Terrible experience. Went in to the airline location to order a cell phone battery for my mother that should have taken a week, and it never came in. A staff member yelled at my mother and treated her rudely and abruptly when she asked for her money back. Very unorganized, challanges with taking credit card payment, unprofessional, and rude.
