They were courteous and worked in a timely manner. They were able to get me in on short notice and I only waited just little over an hour to get an oil change and tires rotated. It was $99 (got high mileage oil). The guy who checked me out told me I needed tires, explained how much tread was left and about how much longer I had with them. He was kind enough to provide two estimates and the best part...no pressure or pushiness to get them. I would go back again.

I had 4 tires shipped to the store and paid for installation and alignment. They required an appointment, which was no problem, and the staff was friendly and professional.The instillation and alignment took a while (about an hour and a hald), but the lobby was clean and mostly comfortable, and the inspection of the car was more thorough than I had inspected. I could have done without the hour and a half of politics on the TV, but that was a minor annoyance.I got a flat the next day. Turns out the stem was not airtight on one of my tires. They got me in quickly and fixed it swiftly and without charge.

My nephew and I were on our way to six flags and blew a tire 15 minutes from the park put a doughnut on and called around to see who could possibly get us a new tire ASAP I talked with Luci and she assured me she’d do her best and I thought yeah I’ve heard that before. Luci was fantastic she had us in and out within 40 minutes! I cannot recommend this place enough please do yourself a favor and stop her for your next service

Ive been sitting here for a hour for these people to take my old lug nuts off and put new ones on. The counter lady doesnt even look up or awknowledge people as shes to busy texting on her phone. Highly do not recommend to come here.

I had a tire blow out on a trip. Stopped in to Firestone Complete Auto Care and they not only had several tire options in stock they had me back on the road in about an hour. I experienced Profesional service that is hard to find these days. The pricing was fair and the service was excellent!

Too my sisters car to get new tires there. They broke 4 of the bolts and she almost lost a wheel while driving. They replaced one of the lug nuts for a bigger size than what was in there. I called and they gave me some excuses on the phone. When I asked to talk to the manager they said he was busy and he’d call me back. I never got a call back and they took no responsibility. This could easily have been a fatal mistake, and I will never go back there.

The staff here is really wonderful and always goes above and beyond. I keep coming back to this location because of the excellent customer service. I always feel satisfied with my car’s care here.

They messed up my truck after I spent $2700!!! I had to find a REAL shop and they showed me all their mistakes and everything they halfway did. Im thankful I didnt get into an accident after dealing with these people. Pricing wasnt even an issue but when Im paying you to do your job AND TRUSTING YOU, then do your job!!!

We just came here to get our tire rotation in which we were quoted $90. When we came to pick up our Chevy impala it was quoted “necessary to replace the bolts” but I suppose not necessary to tell us prior to doing so in which resulted in the price being $180 upon picking up our car, pretty big difference. I definitely feel like we were haggled. We weren’t given enough info to know why it was necessary and weren’t called to be informed which we would have liked to know. Besides this major mis communication, I do feel they work hard and try their hardest to get a lot of cars done and out in a timely manner correctly. But I’m disappointed in the fact we weren’t talked to about this before we picked our car up.

This business is very close to my house and I am very pleased with their service and professionalism. They are always helpful and knowledgeable about their work. I highly recommend using them.

I had to have my car towed here on a Sunday. They were amazing and fit me in despite not having an appointment. I was so relieved to know that there was a place that was open. They were able to look at my car and repair the brake line in no time. They made a bad day a little better!

I needed an alignment on my 2009 Pontiac G6, so I researched local places - Firestone Kenosha had excellent reviews. I found a coupon online, and set up an appointment. Even though I was about 20 minutes early for my appointment, they got me in right away and I was done in about 45 minutes. The work was quality (my car is fixed as expected) and the service was fast. They honored my coupon and were happy to answer some questions I had. There were no high-pressure sales tactics and I got exactly what I needed, quickly, and for a fair price. I would certainly do business with Firestone Kenosha again.

I dont write reviews unless a business really deserves the acknowledgment. These guys deserve it. Ive taken my car here twice and both times they have exceeded my expectations. Im always nervous taking my car to the mechanic due to honestly not knowing much about cars. I never felt once that they were trying to take advantage of that. Every gentleman that I have spoken to here have been respectful, honest, and friendly - big thanks to Josh whom I have spoken with multiple times. Excellent service guys. Best tire service that Ive ever received in life! Victor the technician solved a problem(Wheel leaking) that Ive had for years. I came in from Chicago for a flat tire repair(Off I-294) and ended up buying a set from Josh who gave me incredible insite & an awesome deal. They took me in last minute and had me back on the road to continue my journey to visit friends in Milwaukee! I will take the drive again to get great service!

Very friendly, great sense of humor, and very tentative. Store was very cleaned. Not much seating but was extremely clean. Service was fast and the appointment process was super easy to use online. I was very impressed with this location, as other places were horrible. I will definitely be back here. I highly recommend this location. Took my sons car in for alignment, dropped off night before to have done next morning. I didn’t hear from them all day so finally I called them around 430 or 5 and was told would be done within the next hour. Well a little after 6 get call saying done, go pick up upon paying and getting the keys was told they couldn’t do complete alignment to take to body shop, and was still charged full price. I will not be returning there.

Slowest place ever. This one’s on me. It’s at least the third time I scheduled a simple oil change and I sit for 45 minutes before it’s even on the rack. My fault, should have learned my lesson by now. They will never get my business again.

Had an appointment at 12:30 for an alignment. Got here and and was told they had someone who would be a quick alignment check, maybe 10-15mins. So I say sure, and walk to BK to get a bite. Come back at around 1:15 to see my car still in the same spot I parked it. I walk in and the counter guy apologizes that the “quick” thing has taken longer because his tech broke something on it. So I’ve been here basically for 1.5hrs waiting because they only have 1 alignment bay. Sad thing is I can’t try to negotiate a lower price because I have a lifetime alignment. So as Peter said bring a lunch but also bring a chair, there’s only 5 chairs here, they need to add about 6 more. Maybe I shouldn’t be so harsh, accidents happen, but for the love of god get more chairs.

I had my car serviced on May 16, 2020. I dealt directly with the manager of the store, Matt. I absolutely dread getting my car serviced at the dealer because they always tell me I need all kinds of work done, so I feel as if I’m being taken advantage of. Matt didn’t make me feel that way at all. I got all new tires and an oil change and didn’t feel pressure to do more. Matt was kind, friendly and personable. I will only bring my car to this firestone as I 100% trust them.

I visited the Somers location on a busy Saturday to have my Volvo serviced. The staff was professional and kind and provided a detailed explanation of services rendered. I waited for my car in the lobby which was clean and smartly decorated. While waiting, I overheard a customer speaking with the store manger. He was incredibly respectful and professional while she was not. I would definitely recommend this store to others and will be back with my own vehicle.

I recently had the brakes go out on my car and they were able to fit me in at the last minute. Unfortunately it required a hose which they wouldnt have until the following day. One of the mechanics there kindly gave me a ride back home, that was extremely kind of him! I cant recommend this place enough!!

I have visited this Firestone location 4 times since January 2019 and have purchased tires for 1 car-repaired a flat-rotated,balanced and aligned same car at 10,000 miles and replaced a battery in another car.They are professional,knowledgeable and courteous. First time and last I ever get tires here. I dropped it off in hopes to gettin tires in a timely fashion. 8 hours later and the guy tried to upsell me a $180.00 alignment.😂 That place is a HUGE JOKE!

I have now been to this Firestone store twice (once for tires and once for breaks) and have been very pleased. You will more than likely find the best prices, products and service here. The manager (Matt) is very customer friendly and they deal HONESTLY with you each time. Cost and time estimates are pretty accurate and they do not force services on you.

Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation at 8am it is now 10:35 am and I am still waiting. Very nice customer service but extremely long wait times.

Came in for what turned out to be a wheel bearing replacement and the service was excellent. I was told it’d be an hour (or little more) but it was done in about 30 minutes. The mechanic was nice as well, as was the lady at the counter Megan. Polite & extremely friendly, funny, & I could tell she really liked her job & knew her stuff. I highly recommend this place & the people. And needless to say with that bearing replacement, my car feels brand new.

The people and service are fantastic.My only word of advice: if you plan to drop your keys overnight, just make sure to let them know. I made the mistake of doing so without them expecting me to, and much confusion ensued.Otherwise, overall, happy with the establishment and will come back.

Great people! Ive been in multiple times however on my third visit Ill finally write my review. Service is always excellent, I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it within minutes so I could get back on the road, the second time I was in I hit a pothole(thanks Illinois) and slashed my tire, they were the only ones with a reasonable price and tires in stock. Came back a few days later to get the others replaced.

Every time I go there I am always treated with respect and I know I can trust my car gets fixed, or maintained the right way the first time.

My oil change experience was fast, friendly and with no up sell pressure for air filters, cabin filters, etc. Also, I liked that I could schedule my appointment online (which worked perfectly) and the place was open until 7 p.m. Very helpful for those of us that get home later from work!!

Mechanic here, These guys are knowledgeable and polite. Shop is excellently clean. Had them reseal and balance 4 new tires I had improperly installed and now it is smooth as silk. Will come back for future service as they offer competitive pricing. It WILL be more expensive than the traditional mom & pop shop, but they have all brand new equipment (Hunter & Coats) and it is quick service as well, I was not even there for an hour. Go here for your tires and alignments!

Megan definitely made this review easy to give 5 stars. Had to bring my fleet vehicle in, and as to be expected after a holiday they were super crazy... Her awesome customer service skills made it worth the wait. Absolutely would recommend.

Quick, easy, and very straightforward. They communicate everything well, and they dont try to do anything without your approval. This was my first visit since moving to Kenosha, and its going to be the go to for both of my vehicles.

I was very disappointed by my most recent experience. Im a previous customer and was having a problem with my tire leaking air. I figured since it came from this location they would be willing to let me know why it was leaking and see if its covered under a warranty . I was told that I would have to pay just to have the issue diagnosed. I couldnt believe it! I can understand being charged if it was a nail or something that caused damage, however I cant believe there would be a fee to see whats wrong with it.Update 12/17/18: Megan is the only reason I have updated this review from 1 star to 3 stars. She single-handedly redeemed this store without even knowing about my previous negative experience. I went in to the store again due to the air leak in my tire becoming worse. She took my car keys without even talking about money once she pulled up my account. I mentioned the money that I would have to pay to have it seen and took out my card. At that time she told me that there was no charge to have it seen. I was so very relieved to hear that. I ended up needing a new tire, however just the way Megan handled everything made me feel 100% better. I hope she is recognized at your company for being an example of extraordinary customer service.

If I could give a zero I would. Terrible customer service terrible technicians. Never knew it would take a hr and 15 mins to do a simple oil change. Let me remind you there was nobody there when I was there. Super disappointed in this place and won’t be referring any of my friends or family to this place period.

Firestone always goes above and beyond in explaining problems and service that is about to be completed. There shops are also the cleanest around. I highly recommend them for all of your auto needs.

Professional, Complete, Friendly and Reasonably Priced.Had some extensive service work done, could not possibly be happier with every aspect of my customer experience with these folks.The Friendly, Professional and Knowledgeable staff greeted me, performed the required estimate in a very reasonable amount of time, discussed my options and then KEPT ME INFORMED throughout the entire repair process (not waiting until they were done to say something like oh by the way you also needed xx so that will be an additional $$ or (worse yet in my opinion) were done but you really should do xxx soon.I would recommend these folks without hesitation or reservation.

I thought their customer service was great! We went in for an oil change and didnt feel pressured to buy anything else. One of the managers, Kyle Snyder, was very helpful and even offered cold water bottles on a hot day. My husband and I are very satisfied with their services!

Israel and the crew at Firestone are awesome! I had to be towed to there shop with failing brakes on Sunday 10/14. They were able to fix my problem and got me back on the road the same day. They even stayed 2 hours late to finish a tough job. Definitely good people!

Customer service left a lot to be expected. I cannot see a sense urgency. I went in there it was advised there was a wait time, which is fine but there is made no offer beyond that. Just because they know that you are a trapped consumer, it seemed as though it doesnt matter that you are a human being

This place is absolutely awful, they just want your money. I had gotten my front brakes fixed by very good friend and a couple months later my rear brakes were grinding and I needed them fixed fast so I trusted this place after the lady who greeted me was very friendly so I had a good feeling about this place, they charged me almost a grand for new front and rear brakes everything from the standard brake services to brake fluid and now I am back at a new auto service shop and it turns out the whole time all I needed was a new caliper and they didn’t even bother to tell me I needed a new one they just wanted all my money and then some more. Do NOT trust this place at all.

These guys are fast and awesome group. Called about needing some tires for my Mercedes. They explained the different options available and had me in the next morning. It took them under an hour to do all 4 tires along with a free alignment check and inspection. Great place and I suggest everyone to check them out.

Came in for a nail in my tire. Megan was great, she scheduled me to come back to save time waiting since the leak was small. Came back the next day and was told the nail was too close to the wall and immediately quoted for $215 new tire and was told repeatedly the tire can be here the same day. I was skeptical because the nail was on the second thread into the surface. Brought the car to a local shop, told them about the situation, the tech there took me into his garage to show me the hole was way far from the wall, patched it up for $20. I know they have to meet sales goal but it shouldnt be this way, we work hard for our money guys, we cant just spit out $215 just like that

The guys here are great...very helpful and respectful. The girl that works here, not so much. She was very rude to me and I couldnt figure out why. I thought she was having a bad day and shrugged it off, then I saw her laughing and smiling with all the other customers after me.

Did a 4 tires alignment here today. Efficient work. The resting area was Very clean. It could be better if more exhibitions are in the office and resting area.

Daughter went in for oil change. Staff said car had severe oil leak becuase of oil in engine bay. Wanted to up sell a dye leak test for $300. Car is 13 years old with 135000 miles. What car like that doesnt have some oil in the engine bay. 3500 miles later and down less than a quarter of a quart of oil. Get a second opinion...

Came in for a flat repair on tires purchased earlier in the year. Received excellent customer service and the job was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. I will continue using Firestone for my automotive needs and recommend them to others.

I got an appointment for a wheel alignment and new tires; I found a good deal on tires I wanted. I get to the place and set up with Israel, the service manager. Everything is fine until I get back to pay. They put on different tires than I wanted. When I infornedthe girl checking me out, she went to go talk to Israel and claimed we discussed different tires and the best they would do is take 5% off. Whatever, I just need my tires. However, they bent my rim and the lever to pop my hood is completely broken off. They also decided to replace a sensor I didnt authorize to be replaced for $80. This is terrible service and you will not be getting my business again.

Cant handle a simple alignment, sent a vehicle over after replacing ball joints. turns out they couldnt do it, the print out clearly showed which wheel had excessive toe out, camber and caster where good. Took it to another shop that easily handled it. besides that friendly people,

Made appointment and walked over to Festival. Car wasnt touched until I came back 40 mins later and inquired about it. Very disappointed - such is the purpose of appointments. Will find another shop moving forward.

Inexperienced car owners beware. Don’t believe the hype, my pregnant friend came to this location for a simple oil change. Only to be up sold to the tune of over 400.00 bucks, they then added in these superficial discounts to justify items that should have been included in the service. Even charging her ten bucks for an inspection she didn’t ask for. This is something I’m very familiar with as I have worked in the industry. My recommendation; stay away. Find a local ASE certified mechanic that owns their own shop. They’ll appreciate you as a valued customer, unlike these corporate entities which nickel and dime you.
