Took my car in for an emissions test and had great service. I was able to have it done even though I arrived after the time for the test. Dustin squeezed me in which was awesome. Great place and great people. Would definitely use them again

I cannot praise this business enough. First, the staff is a student of the idea that customer service is the absolute foundation of running a successful business. Secondly, they back this up with professional, timely and quality service. Top notch!

Nobody is wearing masks in this place.. the lobby was filled with people more than what it should.. atleast 15 people in a small room. Everyone had masks on but the employees. We where all talking about how wrong it was.. The chick behind the counter would disappear for a long time creating a big line several times... one worker even said yeah u can sit inside or whatever we dont follow any guidelines.... yikes. The young man doing the emissions was the only great part. Very friend... the rest of the people unprofessional.

This place isnt even open. The building is cleared out. Theres a not on the door to go to a new location...which is still closed. Website says theyre open at 8 am, I called 4 times and got no answer. I ended up having to drive all the way to Racine to Meineke Auto for my emissions test.

These guys are great! Professional, polite, and punctual. It took about 20 minutes for my oil change and they are great about explaining what you should do for your vehicle. There was no pressure to get extra work done which was much appreciated. The office manager Austin was very helpful in getting me an appointment that works for my schedule, and giving me honest feedback about my vehicle. Id highly recommend them to anyone needing car repair or maintenance. This review was meant for Bully Diesel not National.

They kept telling me 3 days in row that I can get my emissions done. 3 days they lied. Dont have time for that mess!

Tried ending emission testing early Monday by a hour...... Ok got that car tested but was told it was the system closing down but it wasnt. Come back 2 days later to test another car. Now there is sign saying testing is canceled for the day. If you dont want to do emissions test then stop advertising it! Probably why this place has a hard time keeping their doors open. Lazy employees!!!

I have to honestly say that my husband and I was very appreciative and grateful to the excellent service that Tristian along with the staff provided. They took the time to walk us through the process but most of all they not only put a free estimate on paper but each individual issue they actually showed us with my truck in the air, so that we could see first hand. They took care of everything for me and were super polite and always kept me posted on the progress of my car no matter how busy they were. After 2 other local places were unable to get me in at 5/5:30pm on a Friday, National Pride Auto Center was kind enough to get me in last minute and fix my tire no problem. These guys are amazing. Recently, I took my car in and got it fixed but what they fixed was not the main cause for my problem. After a week or two I came back and I told them I was still having my problem. Although this was a bit frustration, the store manager came out, apologized profusely, and gave me the best possible deal he could give me to fix the main problem my car had. Currently, my car is doing great and Im experiencing no problems with it. I cant express enough how great these guys are. They actually care about fixing your car while trying to give you the best price for it. I highly recommend their services.

They have closed but Pam works at Hwy 50 Auto now so go see her there for the same great service you use to get at National Pride. Just 10 min west of National Pride on Hwy 50.

They threw one of my cars up on a lift once and diagnosed a suspension concern for me once, I got to watch which I thought was cool. Then I took it home and fixed it myself. Otherwise Ive had my emissions tested there a few times and its very fast. If I didnt work on my own cars Id probably take them there.

Got on the interstate in my whole front end started shaking really bad to get here and they solve the problem with a minutes excellent customer service very friendly people highly recommend

Ive had everything from oil changes to new batteries to all the tires replaced and every time I have been very happy with price and fast work. Its nice to find a place close to my house that I trust. I tried to replace one tire on my car and they recommended an cheaper after market tire that was different than all the rest. I put it on and 36,000 miles later they all work great together. I was traveling in the area and needed some repair work done. They were able to accommodate my timeline and got me onto the schedule first thing the next morning. I appreciated the play-by-play of what was happening and their quick work so that I could make it back to the swim meet. Prices may have been a tad higher than a big box but the personal attention and fast service was worth it.

Had mt emissions test done was quick and no problems.

I went here for Emission Testing. Went on Monday, little sign said No testing today. Tried to call on Tuesday, but no one answered the phone! Tried calling on Wednesday, no answer. Drove over there and sign on door said 11am. Since it was 5 to, I decided to wait. 20 minutes later, still hadnt been greeted, still no Emissions person, and now theres 6 people waiting! 2 people looked up other places to go and left. I left too! Will never go back

I can always count on their staff providing excellent customer service. Not always a need to have an appointment. The staff does their best to fix your vehicle in a timely manner. I have not come across another repair shop in Kenosha area that is able to quickly correct an issue - most say we have to set an appointment in a week. On more than one occasion the staff has given me a ride home when they are working on my car. The staff really treat you like family.

My family has been taking our vehicles here for years and we love it! The service is incredible and makes you so comfortable. Any time I have had questions or concerns about my cars they take the time explain everything and also give me different options. They really value their customers and their work is always fantastic.

We no longer live in Kenosha but had to come in for a funeral. Just outside of the state line we thought we blew a tire but all seemed good so we continued on. Pulled in to National Pride and they looked at the car right away. Found an issue with our tire and when they didnt have it in stock called around to find us a new tire so we could get to the service on time. And they didnt charge is a dime! Fast, courteous, and helpful. Highly recommend!

Friendly service, and they worked with me on the price to see what I could afford to get me back on the road that same day. Theres a reason why they get repeat business.

Over many years we have tried several auto repair shops and have found them sorely lacking in the trustworthy department and unfortunately this repair shop is of the same quality. My wife brought her car in for repairs and once they had taken a look at it told us that there were a few things that needed fixing but that the #1 thing that needed fixing were the brakes and that if we were to leave it with them they would complete the work within one day. So the wife rented a car for the day expecting to need it for only a day. Here it is 3 days later and they called to inform us that they did the the less important repairs and would not be able to do the brakes that they said was the most important until next week. Their reason for this was because they became booked up after we left the car to be repaired and that their technician was having more issues than he counted on. How is it vehicles brought in after ours were taken care of while ours sat in the lot and why is it the brakes were not the first thing repaired? Needless to say at this point we will not be using them again once these repairs are completed and will inform everyone through every means available that they can not be trusted to do as they say. My wife depends on having her vehicle to do her job as a Hospice care giver and now is forced to drive a car with bad brakes in order to give the care to those who need it. Also they need to work on their ability to listen to frustrated customer and not just talk over them as they vent that frustration. It is a situation they created and should have simply allowed my wife the voice her frustration and kept their mouth shut other than to say I understand, there was no need for BS excuses.

Finally a good oil change experience in Kenosha. No funny business. just a fast, good priced oil change and they didnt pull my darn air filters out! And I love the toys they have in case you bring a child.

Full disclosure: Ive had 2 oil changes here that resulted in me returning to have it fixed because my car was leaking copious amounts of oil. Besides those 2 incidents, though, I have had terrific experiences here. Their labor prices are reasonable and they work very hard to accommodate you and your schedule. Their assessments have been truthful, even though it dies not generate any money. I would recommend them.

I have had National pride do everything on my truck from oil changes to completely rebuilding the entire front end. They are fantastic and really care that they are doing the complete job correctly!Thanks again for your honesty and i will be back!

I went there to get 1 tire fixed. While there, something happened, the engine started having security issues-microchip in key- I left the car. I got a call a couple of hours later, all 4 tires were looked at, fixed and engine unlocked. They charged me zero. I offered to pay for the tires, they declined. I had a rough year. Their kindness today closes my 2017 with an up note. Thanks!!!

The front desk woman seemed super annoyed that I came in for emissions. Condescending tone, and generally just an unpleasant piece of garbage. Nowhere to park. Literally THEE WORST experience ever. Go ANYWHERE ELSE for your automotive needs. This place and its staff are TRASH. If I could give zero stars, I totally would.

I am convinced that if I did not go to National Pride for service on my 2003 and 2009 Town & Country vans they would have not started right up as they did on those cold, cold bitter days! Everyone at National Pride is great and I will always go there for repair and maintenance!!!

Great job in Kenosha area. Ron and Pam and family run a good operation there. I like the way Pam treats customers expertise and knowledge round out a good operation.

The only reason I gave the 2 stars is due to the fact I got in and out in a reasonable time. Other than that I definitely wouldnt recommend this place. I wasnt greeted, the women at the front desk seemed as if I bothered them, and when I inquired if they did emission testing my answer was yes, keys and paper work! once the test was done I asked if I could get purchase my sticker I as told You know there is a $10 counter fee In a weird condescending tone. Next time Ill go else where i will probably drive a lot further but this is unacceptable.

Always quality customer service. They are happy to answer all my question so that I can understand exactly what is happening to and my options to keep my car running.

Don’t go here. They were bought out by Bully Diesel & Automotive Repair. They didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. My oil change cost $20 more and you pay 4% more if you use a credit card. Not the same quality place as before.

I took my car in to have one blown brake line replaced, an oil change and and a new muffler. They called me within 30 mins and told me that the entire brake system would need to be replaced and I was looking at $1,500 to have the work done. Luckily I got a second opinion and was able to get everything done for $450. I would not recommend National Pride to my worst enemy. I wont even be using them for emissions anymore.

I use a walker, and a gentleman came and opened the door, brought me the clipboard to fill out, and after my car was serviced, he helped me to my car. Such a blessing!

Nice place, but disappointed that th hey were unable to do Wisconsin emissions testing.

I had to come back to have a new air filter installed, but the shop never picked up the filter so I made a return trip for nothing. I bought my own filter and when my son went to install it the National Pride tech had broken one of the tabs that hold the air filter in place. So, now I have to order a new air box assembly. Weve got to jury rig it to keep it from rattling.

Ive been with NPAC from the day I turned 18 with my own car, and my parents have been with them even longer. My mom has known Pam since she was a TEEN. They are like family. Always the best! Never had any issues. Always give us an estimate before any work is done. Show us exactly what is wrong, and fix it extremely quickly. I recently moved out of the area and still call here to ask about different things. Pam has given me the specs for a new battery and more over the phone. Love This place and wouldnt want to go anywhere else!

I have been going here for years they are pretty quick with oil change

They were pleasant but did not listen to my complaints and did not fix the issue. I was waiting for an extra 30 minutes after my car was already done because they forgot to tell me. A recap of my experience is below.Was having an issue with one wheel on my car. Told them there was something wrong with either my left rear wheel rotor or wheel bearing and there is a lot of drag from the left rear wheel. The rotor was not coming off like a normal rotor does and I didnt have the tools or a lift to be able to get in there and get it off. I told them this and they said its probably just my breaks. I told them I checked and tested the breaks and they are fine. They said okay bring it in and well take a look. After they did their inspection they said we didnt see anything wrong with the breaks. I said its not the breaks and explained the issue I was having AGAIN. I also pointed out to an employee there was black soot on the rim because something was grinding and heating the rotor. They said lets schedule an appointment so we can try and figure it out. Came back for the appointment they finished and said okay we did some work/cleaning on your breaks and everything looks good. $150. Okay great. Got in my car to drive it home and... you guessed it, it wasnt fixed. Chose not to return because I did not want to waste any more time or money.

I went to have a battery replaced and wanted to pick a good battery with good cold cranking amps. I didnt like the batteries they offered in stock so i asked if I could purchase one and have them install, they said yes for a 10$ install fee. But now my truck has been moved to the shop and my current battery already taken out. Auto zone delivered a battery with no delivery fee. The battery i bought was 125$ listed on auto zone website. I was billed 290$! When i asked why they replied we have a mark up fee and they were unwilling to lower the price. Very Very bad experience I will never give them business again.
