Definitely not recommended for phone service. Switched to Verizon for better service. After paying the phone off and paying the last bill they constantly send emails and threaten to send me to collections when everything was 100% paid off. Service was not good and they never answer phone calls or questions.

I want to recognize Mario Moreno at the Columbia Point location. Mario listened to my concern, repeated to me what he was hearing, then gave me options to choose from. He gave me undivided attention, professional support and helped me to leave the store happy! 2 days prior, I went to the Pasco, rd.68 location and left frustrated.Mario my go-to from now on! Leo clearly explained my new contract with U.S. Cellular and hooked me up with a great lilac purple s9+. Great service, great salesman, fantastic attitude, great conversationalist. Not pushy (considering Id been in there 4 times browsing over the last month) and when I was finally able to get a phone, he explained everything clearly, and executed the setup with great efficiency.

Here is where the 2 stars comes in. I cancelled my phone plan in December 2018 I had a tablet and phone. I had a $360 credit. Instead of giving me that credit I realized after 3 months that they were still charging me for my Tablet. I went in and it got closed out .... again. That did not happen. Instead i was yet again charged for the tablet for the next 3 months. I went in and talked to the representative and they called headquarters. The person on the phone said that the account was not closed properly both times by the representative. In short I never got the $180 owed back to me for their error. After letting the person know on the phone, they said it was my fault. The sales rep said they would talk to the store manager and see what could be done. I never heard back. I am a business owner and I know how reviews effect business. After 3 attempts to fix this and it was not done, dishonest actions like this though need to be known. Extremely dissapointed in how this was handled. I will not recommend or do business with US Cellular again.

The only reason I gave a second star is because Freddy C was great as was my experience with him. I ordered my new phone from him and he set me up to send my old phone back for a credit.My following experiences were nothing but massive wastes of time. Called the store to verify it was ok that the phone number listed on my phone return slip didn’t match spoke with Ana, she was clueless and had me come in. Briefly dealt with her in the store and she remained clueless. She passed the paper to the store manager Ric I believe, so he could take a look. After examining the document for a bit he responded with “is that a real address” and then told me to just bring everything in when I received my phone and they’d make sure everything was correct. So the next day I returned to “Make sure everything was correct” only to be told that the document was fine and received zero help with my phone. Also their cases are beyond overpriced. People be smart buy off amazon and don’t give this store any additional money.

I changed to us cellular because of what people said about the customer service, first i bought my phone and i asked 3 times how much my monthly payments were gonna be, never got a straight answer, they told me the first payment would be a little bit more, second payment came with the same amount so i went there, three people helped me and at the end they just said oh the guy who helped you works in another store and just came that day, i can give you his complete name and you can go to his store (1 hour away) to try and solve the problem because he did charge you differently than the promotion at the time have a nice day and we are sorry.... after 6 months my charger doesnt work so i went to see what could be done, went into the store, just one person who was helping someone but no good morning Ill be with you in a minute or any type of acknowledgement, I just sat there waiting, I get helped and my monthly warranty does not cover the chargers, oh im so sorry but you could go buy a new one, have a nice day, the customer service has a lot to be desired....

They call me constantly to update me on when my bill is due. Automatic called me three times this morning every 20 minutes from 11am to noon to let me know I need to pay the bill that I already paid. I fail to see the award winning customer service in the almost a year Ive been with us cellular. If you have an issue they will put in on the back burner but if your bill is due (just due date not passed due) they have an impressive sense of urgency to get money. When my contract is up I will no longer he a customer with us cellular I had better customer service with my Walmart pre paid phone and never got robocalls for new offers and when my bill is due like I do with us cellular.

If I could do a negative amount of stars it would be -10. We got the ‘ol bait and switch done to us. They offered a promotion at Christmas time saying we could spend up to $500 on accessories and would be charged $42 per month. Now they are billing us for it all at once!! Called customer service and they said the sales person didn’t file the proper paperwork, so because of his mistake, we have to pay in full! We will be switching carriers ASAP.
