Had my oil change done here and they stripped the bolt down to where no place would touch it. Went back with my receipt and the guy lied and said he didn’t do it but took my car to the back and took the sticker off so to cover themselves. I had the owner contact me saying he had to have a guy weld a tool to get it off saying he’d call me back. Never heard back from him and honestly didn’t even feel comfortable with them touching my car again. They’re very shady. Would never go back here.

In addition to routine oil changes, they offer car wash and detailing service as well as full automotive service including tire sales. As if that is not enough, do you need assistance with moving, local or nationwide? They happen to be a uhaul affiliate, as well.

Had my oil changed here 3 times when I lived on the north side. They shorted me a QT. of oil all three times. Cant say it was a leak or burning oil because my car had under 20k miles. The third time I went to see if they were shorting me and sure enough 1QT short.

Stick to tires and lube; your car wash is unreliable. Fix it or dont, but dont waste my time with your faulty equipment.
