Store was superb when Eric was the store manager.... Theyve kinda taken a dive as far as the level of service they used to provide.Straight out the gate, my new account was not setup in my name, and although activated I could not make calls. When I called technical support, they told me that my name did not match the name that was on the account! I even provided the pin that I told him I wanted for the account pin and they said that was not the correct account pin. So I had to go in the next day and have them copy verbatim from my license to my account to correct it.SERIOUSLY..... What the...... You fill in the blank!
The three employees that where at store on Monday 3-15-2021. Very helpful with my situation. I had to go into store three times this day. For the cell problem. And they solved it. Originally went in to pay bill that was late by about an week. And caused an problem with my phone. They fixed it. Thanks.
I had a wonderful experience with Alexis! She’s been helping me since I started up with metro PCs back at another Kennewick location. She’s is awesome I highly recommend this location just because of her! Awesome people here!

Wouldn’t recommend this location we went in to switch from cricket to metro and my husband went for a Android and not a iPhone due to the girl said they would be discontinued soon went home and notice his phone was not gonna work with his iPhone watch I know they have returns which gives you time Incase your not satisfied to exchange your phone went back and told the girl we wanted to exchange the phone to a iPhone she said that phone had been discontinued yesterday but I told her how if you said if would be discontinued soon plus they had the iPhone on display and also on any metro pcs webpage I know when a phone is discontinued they aren’t supposed to have them on there web page or on display I asked the guy that was there and told me yes but once that girl came she said no we don’t have it it’s discontinued I wouldn’t recommend they just want to sell and don’t care for there customers needs I’m very disappointed being a new customer

I was helped by Julio Motta and it was not the best experience. I needed help switching my phone and I was completely ignored and when I asked for help he was rude. I wouldn’t recommend getting help from him. Or going to this place.
Went to pay my phone bill and arrived 10 min be for their opening time which is clearly posted on the door 10am.almost 30 min later NO ONE was there. Not even an employee pulling up late to work so we left and went to the metro store down the street at least ONE stores employees are reliable.ALSO PLEASE TRAIN EMPLOYEES ON PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE SINCE THEY THINK ITS OK TO BE ALL FLIRTY AND HANDSY WITH EACH OTHER IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. ts not high school its a business wait til customers leave then you can go hook up in the back instead of making customers uncomfortable.(The male was the guy with a pierced ear cant even remember the females name but that was totally inappropriate)
Worst customer service ever. We had put a new line on our phone plan asked them to make both phone plans payable on the same day. He messed up and only made it so we paid for only one phone and charged us 180 dollars.. When we went in to discuss this issue they said that they didnt make any mistakes and that we would have to call the metro on the phone.

I urge you not to buy metro hot spot device, I was told by there saleperson that it was a great system, which it is not! I paid $40.00 dollars, apart I spent $35.00 dollars for a month, for 10gb. I watched one movie, that was it! After the movie it keeped saying I had not internet. I went back to the store the next day, with the same saleperson he tells me that I used all my internet and with the 10gb I am only able to watch one movie. I told him why didnt you tell me that if you already knew when you where selling it to me. I would have not purchased the system. If that is the case, I am better off going to the movie theater once a week on Tuesday for $5.00 dollars a person, and watch a new movie, and have $15.00 dollars left over. Like I said, what a total rip off!

The employees at this location generally don’t give a care about customer service.I was lied to by them about a promotional iPhone deal.I would steer clear of Victor and the girl he works with—Carla was the one who told me she would order me a promotional phone.I asked Carla to order me a promotional IPhone and she said she did.A few days later when I went in to the store to check on the order, Victor told me that it wasn’t possible to get the $49.95 iPhone deal, as these phones “are over 4 years old and stock is limited/low and their store couldn’t get them”.When I asked the girl working with Victor if she could call another metro store to see if a promotional iPhone was available elswarw, she told me that “the other stores have different owners” and she wasn’t willing to call for me.At that point, I chose to have my number ported and I would use my old iPhone.The employees ported my number over w/o verifying that my phone was compatable.After the port over it was discovered that my old phone was still connected to the carrier and wouldn’t work.They told me I had to buy a brand new iPhone or take their free phone or I was out of luck.MetroPCS now had my phone number and I had no phone.After several hours of screwing around with MetroPCS and customer service I now have a cricket account and couldn’t be happier.If you’re going to be a MetroPCS customer deal with another location—there are several others that don’t lie.PS. when I talked to MetroPSC customer service, I was told this store had to fix the problem because they created it. Keep that in mind.

Nice people only negative thing, If i take the time to come into the store to pay my bill by giving you my hard earned money dont charge ME an extra 5 bucks for giving YOU Cash. Nobody else charges me extra for giving them my money because thats like looking a gift horse in the mouth
