Rip off. They sell you resealed perfumes with bottles only half full, at 4 times the online prices of original item. I bought a couple of perfumes from them without doing research and got ripped off. Never step in their shop.

Just bought club de nuit intense cologne and the lady running the store sold it to me for an extremely high price of $70 when the same cologne on Amazon, from a trusted seller, is only $40. Do your research before coming here, they will scam you. They also do not allow returns once you have purchased.

I walked into the store and was greeted by a lovely lady who helped me out with choosing the perfect perfume for my husband. I also got it for a good price, lower than all the branded stores. I definitely recommend it as they have a huge selection. It was hard to select one but in the end I bought this Perris perfume which my husband loves!

The owner is no gentleman. I bought a perfume from Perfume Unlimited and asked if they had any fully boxed bottles as the only one in this store was a tester. She said no without checking the inventory at Perfume Shop their other location in the same mall. So I walked down to the other store and saw a fully boxed bottle on the shelf. So I asked to exchange it. Well this was a huge problem for them. The lady working was kind enough to call the owner and explain the situation. The owner agreed to make the exchange. However at the time it was closing so I had to come back the next day. I went back and confirmed that they would honor the exchange. They agreed but only if I would go purchase the fully boxed bottle first and then they would refund the money I spent the day before. Well, I went to purchase and now they wanted $28 more. I said no and showed the lady the price online and said this is what I paid yesterday. Online was a fully boxed bottle. Not a tester. They confirmed the price online and then said they could not change it. Even though I bought it the day before and it is the same price online. She read the online price and made sure it was a fully boxed bottle and she apologized. Then she said she didn’t have a password to let her give me the discount I purchased it for the previous day. The price of the bottle was $40 in perfume unlimited, $40 online at perfumeplus.net and $35 at perfumeplusinternational.com or .net which is the 3rd storefront on the other side of town on harwin and then it was $68 at the perfume shop. I didn’t want anything for free, and I didn’t try to argue it down to the $35 that is offered on harwin. I just simply wanted what I was looking for on day one and willing to pay for it at the going rate. I buy fragrances often. I wanted to make this a location that I could buy more from in the future. Instead of a new customer I am writing a negative review. I drove 45 minutes both ways to get there to be treated like this. Disrespected and made a fool.

I guess I should have fully done my research before attempting to buy perfume. Went in and bought club de nuit for $85. Same bottle is sold in multiple places for $25. That’s an insane mark up. I was even wearing my veteran hat. I see that they’ll take advantage of anyone.

Big price difference between other online and store price. Eg dame price for something 1.7 ounces at their school verses 5.1 online. Reason?, ‘ they compare their prices with Macy’s’. Also, no returns even when it’s not opened. Very disappointed, I would rather buy from Macy’s where I can use my store card, get the points and pay later. No more business from me. Sorry!.

This is really a great store! There is significant collection and variety of perfumes. Mustafa was extremely helpful and spend a lot of time to explain and guide me in my search for colognes suitable for both younger and older men on my Christmas presents list. He gave us amazing discounts. I am very happy with the purchases and will definitely come again. (What a difference from the other perfume store in Katy Mills.) Highly recommend this store! Try it!

Don’t buy from here. My husband went in looking for Coco Channel they sold him some version they said was like the brand for $90!! Online for $21. I took it back in a few hours later asked for a refund. Guess what this store doesn’t do refunds!! Even with receipt and box completely sealed. I think this is against consumer act. Poor attitude from manager also. Overpriced rip off store. BEWARE.

Good prices, personalized service! This shop is not like other places where assistants are hesitant to let you smell different varities to make a choice! If I could give this place zero stars I would. I dont understand how they have their business up they are scammers. Dont make the same mistake I made waste your time or money here. Indian man tricked me into buying a perfume I could buy online at walmart for $20 dollars and sold it to me for $80. I had to fight for a bad exchange that was a less amount of money wasted.
