Fantastic place to get cell phones and tablets repaired. They also sell new ones. Tim and his crew really seem to care about what you need. They are more than happy to provide anything that might make your experience better. I highly recommend this place.

They were very kind & friendly workers. I was able to drop off my phone & pick it back up perfect in only an hour. I highly recommend this store if you need a repair for you phone.

I called them the week prior regarding fixing the glass over the back camera on an LG G5. I was told no problem and that the part would be ordered. The following week I travelled to tri cities and went to the shop. The person who I talked with told me that he neglected to order the part needed. He knew I didnt live in the tri cities and told me he would order the part that day and to come back later that week. That was not an option as I had already travelled to the tri cities. Very frustrating to say the least. Unprofessional and disappointing. I do not recommend this shop.

Went there square trade and Tim hooked up my screen now its good as new
