I custom ordered a 2022 Maverick through Gordie Boucher Ford, and I received it fairly quickly. They were honest and upfront on the pricing at time of order, and at that time did not require a deposit. They didnt play games on the price since it was a special order, and I appreciate that.They were quick to notify me on the day of its arrival, and kept the truck untouched (outside of inspection) until I arrived. I had some special requests that were taken care of without question. Karen was very helpful and shared in the enthusiasm for the new model, as wellThe purchasing process was mostly painless, and having the option of Fords special financing was even better. I think in total I was there a combined 3-4 hours at the dealership, and I drove home very content. This is my first Ford, and I would definitely go back again next time I am in the market for one.

I purchased my first truck, F250 gas, here in 2016 to tow a new RV. Recently, we bought a larger and heavier RV and realized we needed a diesel truck to tow it. Well, it was finally time to grow up and get rid of my beloved ST. With a 2 year old it was just no longer making sense to keep it. We ended up driving mostly my wifes car all the time because mine was so impractical with our daughter in tow. I wanted to stick with a Ford product so I started doing research and decided on a Fusion Hybrid. The Fusion Energi was appealing to us initially, but the trunk space was abysmal due to the very large battery.I worked with Alex at the dealership and he could not have been more easy to do business with. Car was pulled around and waiting for me when I arrived, he rolled out the carpet for my wife and daughter when they came to see the car, and he got me the money I was wanting out of the ST so that I would not have to come up with much cash out of pocket. It basically turned turned into a vehicle swap for the most part. Driving a hybrid is a huge difference from the ST, but I honestly like it far more than I could have possibly anticipated. It is super comfy and quiet, and the gas mileage is phenomenal. The 22000 Ford Pass rewards points for purchasing a CPO does not suck either. Ford very much stands behind their warranties. When the water pump went out on my ST they replaced it on the spot no questions asked, so I am glad to have the peace of mind of another warranty backed by Ford. I would not hesitate to do business with Kenosha Ford again in the future. It was a very painless process.

My service advisor Bradford was amazing!! He walked me through everything. He took his time going through tires and showing me what each of the symbols stand for. The day of the installment of tires he kept me updates. The mechanic check to see if I needed an alignment. The advisor and the mechanic Charlie were both amazing!! I suggest if you need help to ask for Bradford and ask for Charlie to help you and to work on you car or truck!

As someone who buys a new car fairly often (every 2-3 years) and yet doesnt really enjoy the typical process this was the best experience I can remember. I knew what I wanted - a 21 Ford Explorer ST. The Boucher team worked quickly to identify options and also assessed my trade-in faster than any dealer has done before. In the end, I couldnt have been more satisfied. Between my sales associate Sanford and the entire finance/appraisal team, they handled the process admirably. Absolutely exceeded all expectations I had for this new vehicle purchase. I bought a used 2020 mustang from Scott. Was on the fence about it due to some minor dents and other cosmetic defects. They agreed to fix them all for me without any additional costs on my part. The fixes were all very well done. I picked up the car earlier than expected and because of that there was a bit of a mix up and I didnt get one of the plates for the car when I picked it up. I called to let them know when I realized - and Scott got back to me late that night, then had someone drive the plate down the very next morning to hand deliver it - from the dealer in Kenosha to my house just outside of Chicago. Very very happy I drove all the way up to Kenosha for this purchase. Will definitely buy any future Fords from here!

Brought van in for shuddering after driveshaft recall. Shudder is still there and very evident when van is upshifting and downshifting . Staff was unable to find problem. Very disappointed. Tempted to find another shop. Past several visits have not gone well. Van pulls to the left after tire rotation and gas mileage decreased after The Works.Tires I had installed are horrible and have been since installation, staff at time would not resolve.Will go to Costco for tires soon.I will say staff is incredibly pleasant.In a quandrie.

Terrible used car experience. My son bought a used f150 for his 16th birthday as his first car. He has always wanted a truck and we found one at what seemed to be a fair deal according to the dealerships inspection. The day we drove off the lot the ABS light came on ($600 fix). A few days go by and we notice that upon acceleration, the engine misfires ($1100 fix.) A week or so after we noticed that the driveway had oil marks where he parks. We took it to the dealership and the rear main seal was bad ($1730 fix.) Here we are 3 months later and have spent almost $3500 in repairs on a “great condition” truck. The dealership said there was no leaks or engine issues and on the inspection checklist nothing was noted. Hopefully you can understand myself and my son’s frustration with it being his first car ownership experience. We’re Ford fans but this dealership definitely did some sketchy stuff covering up problems.I have since reached out to the dealership addressing my issues and I’ve gotten no response. It’s disappointing for my son having to waste literally all of his money on a “we’ll kept” vehicle. If you thought about buying a car from here, I would keep driving to the Toyota dealership down the road and get a Tundra instead.
Never buy a GM product from a Ford Dealer. ESPECIALLY a CERTIFIED PRE OWNED vehicle. Ford will not honor the warranties that come with them. So, not worth the extra money they charge for them. My truck was certified pre owned. 3 mo/ 4000 mi warranty. Two weeks after purchase, transmission went out. My truck has been sitting for over two weeks. Inspected a week ago today. Still nothing. Think they would help? Nope. told both my salesman and emailed general manager. Nothing. They got their money. I got hosed. I will never again buy from this dealership and I will CERTAINLY NOT EVER consider a Ford product. Gordie Boucher, they are with you before and during the sale. After, not so much.
The staff at Boucher took excellent care of me and negotiated a trade-in that I am very happy with. My offers were taken seriously, my feedback was valued and taken into account, and the mechanics even helped augment some items on both my old and new car for free. The payment process was also so comprehensive - sometimes this aspect of a car-buying experience can feel overwhelming or rushed but the staff was patient with me and let me take my time to review the contracts. They even gave me a free USB containing a digital copy of everything I signed so I could store it electronically. Despite the company being in Wisconsin, Boucher was able to handle my Illinois registration and taxes which took so much work off my plate. Really thankful for that.I’ve already shared our story with numerous friends and suggest anyone start with Boucher before going anywhere else for a car.
Ross Hengtgen was great to work with on the purchase of a used F150. I really appreciated his high level of customer service and letting me take the truck overnight to drive and make sure it was the truck I was looking for. Ross and Sal gave me a competitive price on a great truck. I also appreciate that Boucher does not charge a document fee when buying a vehicle. I would highly recommend working with Ross if you are looking for a vehicle.

We always take it to Boucher, especially since its an older truck. They are always good at keeping us updated and finding the parts for a 1997 truck. Bradford has always been great at calling and working with us when I was having trouble with my phone.

I set an appointment a week in advance for them to fix a recall and the AC that they fixed 2 years ago. I left it Monday morning. Larry called us later to say that they needed another day. So on Tuesday, by 3:45pm, I called to see what was going on. Larry called us at 430 and said the technician had left for the day but it would be fixed the next morning. I asked if they had a loaner car because we cant miss 3 days in a row of work. He said no, so I told him I wanted to pick up my car because whats the point of making an appointment if they arent going to stick to it? And why call us and lie and say they needed another day when in reality, they hadnt even started doing anything to our car. If something happens to us and its the recalls parts fault, theyre getting sued for incompetence and negligence. Definitely lost our business
Wade and Joe were great to work with. I spoke with Wade about my car needs and desired payment. He got me a great deal on a new Explorer in quick order. Joe, sped through the financing process and I am really happy with both. This is our second vehicle from Boucher and I will be back.

My salesman Donny Thomas was a nice guy. Very informative. Was disappointed with the overall Dealership. The follow through wasnt great. No deal with made. Choice of vehicle was very limited. Went to another Ford dealership that wanted my business more. Had more inventory. Remember it pays to shop around. Dont settle with one dealership when there are many Ford dealerships in the area. Do your homework.
Came here on Friday afternoon picked out a f 150 did paper work put money down finance department was slow/short handed we could not close the deal was told come back Saturday to finish and get vehicle washed had an appointment didnt matter . I was told they were busy and that there were people ahead of me even though I had an appointment. HOWEVER Josh was awesome he seemed to be doing the work of three people. Once the financing was straighten out Joe in finance was great. Josh helped me with some of the technical stuff and was very helpful. And I might add very patient as I was getting frustrated.
First time using the service of this dealership and worked with Michael Yager on my Mustang Boss 302. From start to finish, service was a top notch and should be the way all service department should be. I did not feel any arrogance like we know more than you for we sell these vehicles kind of attitude. Michael is very cordial. He listens and gives his opinion about the problem without any hint of BS. He assigned the vehicle to a technician specific to my vehicles issue. That makes the troubleshooting faster and I like it that way. It does not only save you time from multiple visit for the same issue, but also saves you money for buying parts not related to the issue due to misdiagnosis. Imagine paying an incompetent person 4 hrs worth of labor instead of 1. Labor cost could rack up pretty fast !!! With that alone, I am very thankful to Michael. I hope that this kind of customer service also reflects to the whole service department. One happy customer here!!!
Walked into the dealer Monday looking to get an appraisal for my current vehicle and check out the new Bronco. Since the Bronco wasnt on the lot the sales person didnt even want to do the appraisal. When I asked for one anyways, he looked at me like I was wasting his time. When I first entered the building, nobody greeted me and I walked up to the service desk where the man continued to talk and didnt acknowledge I was there. I was promised to receive a call Tueaday morning with the appraisal value and I have yet to receive any call. I will not take my business to this Ford dealer in the future. Very disappointed.
The car was high in demand, Im young had had unproven but good credit and where it would have been easier to just sell it to the next person in line they worked hard to do everything they could to get me behind the wheel of it, Id Ive loved every minute since Ive done just that. Big thank you to everyone over there, Ive had some bumpy experience with other dealerships but everyone here was nothing but helpful.

I brought my Ford F-150 with 70K miles for an oil change on 12/31/20 to your Ford Kenosha service center. One day later driving in a snow storm I had to turn on my 4 wheel drive which in turn burnt out my front differential. I heard grinding coming from my front hubs and when I stopped to check, smoke was billowing out of the front end. Once I was able to get home, I took the vehicle to a mechanic who stated that the right side axle had been leaking oil to the point that it was almost completely drained out of the front differential. Given the proximity of the axle to the oil drain plug to the axle and differential, how was that oil leak not seen? A quick heads up would have saved me a great deal of money and stress. This leak has destroyed my front differential which has to be completely rebuilt as a result. I have been taking my vehicle to the Ford dealership regularly since I bought it, but this was the first time using this shop. This is completely unacceptable that this happened and was missed by one of your mechanics. Incompetent mechanics.
Super staff goes out of their way to assist a buyer before and after the sale. I recently had my car in for service and their service personal were the most helpful and polite i have ever seen. The service managers diagnosis of my problem was right on and the work was completed in a neat and orderly fashion.

I foolishly bought the warranty thinking it meant they would actually cover mechanical problems, less than a month after purchase I notice a coolant puddle on my driveway. I ended up having to pay full service costs regaurdless of how shortly I had had the issue. Belts and hoses are considered maintenence items but this doesnt excuse the lack of customer care. All Im saying is if they dont care enough about you after you sign.The salesman I had worked with isnt even employed there anymore.
We continue to question ourselves why we do not take the extra 20 min up to Racine. Customer service here is either extremely fake or as I experienced AGAIN.... Horrible and Rude! We continue for whatever reason to give them a chance but we are always treated poorly. One of the reps at the service desk was being rude to another employee right in front of us and was saying how he was so stressed out.
After searching for a vehicle for our daughter we landed at Gordie Boucher. This was our daughters first vehicle and Scott Verhagen was fantastic throughout the entire process. Scheduling a test drive was easy (we came from IL so it took a little extra coordination). The negotiating process was smooth and very fair. My daughter was present for the entire process and it was a great learning experience for her. The used vehicle we purchased needed some minor details serviced and Scott was kind enough to make sure the minor details were addressed (including tracking down the vehicle code needed for door locks). The customer service was outstanding and we even received a thank you gift mailed to our home the week after taking the vehicle home. Extremely pleased to see that this level of customer service exists even for a lower price point purchase! Kudos to the entire team. Super easy process (even getting IL plates while purchasing from a Wisconsin dealership).

If I could rate this place a zero I would. The service was absolutely horrible. We had a deal set in place with an out the door price and a time to pick it up a few days later. On the day of pickup I received a call saying they sold my car. After a deal was already established for me to buy the car. I asked if I should put a deposit down on the car and I was told no we can finalize everything when you pick it up. This business is so unprofessional and when I approached the management about my situation he wanted to do nothing for me. I would not recommend this place in the slightest go somewhere where they value their customers.

The engine on my GT350 needed to be replaced and we (the service department and me) had a really rough start. I wasn’t getting anywhere for a long time. I decided to go around the service department and go right to the top. After getting the GM Sal involved and letting him know my issues things got done fast. Sal and Jesse the tech that worked on my car knocked it out of the park. The Shelby got a new engine and I’m happy.

If I can give -star I would me and my daughter were working with a sales representative to purchase a used Chevrolet Cruze everything was on the up in up ahead on price in writing test drove car even asked rep should I maybe put 100 down to hold car they were going to do oil change for us now this all happened on a Wednesday I shook the sales representative hand and he said bring check amount we agreed on come to pick up on that Saturday 10:30am to my surprise my sales representative text me to call the sales manager sal and when I do guess what he tells me the car was sold out from my 18 year daughter therefore my daughter is crying and whats a father to do Im sure Im not the first person this has happened to. Now all I can say you can take your chance at buying a car from them but you could get terribly ripped off like me and my Daughter all they could say sorry they had a chance to sell car for more and didnt stand by the word broke my daughters heart. I cant believe with computer technology they cant lock a car out so another sales representative cant sellIt. BUYERS BEWARE !!!

Was disappointed that they wanted to set up an appointment and charge me a $100 diagnostic fee just to look at my center console when I told them that the latch was missing.I went to another dealer. No $100 charge. Part ordered.
We drove an hour and a half to go to this dealership because of the reviews that we had seen. We are really glad we did and it was completely worth the trip. The buying process was easier than most dealerships weve gone to. They are not pushy and they dont try and sell you something you dont want. We had Ricky as a sales person and he was amazing. He kept us updated on where we were in the process and made sure that we were going to pull off the lot fully happy. Even after we went home with the truck he was more than happy to arrange for us to get another key made and answer a few more questions. The finance person was also very clear about what you are signing and was very happy to answer any questions. The other sales people were very friendly to us as well and everyone said hi or would chat with us. The waiting room was very comfortable and stocked with snacks and toys for kids. It was really nice to see everyone interacting with our son. I would go back there for another vehicle in a heartbeat.
I worked with larry donat. He was. very polite and showed me exactly where the problem was. I have always been satisified with the work done to my car.

Brought it in for a regular service inspection. I thought they were trying to scam me by fixing something that didnt need to be fixed. Turns out though that what they said needed to be fixed had happened months ago. I forgot all about it. Thanks again Gordie Boucher!!
I just purchased a 2019 Explorer (which, by the way, I LOVE!) from Alex. I was referred to Alex by a friend who recently purchased a vehicle from him and she loved working with him. She was right, he was wondrful!! After doing a bunch of my own research online, I knew exactly what I wanted when I went in and knew the trade in value of the truck I was trading in. I got the exact number I wanted and they gave it to me. I felt like the trade in number and the price of the new car I purchased were very fair and that made the process super easy. Alex was very easy to work with. He was not pushy at all and was there to make the process as painless as possible. My apologies, but I cant remember the name of the finance person who helped me, but he was awesome as well. I had my own financing and not once did they push me to finance through them. I appreciated that because I have had experiences at other places where they were not happy that I wasnt going through them. I will recommend Alex and Boucher to anyone I know who is in the market for a new car. Thank you for the great car buying experience!
Great service car was overdue for repairs. They gave me a loaner for the night with no problem.
Although I did not buy a vehicle. I stopped in twice. Both times each of the salesmen took their time to explain a lot to me about how dealerships opperate and sales from other states. They knew they werent making a sale, but they still gave me their time even though other customers were coming in. I appreciate the knowledge.Thanks guys!!!

Donnie was the salesman who helped us. He is extremely well informed and friendly. He was willing to do whatever it takes to help us go home with what we were looking for at the rate we wanted it, even helping us despite still building credit. I would absolutely recommend Donnie at Boucher to anyone!

I would love to give this dealership a 5 🌟 rating, but as one can see from my pictures its time for the dealership to spend some money on maintenance and decor. The sales, finance and especially the service (Bradford) team are definitely 5 star. But the interior, both the sales area and customer service waiting area are starting to tell me that I should shop elsewhere. Its simply very institutional. When I arrived for my 3:00pm appointment Tuesday 11/5/2019 the ONLY Service Writer that was present was Bradford! Every other desk was empty. Fortunately, Danny, the Quick Oil Change writer and a porter were standing at my vehicle door before I was even able to get out. The service was quick. I appreciate the integrity of the technician. I asked for a new engine air filter but was informed that it was inspected during the service and was not in need of replacement.
