Bought a phone on ebay for my wifes birthday. Had trouble connecting it so I took it to this Boost Mobile store. I believe his name began with an A that helped me. He had trouble connecting it as well. But after an hour and me repeating the phone number and pass code about a dozen times, it was connected and working! after days of me trying to get it done. Thank God, right? NOOOOOOOOOO! A month passes by and its time to pay the bill. But wait.... the bill is $27 MORE than what Im signed up for (she has been on same plan for 5 years). What happened? After 5 years of using the same pin number for the same Boost Mobile phone number - ALL OF A SUDDEN - I get a FRAUDULENT BOOST UP ADDED TO MY WIFES ACCOUNT!!! So someone hacked into my wifes account and added a financed phone and had it shipped to them. AFTER 5 YEARS OF THE SAME PHONE NUMBER AND PIN. If theres a way to bring criminal charges Im looking into it. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional behavior by the staff and it seems like he has done this before. I tried to talk to a store manager SEVERAL SEVERAL times to being told EVERY TIME that hes not available, would you like to leave a message?. After calling the Kenner police department, my qualm was squashed after the charges on my wifes account were erased after 3 visits to another Boost Mobile location. But this dude still has a new phone on me and my wifes MAJOR inconveniences and Boost Mobiles dollar. Why is this guy still working here? How has charges not been brought up? How many people are in their pocket? The list of questions goes on and on for us. Just dont do business at this location. Especially if you live paycheck to paycheck and need a ride to get things done - such as cellular service discrepancies.

Excellent Service, I went there to activate a new phone. They were extremely helpful and very attentive. They were very professional and they answer every question that i had about the service. They have very great deal when you do a new activation.The owner Harold and another young lady that was helping me went above and beyond on solving all my problems. They Transfer all of my information from my old phone to my new phone. Which I notice some other companies dont even help you on transferring your info. Im so happy with this store service and I will definitely come back to make my payment.

The customer service here is straight bull. The girl that was working is a huge liar. She lies to get herself out of work. She is no help at all. She ignored my dad when he was trying to get help from her. She kept typing on her computer as my dad was asking her question and when I asked her if she was looking up his information she said no. I asked her to change his number she said it will take a month for him to change his number which I know is a lie for a fact. Then she called her boss and spoke to him in Spanish he said it will only take 1 week but she tells me he said 2-3 weeks like wow why lie I understood what he said I speak Spanish myself Im Hispanic but I look caucasian so she figured she can lie some more. I asked her for her name she said it was on my dads receipt but that was a lie being that she wasnt the one who checked him out it was some guy name Hromero so she was trying to let her coworker take the fall because she knew I was going to call Corporate on her. This place just has disgusting customer service thats why I dont have Boost but my dad wanted boost but he wont be giving them any business anymore.. I give this place 1 star only because I cant give it none...
