auto-refill. I get repeated phone calls from CVS telling me that my (unordered) prescription is ready!Maybe if they spent less time filling unwanted refills, they would have more time for customers. And, IT IS NOT A 24 HOUR PHARMACY as it states on all their signs! It should be, because they have more business than they can handle during their working hours. CVS has some of the highest prices on prescriptions, as well. So if you have yo pay out-of-pocket; beware. We used to love this pharmacy. No more.
The manager Jacob, I went to buy with my coupons and he didn’t allow me to make my purchase with my coupons, and he had a really bad attitude and behavior.
This CVS is consistently slow! Try calling pharmacy and you’re lucky to have call answered in 10 minutes. On Nov 30 I was on hold 35 minutes. Frank’s is good (kingsland) except for hours but they deliver no charge.
WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! We just moved here not too long ago and we figured we would pick a convenient pharmacy not far from our home. BIG MISTAKE! First, It says its 24hrs and its not. Second, Every time I have gone to get a prescription filled or to pick one up, the same pharmacy tech, he is an average height, bald, African American with black ray ban glasses (thats who always has helped us and I am describing him cause Im really upset with the way he always treated us!!) has always been rude, unprofessional, or ignores you and when asked a question acts like Im totally bothering him. They tried to give me the wrong RX, (because the pharmacist said the tech entered it wrong) and tried to charge me full price even though they knew I had insurance which was already in mine/and my sons file!!! This last time I had to ask this tech there the same question 3 times before he FINALLY ANSWERED or even acknowledged me and I know he heard me cause I was right next to him!! He was super rude, and rolled his eyes at me too when I gave him no reason to act that way toward me. All I was doing was trying to get an antibiotic and an ointment filled for my sick 18 month old and he walked away from me when I asked him how long it would take, Which is a pretty general question while waiting at the pharmacy. The pharmacist finally told me it would be 20 min. 45 freaking minutes later the prescriptions STILL werent filled and they tried to have me pay (again, full price) but when I said no, they said they didnt even have the correct medication there anyway!!!!!!! What the hell!? I was so pissed!!! It was 11pm by the time I left and my poor husband was still waiting in the car for me with our son after we had left the after hours clinic. All that time wasted and I didnt even get the RX my son needed when I could have gone to a more competent, considerate pharmacy. Dont waste your time with these jokers!! Big middle finger to this CVS pharmacy. I have never been this upset about the kind of service and way I was treated. And this was just ONE of the terrible experiences from here. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt more than once. But NEVER AGAIN. One upset momma bear here. NEVER going back.
My name is Edgar Lizama and on Aug 2 around 430p, I stopped by CVS #6747 to pick up a prescription. Little did I know that the prescription I was about to pick up was over 75.00 (with insurance). I was very hesitant on getting the prescription because it was so expensive. This is where your amazing pharmacy staff stepped in to save the day. Lori and the staff helped me find a coupon that would significantly save me money on the prescription. They ultimately they saved 40 dollars on the prescription. The extra mile that Lori and the staff made to make sure I walked out with my prescription was incredible. The customer service they provided was awesome.Thank you,Edgar Lizama
I will definitely rate zero if they have zero. The store manager whose name Jacobs was rude and did not what he is doing. He refused to check out because he ruled this store that you cannot made more than twice transitions which sounds ridiculous and he argued with you. Never go back again and on black list!
Service could be better! I have been many times and the good morning or hello sounds fake. I will be happier if they just offer help instead of a good morning.
Great customer service experience..I work long hours and have a challange getting prescribed medication before open/close of business. At 8:59 I went through the drive thru desperate to pick up medication. The Male pharmacist was so helpful and patient..with a smile, he transferred the medication and filled it within minutes. Thank you for not turning me away.
Really rude staff at the cosmetic department. The pharmacy have better customer service.I prefer to drive a few miles more than coming to this store
We are from out of state and stayed in Katy while my husband could go to MD Anderson. It was a stressful visit because of the cancer diagnosis but this pharmacy did an amazing job of not only accommodating my husbands pharmacy needs but also the temporary transfer of my meds due to an extended stay. We will always be grateful for that. Thank you!
On 01/12/2019 I went to buy some cleaning things with my cvs coupons and my pass card, the manager Jacob with a bad attitude did not allow me to make my purchase with my coupons and ordered the cashier not to pass my cvs card, I retired very annoying, are my points that I earn through the purchases I make in this cvs, I retired and went to buy at the CVS of westheimer where they treated me very well!
Will never use this pharmacy again. Called to check on the status of a prescription that was sent in the day bedore and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. There was no previous communication in regards to this prescription. When I arrived to pick it up I was told that they dont have it in stock but they could order it to be ready sometime Monday, or I could call another pharmacy and go pick it up. If I wanted to wait another half hour they would call for me, or I could just handle it myself. I wish they would have just called the day before, been HONEST about not having it, and I would have already picked it up from another pharmacy. Unhelpful and dishonest staff.
I have called my insurance company begging to allow me to use a different pharmacy but “no”. This CVS has zero customer service skills. I have waited in drive the thru line 30 minutes then waited another 20 minutes at the window to get my med and pay for it. Once I called before going to ask if my Rx was ready-it was- then I asked the cost and was told “I don’t know”. I said please find out -was put on hold so long I hung up. The staff have told me their problems of how many co-workers call in sick then they are over worked. I wonder if corporate CVS cares they have incompetent untrained staff. Obviously not.
Manager was very rude. I explained there was dish soap on sale ... he insisted it was not, then finally went to check and it was! Very rude.
I have shopped for MANY years at this CVS location. It is convenient and open 24 hours. However, last week I was left on hold for the pharmacy for 20 minutes!!! Then I was told that my doctors office had not faxed over a renewal for medication, yet my doctors office verified that it was sent (I personally saw the orders on the doctors office computer). Then I drove to the CVS in person and still told that they had not received the renewal yet by fax (even though the doctors office utilizes a method call e-script). I was given a few loaner pills by the pharmacy tech in the meantime, and the next day the prescription was filled. This is the reason for the two stars. There are some employees here that are consistently good at what they do. Ill continue to give them more opportunities to laser focus on me as their customer and turn things around.
Thanks to Chris in the pharmacy, Im no longer bringing my business there. There are too many other options to deal with people that have zero customer service skills
Employees are always friendly and smile you. Pharmacy has a good stock for any hurry. Conveniently located.
The worst pharmacy customer service.I cannot believe they are still open. My meds were called in by the doctor twice. They either never check their messages or are lazy. As I told her, the lazy rude clerk or possibly the pharmacist (though I cannot believe any trained educated pharmacist can be this rude), raises her voice and asked me the name of the medication. Then she claims that they have the medicine in stock and I can pick it up. As I thank her, she hangs up. Really? This is how you treat patients? Shame! You need to be fired or this location needs to be shut down permanently. I will transfer all mine and my familys prescriptions out of this CVS, and I suggest for all to stop supporting this location. Shame on you CVS for hiring such frustrated, incompetent, lazy staff.
The staff at this location is always super nice and happy to help.
This could be one of the worst pharmacies there is in the neighborhood. They dont answer the phone for over 15 minutes of ring time and once someone picked up the phone they were pretty much clueless. This place needs to be shutdown due to incompetency. It is hurting CVSs overall customer perception.
The cashier is very rude. She made me feel as if I was interrupting her day. I will not return to this location.
Pharmacy is the absolute worst. Horrible customer service. Trying to call is a joke, might as well disconnect their phones. Went to pick up a script tonight 12-10-2018 after receiving two text messages saying it was ready. Get to the drive through window and I’m told “oh it’s not here anymore, someone from your family called and transferred it to another location” which is complete bull***t. The location it was supposedly transferred too, the pharmacy was already closed (how damn convient). I told them that was not possible and I have the texts to show it’s ready here, that I need my sons perscription. After arguing with them for 10 minutes and having to get an insurance card texted to me (even though it’s on file and has been for years, and we’ve picked up prescriptions at this location dozens of times) I was told they will fill it just to go to the back of the line. Finally got the script after being here for almost an hour. Customer service is a joke, cvs used to be top notch but those days seem to be long gone.
I have tried this location multiple times. Not once have they got 1 prescription correct. I generally really love CVS but this one needs a complete overhaul on the pharmacy! Theyll tell you they have something in stock and they dont. They will send it to the wrong one. No apologies. Nothing!!! Burn this one down amd save CV
Very nice pharmacist. They tried to help me find a prescription that I left at a different CVS and the pharmacist was so polite and genuinely concerned.
Im actually here now writing this. Horrible good awful service. Very unorganized and they really could care less about helping you.
I had a story typed out...but I dont want to embarrass. need to work on your attitude.
I wish I can give 0 stars, pharmacy person was rude and worst customer service. I will never have my prescriptions refilled here.
The man at the pharmacy names MARK. Was very very VERY rude consistently arguing with me instead of just kindly fixing the problem his coworker made which was already bad enough to deal with. I felt attacked and like he was talking down on me instead of resolving the issue to reimburse me for the money mistake GERRY made. He then put aside the medication that was ready back on the shelf, said they would call me up shortly and then when the line died down, mind you it was people who were there after me, he THEN called me up . So who was “they” and why did he just make me wait in line for a third time just to asist me further. He did it on purpose. Knowing i was already frustrated and had been waiting. This was very bad customer service and I will avoid his assitance everytime i go here if i continue to go here at that matter. I’ve already contacted customer relations and hopefully they resolve this problem and get with their employees on more training because obviously they don’t know how to treat GUESTS . this is unacceptable.
Words can’t expres how greatful and thankful I am with Mr. Rohan the pharmacist here! He went above and beyond for us to make sure that my children got their Flu medicine today. His fast actions on transferring 3 patient medications and made everything that Walgreens thought was impossible on insurance verification, POSSIBLE so that my children wouldn’t go another minute without their meds. Thank you so much Mr. Rohan, you rock!!
Good service, not too busy despite its location
The pharmacies need to go back school and her assistants needs to go work at McDonalds
I went to the Minute Clinic the Thursday before Easter and waited over an hour. We were having friends and their kids over to celebrate and I wanted to make sure I wasnt contagious. I also stay at home with my two little ones and didnt want to spread anything to them. I had an extremely sore throat and was convinced I had strep. I asked the lady working there if it was going around and she said that most people who had sore throat dont have strep. She tested me and said it was negative. She told me it was either allergies or a cold. You could see the redness and white spots on my throat. I continued feeling bad for days and was taking ibuprofen every 4-6 hours. I went to a different doctor who tested me and I did have strep. I also had passed it on to friends who came over. I complained to customer service and they think that they did their job and did nothing to compensate me. I will not go back and do not recommend the Minute Clinic.
By far the worst CVS pharmacy I have ever been to. I recently moved to Katy fromHouston. I refilled my daughters prescription for the first time. When I noticed she kept throwing up her medicine when I called about hem adding a flavor which I had never had to do before at any other cvs. The pharmacist was very rude and kept arguing with me that they always charge extra. I informed her that I had never had to pay as I know what I have paid for but that didnt help.Today I went fill a prescription and they lady at the window says we dont have it. I said ok, can you keep it and call me when you get it in? She tells me, no you need to take it and calls us until we get it in WTH is wrong with these people. I am NEVER USING THIS PHARMACY AGAIN! Worst customer service ever.
Excellent customer service.5 Stars 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠
Worst service ever, and always complain they are short handed!!! Just get my medication and shut up already!!
Every time weve been to this pharmacy, weve been well taken care off. Usually get our meds within 5 mins. Never had to wait. Over the past two years weve visited the minute clinic for little things in a pinch, such as a sinus infections, pink eye scares or to rule out ear infections when we couldnt get in to see our docs. Every single time weve never had to wait over 15 mins to see the NP. Maybe weve lucked out and go during off peak hrs but with a 4 yr and a 2 yr old in tow, every minute of wait time can like an eternity so weve always been impressed by the pharmacys courtesy and patience with us. Keep up the great work.
I do not recommend using the minute clinic. I was the only customer at the clinic and was not familiar how it worked. I was actually looking for a blood pressure machine many drugs stores have for free use because I was feeling light headed for a few days. I have never had issue with my blood pressure but my family convinced me to just get it checked. I asked the person working in the office if they had a blood pressure machine. She advised me she could take my blood pressure to just sign in. She directed me to a kiosk where it took me 5 minutes to sign in. As I was signing in, she left the clinic. I was the only one in line and she was not tending to anyone when I got there. I thought maybe she had to use the restroom. After 10 minutes she did not return. I was feeling worst so I decided to just leave and went to Krogers down the street and they had a free machine where I was able to find out my pressure was very high in a matter of two minutes. It just seems to me a customer would take priority over anything else the Dr/Nurse had to do being I was the ONLY person in the clinic. Needless to say I will never use the clinic again. Funny thing is after I tested my blood pressure at Krogers about 10 minutes after I left Krogers I recieved a text that it was my turn at the clinic. Seriously???
The staff is really not helpful and encourages you to go to Walgreens. My experience last night.
After waiting an hour and a half at the minute clinic, with 0 patients in front of me, the ignorant med student stated I had a cold when I knew otherwise.Decided to go to a real doctor down the street and they diagnosed bronchitis and a sinus infection. The medical flunky only wanted to tell me to buy Claritin. The other real doctor at Kelsey Seybould gave me real prescriptions.Avoid their clinic like the plaque.
Worst cvs pharmacy ever! Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere, as all of the staff is incompetent.
This 1 Star is for the pharmacy department I wanted to get my prescription here but whoever I talked to on the phone was very rude and was no help.Avoid this pharmacy and take your prescriptions elsewhere.
They should work on wait time for prescription pick-up.
Terrible Pharmacy - sign indicates its 24 hours, but its a deceptive and the pharmacy hours are not clearly displayed anywhere outside. They took my prescription without telling me they were closing soon. I had to go out of town the next day before they opened, and Im just SOL due to their false hours advertised.
Lazy and disrespectful staff 👎🏻
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This location is ran by brainless monkeys, especially pharmacy. Always extreme wait times, nobody ever picks up the phone, and attitude through the roof
Awful experience with an un-respectful pharmacist.
Visiting this pharmacy is an exercise in frustration.
They tell you that your medicine is ready and then cant find it . They just cant be concerned .
