Excellent customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable. The best eye exam Ive had.

I have always had good experiences with all the eye doctors I’ve seen but Dr. Chikwinya is the kindest, most helpful doctor I’ve ever had! The staff were friendly and efficient, and Jackie was so helpful with picking out glasses!

Was seen at this facility, good experience at visit. Got a new prescription for contacts they ordered them through my insurance and ordered the incorrect prescription and now I have wait for them to be reordered and I have since moved and have to make a longer trip back to the office to exchange the contacts once the new ones come in. No offer to pay for postage or any apology for the inconvenience, nothing but sorry but you have to come bring us the wrong ones. Very disappointed in this poor service when it was at no fault of my own. They just lost 5 patients .

I had my first appointment here today and it was a great experience. They had a cancelation and was able to get me in the same day. The doctor was thorough and explained everything to me. The people who work here are very kind and seem to truly want to help people, and the prices are fair.

I have been coming to this place since my first eye check-up as a kid and the quality has been consistently great. They are extremely accommodating to emergencies and are clear about all fees up front. The transition to the new eye doctor that has taken practice has been seamless and he is just as nice and knowledgeable as the previous doctor.

The staff were polite and friendly. The office and exam rooms were clean and tidy. The Dr took time to answer my questions and concerns. The Dr and staff explained testing procedures and helped me understand how these tests were used to look at and evaluate eye health in addition to improving my vision.

I got my glasses lens made from here. It took near 3 weeks to complete. And just the other day I was taking my hoodie off n got caught on my glasses slightly and lens fell out. Screw is on tight. Lens seems like it’s not made well. I had glasses done at Costco before and never had any problems. I used vision source this time since I got my eye exam there. Never again.I like the doctor and the office but I wouldn’t get my glasses done here.

1st time going here, picked this place as it actually had very good reviews.I usually dont post reviews but want to say that this was the worst experience I have ever had. Doctor was very nice & thorough. thats the only good thing about this visit. rest, horrible! said they couldnt access my records but would get back to me. Never received a call. I called once and they said still something wrong, would call me back. another week go by and no call. called today and was told sorry, they cannot cover. Called my insurance and I am covered. Got nothing but lies. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

The staff here are amazing! We were greeted warmly when we arrived and my appointment started right on time. I had to bring my 18 month old daughter with me to the appointment and they were so incredibly kind and patient with her while I had my eyes checked. They have all the up to date technology, were able to take a picture of the inside of my eye, which was pretty cool and the prices seemed pretty competitive. Would definitely recommend!

It was a wonderful experience. The doctor and and assistants were amazing. And perhaps the best ever visit anywhere with my child. He was treated very well and had a great time. Thanks again

This has to be the most comprehensive eye exam I have ever had! Starting with multiple test conducted by one of the Doctors assistant (Kat). She was super nice and very funny, she had me rolling.Then Dr. Mitchell did his thing, took extra time looking at my eyes, he found some small things and explained everything in detail. I will not go anywhere else. Thanks again Kat and Dr. M.

New management has been great. Definitely taking care of us. Before we were getting system generated text messages with no interactions with staff. Its much better now. Please do not change. Thank you!

Both the office staff and the Doctor went above and beyond to create a great experience for the whole family. They were patient & kind with my children. There was a HUGE misunderstanding and when I called to correct the situation the dialogue was pointed towards my fault. They took money out of my account when I CLEARLY told them to NOT order the contacts until I come in the next day. The next day when I got there, they NEVER expressed to me that they already took money out of my account. I would have been alright with a Im sorry, this is what happened. An explanation would have been great, versus, blaming me.

I have been a patient for about 3 years now, and wish I had known about them sooner. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Ordered new glasses last week and the lady that helped me was just GREAT.

Dr. Mitchell & the Benson Vision Source team are great! They are very knowledgeable and friendly. The office feels very comfortable, and the fireplace in the reception area is a nice touch. If you are looking for eye care, this is the place!
