I buy all my kids glasses here. The prices are reasonable in comparison to places like lense crafters. I know what my insurance covers, and the walls are organized by price, so I can tell them you can choose any pair from [here to here] They are out of my network, but Im willing to do the little bit of work it takes to submit my claim to insurance for reimbursement. They also have to send out for your order, so it takes a few days. You dont get your glasses day of. But again, Im willing to sacrifice that convenience for affordability. Never been disappointed.

Usually go to walmart vision center in stow. They were booked and I was out of contacts with an expired script. So I foolishly took what was available. My follow up exam I told her I could feel the contacts in my eyes, I have worn contacts for 20 years NEVER had that problem. She called it contact lens awareness. An issue I should not have being a wearer all these years. Whatever, i buy my contacts and go home. I later find my old script the base curve she wrote me for is WRONG. Duh that is why I can feel them they arent the right size. Next time I will plan ahead and wait for an appointment in Stow Go to stow the eye dr there knows what she is doing.

I went in to see if they can fix my broken glasses and the woman who was a little bit older maybe mid 40s was extremely rude to me very cutthroat and very rude I’m already having a bad day because my glasses are broken and she didn’t mean to make me feel bad

I purchased my glasses 3 weeks ago and once they called for me to come and pick them up, I was greeted outside the line, the rope that keeps you from going inside the area and handled my new glasses. The lady who works there told me if I have any problems to go see my eye doctor if I have any problems and walk away after handling me my glasses. I was taken back by that comment, no chances of having a adjustment or even my paperwork to show I picked my glasses. After walking around the store to try out my glasses, I went back to speak up about the glasses, only come to see the lady behind the area was gone. Extremely unhappy with this type of customer service and will be making a formal complaint

I went here to get contacts and glasses. I Love my Glasses and contacts. They have a very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous staff. I liked the doctor there. They worked with my insurance and were upfront about how much everything costs. They have good and competitive pricing. It was an easy and stress free transaction, which I am grateful for.

Website says they are open on Sunday. Went all the way there and surprise they are closed on Sundays maybe they should change that on the website too... Very annoying

The techs were friendly and polite, all.introducing themselves before interacting with me. Dr. Boucher is very personable and performed a thorough exam, answering my questions clearly. He informed me that my eyeglasses prescription had changed very little and said that although he was writing a new prescription, it was up to me to get new glasses or not.

The brimfiel vision center messed up my order for glasses. Instead of calling me they sat on them. I needed them for renewal if driver licenses. Now I have no glasses or drivers license. Bad costumer services. Never go back

Horrible in every way. Incredibly long waits, broke my glasses, confusing back and forth, and long shipment times. The worst service I have ever received from any company.

Doesnt accept all insurances for both eye exam and glasses. Really sucks when its the closest vision Center by where u live.
