Genuine British products and awesome staff! I came here a few days after entering the States and loved being able to buy some a few bits that felt like home.

A small little shop with we fantastic delights! This shop has a whole bunch of goodies to remind you of home or bring back memories of visits to the UK. There are lots of frozen options as well. Definitely worth a visit.

The owners were in the process of stocking an unexpected shipment. They opened up for us anyway and couldnt have been more accommodating. Would highly recommend!

The British Depot is a very wonderful store that you can find a lot items for your families as well.

If youre an ex-pat and missing the taste of home this place is perfect, decent selection of chocolate, snacks, condiments, and frozen food.

Sue was so sweet and helpful. They have a great selection that really helps when my wife is feeling homesick.

I have been a couple of times for black pudding, what they sell is ok but not like the real thing, should do better for a British store. The other things like crisps and sweets are what ud expect at usual the higher prices all places charge for imports like these.

Fyi this google location is very off, it’s at 21967 Katy FreewayKaty, TX 77450 is the real address, use apple maps bc they have the right location (as of 7-18-21). right by tiger noodle house/dentist/behind freebirds. love this place, came here in a pinch on clotted cream bc no one else had it anywhere. they have tons of pasties (cornish & many others), battenberg cakes in fridges too (i love anything marzipan but shockingly haven’t had one b4, i know they have the tricolor marzipan pastries at lots of places but i think these are better), and lots of other temping things but i’m hooked already on their pasties and battenburgs. they’re very friendly and appreciative of the business so it’s hard not to want to return asap!

I came across this store while I was in Houston and everything is very authentic here including the candy and biscuit (cookie) labels written in British English. The biscuits (cookies) as well as the chocolate tasted a lot different and a lot better than the ones around here. The staff is very friendly. One of the best things about Houston is experiencing a different culture and food. Houston is extremely multicultural and that what makes it wonderful.

I had been into the Katy store when visiting my sister a year ago. They have a great selection and good prices. I was craving some sweets and placed an order online. The box arrived on time and was packaged so wonderfully that all my chocolate was cold when it arrived, even coming from Texas to Colorado in the middle of summer. Definitely recommend!

Love this place!! Everything is British, the staff are amazing!! Good to have some proper snacks! As for the people that are giving this place a 1 star because of the pastries.. Need to get your tastebuds in order!! 😁😊

First time here and I was craving pasty so I decided to try one of each. they were really expensive, which I was ok with, until I got home and tried them... they were awful. the lady at the store is nice and her other items are interesting, but stay away from the frozen food, unless you want to spend $7 per just to end up throwing the food in the trash.as an aside, I have had pastys before, so I know what they are supposed to taste like

Im a big fan of British products, especially British chocolate. Theres a British store in the Rice Village area, but thats a long drive so its awesome to finally have a British store close to home! This shop is small, but doesnt lack in products. The prices are fair and service is great. Consider me a new customer!

British groceries, chocolates, sweets, and biscuits all imported from the UK, plus bacon, sausages, and scotch eggs, pork pies. Well stocked, along with friendly staff (with British accents 😁😁)

Loved that its so close. Enjoy being able to buy British sausage, and Cadbury chocolate for my grandsons. Outside of that the frozen pork pies are definitely not British. They are disgusting. My husband eats anything but, not quite an $18 dinner!

Great store. I purchased online and was very pleased with how quickly I received the delivery. It was very well packed. Before ordering I contacted them to ask a product question and Sarah was very helpful.

A bit of UK in a nondescript shopping center in Katy. Lots of goodies, even frozen pies and sausages.

Nice to have a place closer! However, have to agree with other review on the pies...they are not British style at all and are truly disgusting...avoid!!! Also, some items are overpriced
