We went to the store on Saturday. We weren’t adding a line or upgrading to the newest and. Eat phone for our daughter. The employee was pleasant and acted helpful. I was told I would have a phone call in under two days on the phone we were looking at to purchase. Four days later I had a text telling me I could go to another place to possibly buy a phone. No phone call, no touching base, just a text from another company.I called Verizon online store and ordered the phone in under 5 minutes. It will be shipped to me in two days. Thankful for THEIR help. The store here was NO HELP. I will be using the online for future transactions.I also watched employees only putting on masks if a new customer walked in the door. It was fine to have it ear dangling if they were hanging with their fellow employee buddies. All for show, nothing to actual customer protection during a pandemic.So not happy with the Clearwater location.
Needed a new phone. Of course they steer you to the pricy one. If you are a new customer they offer you the world, if you are an old loyal customer they dont offer you s***.

After my phone from Metro pcs was stolen, I was very dissatisfied with their service helping suspend my service and get a new phone. I wanted to find a new company. Switching to Verizon was swift, and painless. Verizon also worked with me until we found a phone and plan in which fit under my budget. Received the best customer service Ive ever had at any mobile carrier in my life. Sprint, T-Mobile, Metro PCS. Nothing compares to Verizon in every category. The quality of phone, in combination with the flawless service I get wherever I go, plus all of the cool extra features that come with sign-up I will be a Verizon customer no doubt for the rest of my life. This goes for any recommendations or referrals Verizon is just the best hands down. Please listen to me when I say to pay the extra few bucks to get Verizon I promise you wont be disappointed.
Jonathon did such a good job helping me upgrade my phone and also help me figure out an issue with my Verizon account. We were on the phone with customer service for almost 3 hours and he was patient and professional the whole time, even staying late to finish the job. Highly recommend this store and working with him

Really bad experience with this location. I upgraded my phone because I was offered a promotion back in April 2021 and to this day September 2021 still have not received it. now I have to pay the full price ($1,050) for a phone that I was supposed to get a $450 credit on. All they want to do is sell you whatever they can by telling you lies about promotions and then dont help you afterwards. Dont waste your time. 9/22/2021 update: changed to AT&T, cheaper and better service!

Classic bait & switch. I was offered significant promotional discounts when I ordered a new iPad and iPhone, and added and upgraded plans. No restrictions on eligibility were mentioned. Was told that the phone wouldn’t ship for 2 months - it arrived in less than 3 weeks but they didn’t contact me to let me know, *I* reached out to them after I got a delivery notification. I assume this was deliberate since the discounts on one of my data plans wouldn’t go into effect until I took delivery of the phone. I was also suddenly ineligible for the discounted phone price that had been promised. They made no attempt to honor their offer or to contact Verizon corporate for authorization to correct THEIR mistake, I was essentially told to take it or leave it. I declined to buy the phone and it took an hour and a half to reactivate my old phone. (After the 2 hours we’d already spent.) Also, I didn’t immediately catch that a lower discount had been applied to the iPad, so I’m hosed there as well. Very unhappy.UPDATE: further investigation of my bill also shows that the new plan I was talked into does not have the free add-ons I was told it included. This place is completely shady.
The only reason I am giving a 5 star is for John Synder that works there. We had switched to Verizon in November and initially Edgar was helping us. Edgar was so bad at his job and kept giving us the run around, told us it would be free to switch to a business account when we got the phones (turns out it’s not free and he messed up our entire transaction) wouldn’t answer our messages, and even ended up ordering a wrong phone that delayed it all and for all that we waited 3 months before we got them thanks to John that cleaned up his mess and went out of his way to call up top and was able to get us all 12 pro Maxes and keep the promo that we had originally signed up for. If an Edgar approaches you, RUN, he’s a wolf disguised as a sheep (got his cut). I highly recommend John Synder, he’s tall wears glasses nice hair and loves cooking lol 5 stars for John.
I drive 140 miles round trip (from Yakima) to do business at the Kennewick Verizon store.. They’re that good!Emily is just outstanding in her ability to set up the particular system that you need; highly skilled, kind, and professional. Bought a phone from here for 700 and it stopped working 3 months later. Because it was pre paid no warranty and will not stand by product. I don’t recommend. This place masquerades as a Verizon store but they are 3rd party. Waste of money go to actual Verizon store where they stand by the products they sell.
The customer service was great! Shannon is awesome. She made sure we were pleased with everything we got. The process was very easy but because we got so much stuff it took awhile but Shannon was very patient. We will definitely send her some customers. We are very happy to be a part of the Verizon family!
They barely spoke to me. I was replacing a device, they ordered it and when I was there to pick it up and get it set up they got on the phone and said 3 words to me. I had no idea what was wrong with it or why they had to call elsewhere until an hour into me sitting in a chair 6 feet from the person. I was there for 2 hours with very little interaction.They said everything was fixed. I checked my bill and I’m getting charged for 2 lines and one line was the device I returned and no longer had. I called to have it fixed and it got marked as a termination fee because they never marked it as returned. I’ve been on the phone with customer service trying to sort out the mess they made all morning.They were rude, with no customer service and didn’t do anything but mess up my account!

Great first experience from Krista Phillips as a new Verizon customer!My husband and I went in to switch from Boost Mobile to Verizon prepaid and I had bought Verizon phones online to bring and activate.I knew it was going to be a process - over an hour and a half, to no fault of Krista. She was nice, patient, and worked steadily to get us what we went in for.We walked out very satisfied with our experience. Switching was BY FAR the best decision me and my boyfriend have made! We went in there just to get some basic info and see exactly how much it would be to switch and Shannon stayed and was very patient with our questions! We went through information for 2 hours and Shannon didn’t mind. I had an awesome experience! Adam was able to explain my bill to me in a way I could understand. He made learning from him very easy. I had several questions regarding how to use my tablet and he was able to answer all my questions but most importantly, was able to show me how to use it instead of just doing everything for me. I will be coming back to this location for years to come. I recommend this location to everyone.
Version will not help a fire victim. I paid over $340 for their phone. The store manager told me to go to hell. I called the 800 number. To be told again to go to hell because I didnt make it back within the 14 day return policy. I was restricted by road closers.Prepaid phones dont have a insurance ability so I am screwed. I will be switching carriers for sure.

I lost my phone this morning. I went to the store and was met by Andy Vasquez who was kind and helpful and cheered me up from my very annoyed at my self state. He found out I had insurance (I did not know that) and saved me a lot of money by helping me make the insurance claim. And he was very kind and competent. I was grateful for his honesty; since i was unaware of my insurance (my bad) I could have easily just been sold a phone, in fact, thats at first what I asked for until Mr. Vasquez was so excellent. Thank you!!!

Michael was very knowledgeable when we bought our phones and plan. He even came in on his day off to set my mother up with a plan. With the recent update I experienced some issues with my phone. I texted Michael and he got back to me via text within 10 minutes and walked me through the process to correct the problems. The store itself is very well stocked and attractive.
Service was meh, stood there for awhile before being greeted. It was my second time trying to upgrade there. First time was two years ago, ended up going to Best Buy, last month ended up going online. I did call once to ask about a case in stock, employee said I think so, anything else? Again went to Best Buy.

She listened, fixed my phone issues, and we talked about how she can help me with my business needs in the future. Mike Murphy, who is the awesomest sales associate with the best customer service Ive ever experienced in any Verizon Wireless store, called me this weekend and left me a message letting me know that there was a promotion that Id probably be interested in. Not only that, but he actually went ahead and proactively signed me up for it because it IS an INCREDIBLE deal. I had an 8Gig data plan for $85/month, and the newly returned promotion is a 10Gig data plan for $80/month! So he SAVED ME $5/month and INCREASED my data by 25%! What the???....Verizon Rocks! Im gonna go tweet all about Verizons amazing customer service now. Ive always been pleased with my Verizon experience, but Mike Murphys proactiveness takes the cake! I just go in to pay my bill and get the much technical support I usually need. The main office at Columbia Center is the one to go to for all definitive issues as the other stores are privately owned franchise outlets. Their service may not be in step with the main Verizon owned store.
Our best experience ever with Verizon was at this location. Essence Stredwick took care of us all the way. She went over and out to give us the best service and attention. She made Verizon 5 customers for life today.

She was all knowing and so incredibly efficient I thought I had died and gone to a place where phone plans dont have to make me feel like Im having a heart attack. I came into this Verizon store and was not an easy customer for Kristy Humphreys to deal with. I had been dealing with an Issue regarding Verizon for several months and was very frustrated by this point. Kristy was very understanding, she was patient and did everything she could to resolve this problem and was finally (to our relief) fixed. I also want to mention Margo Cady who also helped us a great deal in fixing the problem. We came in earlier in the week for the same problem and she spent several hours trying to help my son fix the problem. Because of the excellent notes she had taken and the several hours she spent trying to fix the problem Kristy was able to seamlessly pick up where Margo had left off to get the problem resolved. Thank you to the people at Cellular Sales and in particular to these very helpful people.
