Worse experience ever. I just wanted a simple annual eye exam but since I told them I had gestational diabetes a year ago from the pregnancy (which I told the Dr), they billed my medical insurance for medical service, which I had to pay $81 out of pocket. In addition, they charge $30 for the prescription at the end of the exam. The front desk was mean when explaining the bill to me. She said when I signed the paperwork at the beginning of visit, I agreed to whatever they do to me, including the Comprehensive exam which I didnt need.So if you just want a simple annual exam, DO NOT go here !! Theyll charge you more than what you expect .

I’ve been a patient at this clinic for over 20 years. Normally they would get a 5 star review from me, but my experience today left a pretty sour taste in my mouth. I went in to order a contact lens and get my sunglasses adjusted. Well, new policy is a $30 charge to get any type of glasses adjusted if they weren’t purchased there. I can see a policy like this for new patients, but not established patients. I feel like it’s just another nickel and dime grab. Between myself and my family over the years, we have literally spent at least 10k on exams, glasses, lenses, etc. and you want to charge me another $30 to get my dam sunglasses adjusted…hell no. This irks me enough that I’m not sure any of us will ever go back. Ps. The new front desk people aren’t the friendliest. I miss the old front desk lady.

I appreciate Kosnoski Eye Care’s team of talented and caring people! They are always there to be of service, place importance on your health especially in these new and different times, and care for you as an individual. Each doctor, though different, you can feel secure that they are looking out for your best eye health and won’t be shy to tell you like it is.

A friend of mine and niece go to fairwood Kosnoski and love it, so I decided to try them out today but in Kent. Everyone was so kind. Great place to have an eye exam.

If zero stars was an option, I would choose that. DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR EYE NEEDS. I have been waiting for over 4 months for my sons glasses, to call and find out that they were never ordered. They actually said my son was never seen in their clinic. And tried to convince me that I went to a clinic next door to them. An absolute nightmare to deal with, do not even waste your time being a patient here.

They are so bad I took my eye exam from here nd it’s incorrect nd I order my contact lens with my perception it’s totally wrong I called them. It’s not fit the lady start fight with me. Nd said you hv to pay everything again. I said I spent 300$ all exam nd contac it’s not my fault she cut my phn. I will know complain about them

They quoted me one price, which I paid in full, and then charged me for the difference when the insurance didnt pay as much as they told me it would. Not getting my business again.

Horrible! The measure of customer service is not when everything goes well, its when things dont go well. First, try contacting this company by email. You cant. That tells me they dont want to hear from their customers. Try finding a manager name. You cant. I called what I think is the main store, Kent, left a message with a human to have whomever is in charge of all their clinics call me. Four business days later, no call. I picked up my defective glasses and will seek another company for my eye care needs. Pretty sad that a small business doesnt provide personal care. Its the one thing they have as an advantage and this company fails when push comes to shove.

After taking off work and picking up my son for his eye doctor exam at 2:15pm we noticed we were running 10 minutes late. We called while en route (before the appointment time started) to let them know.They refused to see us and told us we would have to re-schedule. We will be finding a different eye doctor instead.

I tried to post this earlier hope this isnt a duplicate. Long story short from an ex longtime customer. Frames still under warranty are no longer available, so the replacement cost is now on me because they were discontinued. And in the last four weeks while waiting for them to come in. I was informed my warranty has now expired. 🤯🤬

Dr. Kosnoski was amazing with myself and 2 kids. We all had appointments around the same time. It was easy to do and my kids love him!

Very clean place. And very professional, friendly staff. A group of very efficient member. For past three years, we are very satisfied with their excellent service in every visit.

Whenever youll be considering to get a new pair of glasses from Kosnoski Eye Care beware, on top of the regular optometric services (which is usually covered by your vision insurance) they may consider charging you for the Comprehensive Exam, Medical, which will be coordinated to your primary medical insurance and likely cost you some extra money. Remember, you have already gave your consent for that (and who knows which else) extra service when you signed their service agreement. Bad service by Kosnoski Eye Care!
