Great repair shop, went there with my front under carriage falling off they put it in the shop and they found some clips to reattach the part, they said no charge and sent me ony way, went back last week for a full synthetic oil change, they had it done in 20, min and the bill was 20 cheeper than anyplace else Ive been. I have found a great new car Dr. !!!!!

We have always gotten excellent service from them, and theyve several times gone out of their way to get our car and (former) van done quickly when needed for work. Weve not gone anywhere else for about 4 years. Definitely five stars from us.

Where did Mark go? Now that Mark is gone this place has gone downhill. This is the WORST customer service ever!! This Larry guy will jack up the prices. Quote you one thing. Charge you for another. They dont tell you until the work is already fine. Refuse to show you the old parts!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

This should be 0 stars. Its become your rip off mechanic shop thats still banking on Marks service from years back. They stripped my oil pan during a regular oil change and then would not take responsibility for it. A $30 oil change should not cost $450. Didnt even bother looking into that they had also done the previous oil change. A new oil pan is not regular maintenance. If you go here youre just asking for trouble which sooner or later will find you.

Gateway service center provides honest, efficient quality service. I drive an older vehicle with a lot of miles on it and Ive had repairs done at this shop several times over the last few years. Every time my car was returned to me ahead of schedule at or below estimate and I have never had any issues with the quality of repair. On two occasions the problems turned out to be very simple fixes and I was charged very little. On these occasions they could have easily overcharged me or performed unnecessary repairs and I would never have thought to question them. I love how honest they are, it makes me feel completely confident putting my vehicle in their hands. Ive also been given sound advice on what needs to be fixed right away, and what can wait and if certain repairs are worth investing in. This is really helpful when you drive an old high mileage vehicle and may need help deciding when to repair and when to replace.

Really bad experience here especially with Larry. He has no clue about how to fix cars.!!!They diagnosed my car with one problem, fixed on it, for it to not be the solution and trying to charge me for that labor. Also kept my car two days without a phone call. I had to keep calling and going in the shop to check on the updates in my car. I am very unsatisfied with my service here... wouldnt recommend anyone to come here.
