*DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE A SCAM*I looked at a vehicle online at this dealership, called and spoke to Rob Garcia, the sales manager about the vehicle, told him I live an hour and twenty minutes away so I wanted to ask some questions and confirmed it was still available. Rob offered to email me more information and total pricing on the vehicle. Shortly after, I replied back making sure it was still available and told him I was going to come look at it and would see him in a few hours. He told me it was still available and he would take care of us when we got there. An hour and 14 minutes later, when I was 10 minutes away from the dealership, I got an email from Rob stating the vehicle had just sold. A couple hours later, I was on the dealership website looking at vehicles when I saw the Jeep that I drove an hour and twenty minutes to see, same mileage, same VIN, did not sell, it was posted for two thousand more dollars. I called Rob to ask about the Jeep, without stating who I was. He told me the Jeep that was previously posted sold and this was a different one….with the same exact mileage and same vin. Once he found out that it was me, he hung up on me. When I contacted the general manager, Eric Greskoviak, he used the excuse that I said I was looking at multiple vehicles at other dealerships, as one does when they car shop…and said that one of their team members off-site changed the price, implying that all made it okay. What an unprofessional, dishonest, scam of a business. I am so glad I didn’t spend a dime here.
Sedmarc did a great job. Met me out on the lot within the first couple of minutes I was there. Very informative and thorough when we were trying to make a deal. Ultimately I ended up buying elsewhere, but they were very fair on the trade offer toward my vehicle and willing to work with the price on their vehicle to try to make the deal happen. Definitely would give them a look again when in the market for another vehicle.
It was a pleasure to deal with the folks at Kenosha Nissan. They came through with their promises and I feel I got a fair deal. They made the sale easy and did not prolong the transaction for hours like some dealerships do. I would be open to buying from them again in the future.

Contacted on the phone in the morning, discussed the purchase and price, and purchased the car the same day. I had a 4:00 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my personal service truck 3500. Was there waiting for over two and a half hours.This is the second oil change Ive had done here and I just dont understand why when I get in my truck both times theres oil all over the drivers door Hood fenders, etc. I would think the mechanics are wearing gloves when they do the work they should be wiping their hands or taking their gloves off before touching the door handles etc. There was another commercial van scheduled at the exact same time I was for an oil change.
We had the absolute best experience with Tony and the entire team at Kenosha Nissan! I couldn’t recommend him or this dealership more!I stopped to look at a Pathfinder after perusing multiple listings online and visiting other car dealerships. Nothing felt quite right (miles higher than we wanted or the price too high, high pressure sales tactics). I was discouraged. I stopped on a whim at Kenosha Nissan after looking next door. I don’t know why I was hesitant to visit a Nissan dealership, but I had this misperception we’d end up paying more.Tony was SO helpful. I felt absolutely zero pressure, he answered countless questions from my husband and I, plus he’s extremely personable to boot (in a sincere, earnest way... no flash, just kindness and wanting to make sure we were happy with our selection and experience overall).Now we have a beautiful car that I’m giddy to step into and we have peace that it’s on budget and the best deal we could have gotten (we bought used). We’re thankful to still have some time on the warranty (which we wouldn’t have gotten at our other options), plus FREE unlimited car washes. Great service! Personnel could be more polite. A few employees walked right by me and my daughter and didnt say a word to us. But a few minutes later two gentlemen came in for service, and the same personnel that I saw earlier went out of their way to greet them, and offer them refreshments. Maybe because I was a female...... I dont know it was just rude and uncomfortable.
They will lie and say anything they can to get you in the door and after youre in the door they will try to manipulate you and treat you like youre unimportant and waste your time. Their sales marketing pitches prioritize making people feel special and exploiting that in order to subsist. I hope they go out of business
I was disappointed in the service department. They did not have any loaner vehicles available because they were more interested in making a profit on selling them instead of taking care of customers. We spent almost $6k on repairs and couldnt get a loaner. Also really disappointed in the length of time for repairs. Was told there was a unit in Chicago and should be done quick. Then after a week of not hearing anything they said finally got the part in. I think the service person delayed putting in the order and couldnt get the one in Chicago. Then they kept pushing actually working on the car because other cars that came in while waiting for our part to come in due to the delayed ordering.
This is my second time coming to Bob Rohrman. I live 4 hours away. The service you provide makes the drive easy. I definitely would recommend family and friends to come purchase a car from you guys!
I dont recommend this dealership for oil change. It has happened before and this time it took them exactly 100 minutes to do a simple oil change service.Staff need to get educated on time management. This is unacceptable!

The sales associate was amazing. He cared more about me and the car than he did in a potential sale. Then the financial employee was a blast to talk to. Whenever someone talks to a financial department, its never fun. But this guy was awesome! We need more workers like this at this dealership in this world.

We took the vehicle back to get the body work they promised they would do and I must say we are very pleased with how they took care of the issue. We did our research and knew what vehicle we wanted and found one here. I sent an email via autotrader to inquire on the Infinity they had and from the second I sent that email I have never dealt with nicer more professional people than here. I made an appointment for 5 and they had the car inside waiting for us when we got there. The sales team was the best I have ever dealt with. They went over everything in the car with us and never pressured us in any way. The price on the car was beyond reasonable and in fact it was the best price we found anywhere on this particular vehicle. The finance department got us a great interest rate. They also explained all options available in the way of extended warranty and auto pay. At no time did anyone ever pressure us about anything. They had the car completely cleaned and ready to go by the time we finished the paperwork. I also have to say that the entire place was spotless I have never been in any dealership that was this clean.The entire experience was the best I ever had and will definitely be doing business here in the future.
Tim was very helpful in answering all our questions and was very transparent/honest. He was not pushy which we appreciate. He also had a lot of patience with my wife and I. He worked relentlessly with us to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. And using masks made this transaction possible otherwise we would of gone somewhere else.

Really unprofessional service department. I was told there will be shuttle for me when I drop the car. So I did not make alternate arrangements. When I reached there I was told there in no shuttle. The person was not only not apologetic but bit rude. I wont be visiting again. Real bad customer service
Everyone was super friendly. We had just purchased a new Altima in January and 4 months later we were rear ended by a suburban and the car was totalled. Before the total loss claim was even settled we went back to Bob Rohrman and they helped us get a new upgraded vehicle with a great deal and even got a chicken and spaghetti lunch on them.
I was 7 1/2 hours from home and the check engine light came on. I was able to get friendly prompt service without an appointment.
This dealership is an absolute joke!!! Led me on for three days about buying a truck, Checked my credit which is excellent, then decided to tell me they wont sell me the truck because I live out of state. What a waste of time .
My mom and I made the trip to this dealership to purchase my first vehicle on March the 10th and all I could say after the fact was wow. The one I wanted was at this dealership (Kenosha Nissan) but instead of going straight there, went to another crusty crooked and dusty dealership closer to home first. Just to check and see what they had (which was nothing I wanted in the first place). At the end of the day I ended up getting pressured into almost buying a car and being caught up in a bad deal, having the absolute worst car buying experience. Do you know that not only did Kenosha Nissan staff help me get out of that deal, they also were so kind, compassionate, honest and helpful, going above and beyond to help me get to the car I had my sights set on. Shout out to Allision, Faith, Rich, Jorge, Will, and Bill who helped me throughout my journey.Also I would like to say a special thank you to our Rocket Scientist salesman Tony Twall who sold me my car. This guy also went above and beyond by first of all keeping me and my Ma hydrated by offering us endless bottles of water, but secondly making my car buying experience feel like riding a Segway in some random park. I had the best service I could have asked for. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and very good at explaining things. However there were 3 people that went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience. The sales manager Arthur personally work most of the day just trying to get me the closest payment plans and deals for my budget. Tim, the product specialist that worked with me, was so very patient and personable. I was extremely stressed and anxious going in, and this the first car Ive ever financed. Yet somehow Tim was able to keep things simple and clear to understand. Not only did he manage to keep me calmer, he also managed to give me some personal inspiration as well. And last but definitely not least is Faith. Before I went to the dealership, I called for some help to figure out how to solve my car predicament. Faith was the one who helped me get the ball rolling today. Despite her primarily answering calls, she still made a point to come out and greet me when I got there. She was extremely sweet and helpful. Honestly, having such a kind girl to be the first person I dealt with in a very stressful situation, help immensely. Everyone there gave impeccable customer service. However as I said, Tim, Arthur, and Faith I feel went above and beyond.
2007 Nissan Murano--1st and foremost---if I could put another star with the 5 already there, I would. Ken Bosshart (in charge of Service Dept.) What a breath of fresh air when you can talk to a service manager that actually takes the time to carry a conversation longer than a few minutes.Found this car sitting in a driveway. It was there 2 years. So I took a chance and asked if it was for sale. Long story short---This homeowner was very cooperative and nice, since I lived in Illinois she agreed to let me take it in to Kenosha Nissan (kept the plates on). Only had to put a battery in it. Ken already knew that my Granddaughter would end up with this vehicle. 2 weeks later got the call it was ready to pick up. What a fantastic job they did. Granddaughter loves the car (1st one).One more thing--I am 67 and have never written a review for a Dealership.Bob Rohrman Kenosha Nissan---is a Diamond in the ruff. I will be back.
When you go here make sure you ask for Tony T! He helped us out tremendously. We came in not knowing exactly what we were looking for and he put us into something more new than we were expecting and got us a good deal. Rich in finance was very pleasant to work with too (even after we heard him get yelled at violently by a manager I assume, he maintained his composure and continued to help us), as well as everybody that stopped to interact with our daughter. The team definitely makes you feel like you’re part of the family and they take care of you like it too! Thank you guys for everything you did to get us into something great with the little we had. We’d definitely come back again and again if we could.

Including helping with the warranty company that tried to deny my claim for a new transmission. Ken will now be who I bring my car to anytime I have any issues and am in Wisconsin. Thank you Ken. Its great to have a team on your side you can trust, knows what they are doing and that is straight forward and not trying to cheat you.

This was the first time my wife and I bought a new vehicle. We spoke with Faith to set up our appointment. She was helpful and polite. Jhonatan was awesome. He was patient and thorough. He answered all of our questions, showed us all the new features of the Rogue we were looking at and helped us get our first new vehicle. He even made sure we had our blue-tooth connected before leaving the dealership. He really went the extra mile and provided exceptional customer service. Bill was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with regards to the protective coatings for the car and its interior. Everyone was incredibly personable and turned a car buying experience that had been stressful in the past into an enjoyable moment in time. Although buying a new car wasnt on my To Do list, I was looking for a used low miles orange Altima ( had a bad experience with Car Max, next door to Bob Rohrman) I am very pleased with how Sedmark helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
I didn’t have a great experience here. I worked with Jhonatan who seemed nice but just wanted to sell a car. He pretended he was giving me a really good deal on a car they had in the lot because they didn’t have the car I came to look at available. Turns out, he just gave me the price they had online which I hadn’t looked up before going there (bad idea). I was also there right around closing time (another bad idea) and he said that the deal was only good for that day because they hadn’t sold a car yet (a blatant lie). If you shop here, make sure you do your homework and don’t just take the salesman at his word. This should be common sense but sometimes we need those reminders.

I tried to get a Nissan Murano. I dealt with Breydon. Thru the process he made it seem like the car was mine. When I signed the paperwork so they could run it through the banks he said Congratulations . I thought that was weird but thought he knows what hes doing. Then later came back and told me they were getting the car cleaned up and ready for me. I thought at that point yay, I got the car. Then after another 1/2 hour he came back and informed me that I was not getting approved because my car was to new and I had to much negative equity. Was not impressed with the whole process of thinking I was driving this new car home. I will not return to them. Disappointed.

Please don’t go there if you want to save your money and time...THEY DON’t KEEP THEIR WORDS!!! I went there to get my headlight fix. The light bulb cost around 300$. I specifically asked the guy, if it doesn’t work do I have to pay for it? He said No!!! turned out It didn’t work and I have to pay for the light bulb. It’s very upsetting how they don’t keep their words. If He said, they’re not responsible for it if it doesn’t work, I won’t be this upset!! After I paid the manger said to me “don’t come again!! Absolutely Not!!! and not going to get a Nissan again!!

( For the record... this piece of the door grip was so little, I was almost embarrassed to point it out ) the entire team here goes above and beyond every single time. I was in the market for a pre owned truck and came to the right place. Faith had followed up after my first inquiry and made the process easy. One of the better car buying experiences Ive ever had! Our sales person Breydon was great. They even have a little playroom full of toys (which are sanitized daily) for my young son to keep busy while we negotiated a deal. Overall the dealership is comfortable, the sales process is no-pressure, and the staff is incredibly helpful. 10/10 I would buy there again.

Super disappointed in my experience. I called yesterday, lined up my financing, did the trade appraisal, and had the appointment to come get the car today. Got a call right as I was leaving this morning - they sold it! I get it’s a first come first served type of deal, but they never mentioned anyone else was coming in and they also never offered to let me put anything down to hold the vehicle. Bummer since I’d already taken the loan, I think they could’ve done something on their end to prevent this from happening.All and all it worked out, I found the exact same car and mileage at another dealership for the same price (they even gave me more for my trade) and I had a great experience there (John Deery Nissan). When I called to say I was coming to look at it they pulled the car off the lot until I got there, sounds like something Kenosha Nissan could have done.

SALESMAN TRIED TO HOLD OUR KEYS CAPTIVE TO GET A SALE!!!! My husband and I very soon realized this was not the dealership we were looking to trade in or buy a new car at based on the customer experience. I had to ask for our keys back 3 TIMES!!! before they ever so reluctantly gave them back. That is not the way to sell cars!! I have never been so uncomfortable in my entire life. I left the dealership visibly shaking. Will never go back again. I would give this review 0 stars if I could.
If I could post 0 stars I would, but that is not an option. I am so unbelievably upset and unimpressed with this company. I leased a car for 3 years, and it was due in April. I turned it in, then 4 months later get a call from Nissan finance department asking why I haven’t turned my car in, or paid my payments. I in fact did turn my car in on time, and someone at this dealership didn’t mark that I turned it in. It has screwed up my credit tremendously because it shows that I have 4 months of unpaid statements, when it was actually their fault for not saying I turned in my car. Throughout this nightmare, no body at the dealership has cared or taken this issue seriously..just simply tell me oh it was a mistake. Yes, a mistake that cost me time, stress, and many hours on the phone trying to reverse this on my credit. SO disappointed and will never ever refer anyone here. Not to mention, someone named Rich in sales was the most rude and unprofessional “man” I have ever dealt with in my entire life. He should be ashamed of the way he dealt with my issue, turning it around on me instead of looking further into the issue, and realizing it wasn’t my mistake, and I’m just simply a victim of their unprofessional, irresponsible behavior. Completely and utterly disgusted.
Will and Tim was amazing. I was able to get approved with a great rate and a reasonable payment even with a trade which had a higher balance. Lastly the customer service was stellar. Great experience! From the greeting up into I walked out with my brand new car.

I met personally with 3 associates..salesman.. warranty man .and finance man..all 3 were super friendly and knowledgeable.
